They soon made it out of Fruity Forest as Neptune said.

Neptune: All right! We finally made it out of the Fruity Forest.

Marx: Indeed. And now all we got to do now is to head to Dedede's Castle that is straight ahead.

Marx: So let's get going.

Neptune: Right!

Kirby: Poyo!

As Neptune, Kirby, Bandana Dee, Marx, and Gooey were headed towards Dedede's Castle, Kirby allies then wave saying goodbye to them as they disappear into dust sparkles.

After eleven minutes has passed, they soon made it to the top of the mountain of Dedede's Castle as Neptune said.

Neptune: *Pant... Pant...* Finally we made it. 

Marx: Yeah. So now we can head inside and see what's up.

Before they can enter in, Kirby said.

Kirby: Poyo, poyo!

Neptune: What is it, Kirby?

Kirby then pointed towards the left as they see a snail who was outside of the castle.

Neptune: Huh? I wonder who's that guy?

Then, the snail looks up and sees Kirby and his buddies as the snail ran towards them saying.

???: Oh thank goodness you guys are here! I could really use some help here.

Kirby, Bandana Dee, Marx, and Gooey were glaring at him as the snail said.

???: What?

Bandana Dee started to write something and showed it to the snail which Marx reads.

Marx: Don't act so innocent, Escargoon. We know that you and the King are trying to steal our food all over Dream Land.

Escargoon: No we aren't stealing your food. And besides, the King learn his lesson along time ago.

Marx: Oh really. Then how do you explains the Waddle Dee's that were caring their food to Dedede's Castle.

Escargoon: Oh that? Well, you see... it's kind of a long story.

Escargoon: But before I can tell you. Can you tell me who's this person might be?

Neptune: Oh me? Well my name is Neptune and I'm friends with Kirby and his buddies. So, who might you be?

Escargoon: Well my name is Escargoon, the King's loyal servant.

Neptune: Well Escargoon. It's nice too meet you.

Neptune and Escargoon then shake hands with each other as Marx said.

Marx: Now that you two know each other's name. Can you please tell us why the Waddle Dee's were caring their food to Dedede's Castle.

Escargoon: Very well then, I'll tell you how it exactly happened.

(Flashback)

Escargoon: Sire wait, who knows what that thing might do to you.

But the king didn't listen to him as he got close to the dark purple heart and when he did, the king took a good look at it. when suddenly, the king had an dark aura around him as if he was possessed.

Then, the king turn around and started to roar at them as Escargoon said.

Escargoon: Sire, are you okay. 

The king started to smile evilly as he took out his hammer. Next, the Waddle Dee's started to run away from the king as Escargoon said.

Escargoon: Uh sire, what are you doing? Wait, stay back, Aaaaaaah!

(End Flashback)

Escargoon: And that's pretty much what happened.

Marx: I see. So the king wasn't acting like himself anymore, right?

Escargoon: That's right. Not to mention that he order to Waddle Dee's to give him food or otherwise, he'll whack you with his hammer. 

Escargoon: Which is why I decided to get some help by waiting for you guys to show up.

Bandana Dee started to write something else and showed it to Escargoon which Marx reads.

Marx: In that case, we will help you out then. Since we were going to Dedede's Castle anyway.

Escargoon: Great! But before you go inside the castle, the king had some tough enemies that are guarding inside the castle. So just to let you know that.

Marx: Got it! Well guys, let's head inside that castle and put a stop to it.

Neptune: Right!

Kirby: Poyo!

And with that, they say there farewell to Escargoon as they were heading inside of Dedede's Castle.

After five minutes have passed, they were now inside of Dedede's Castle, where the fifth level begins.

(BGM: Clash at Castle Dedede - Kirby Star Allies)

Neptune: I gotta say, this castle sure is fancy around here.

Marx: So Kirby, do you know where the king's throne room is at?

Kirby: Poyo, poyo.

Marx: I see. Well Kirby, lead the way.

