Something from N.M.E. came in. Some kind of bottle... [Random stupid character], being stupid, opened the bottled and a dark blue mist came from it. It smelled of blueberries and lavender. That mist was some sort of hypnotizer, and the wind carried it out through Dreamland, carried by the gentle winds and infecting everyone. At first nobody seemed to know what it did or even know it's purpose. However that would soon change as the people of Dreamland found themselves acting more on their emotion— their negative emotions more specifically. Lashing out, breaking things, yelling at people and this odd phenomena where they found themselves unable to lie.

[CC] and [OC] both end up inhaling this mist and it brings out some deep, hidden emotions between them and things either get extremely heated or wholesome. Your pick.