They were now moving forward as they encounter Plugg which Kirby inhale Plugg and swallow him. Next, Kirby transform into Plasma Kirby who was now wearing a platinum crown with a greenish blue gem at the crest with large plumes of yellow-green plasma.

Neptune: Wow Kirby! Nice electrical hat you got there.

Plasma Kirby: Poyo.

Marx: Which means he can use electric plasma attacks now.

Then, they procced onward as they were now heading upstairs. As they made it to the top, they encounter an enemy who is guarding the One-way door that Kirby and Bandana Dee recognized. This enemy is a small humanoid creature with pointy ears, spiky yellow hair, and eyes similar to those of Kirby. He also wears a blue jumpsuit, white gloves, blue shoes, and a white headband with a red jewel set in it. And his name is Knuckle Joe, one of Kirby's common enemies.

Neptune: Woah! Who's this little guy.

Bandana Dee then started to write something and showed it to Neptune which Marx reads. 

Marx: This fella here is Knuckle Joe, one of Kirby's common enemies.

Kirby then threw a Friend Heart on Knuckle Joe turning him good. Knuckle Joe is now wearing a Red headband, features a yellow star and faint diagonal stripes. 

Neptune: Looks like this tough little guy is now joining with us.

Marx: Yep, and now we can head to the One-way door. So let's proceed onward.

Neptune: Right. 

Next, they enter the One-way door so they can move forward. Then, they came out the One-way door as they encounter some Waddle Dee's and Waddle Doo's that are ready to battle.

Neptune: Yikes! looks like these Waddle Dee's and Waddle Doo's are serious.

Marx: Yeah, no kidding. Let's go show 'em not to mess with us.

Neptune: Agreed. 

Neptune: But before we fight them. Kirby, can you power up my Katana. Please?

Plasma Kirby: Poyo.

Marx: Kirby said, sure. 

Neptune: Thanks! Ok, here I go!

Neptune hold her Katana up high as Plasma Kirby jump high in the air and performs a Plasma Needle which the Plasma Needle went through her Katana which cause it to combined her Katana into the Zap element.

Neptune power up her Katana and it's now called the Zap Neptune.

Neptune: Aww yeah! Now that's more like it!

Marx: Now then, shall we get started?

Neptune: Indeed we shall.

And with that, they charged into battle against some Waddle Dee's and Waddle Doo's which it only took...

After twelve seconds have passed, they defeated the Waddle Dee's and Waddle Doo's as they said.

Neptune: Well that was easy.

Marx: Indeed. 

Suddenly, the door was open and it reveals Bugzzy as the door soon closed behind him. 

Neptune: It's Bugzzy!

Marx: I guess you already know this mini boss, huh?

Neptune: Yep, since we encounter him back in the Zero Dimension.

Marx: I see. Anyway, we should defeat Bugzzy here so we can move forward. 

Neptune: Right!

Plasma Kirby: Hai!

And with that, a battle with Bugzzy begins as he starts of by dashing towards them. Next, they dodge it as Gooey performs a combo move of Quick Lick and Flicker Lick on Bugzzy dealing damage.

Then, Bugzzy jumps in the air and starts ground pounding on them as they dodge the attack, while Knuckle Joe blocks the attack dealing less damage.

Next, Bandana Dee performs a Ground Thrust on Bugzzy dealing damage. Follow by Plasma Kirby charged up to perform a Plasma Wave on Bugzzy dealing a lot of damage.

Then, Bugzzy dash towards Neptune as he tries to grab her. But unfortunately, Neptune was grabbed by Bugzzy and said. 

Neptune: Hey, let go of me!

Next, Plasma Kirby charged up to perform a Plasma Wave once again on Bugzzy dealing a lot of damage as Bugzzy was defeated. While Neptune on the other hand was free from Bugzzy's grasp. 

Plasma Kirby then threw a Friend Heart on Bugzzy turning him good. Bugzzy was now wearing a blue headband with a brown leather like patch that has two small gold stars on each side and a gold medal depicting a trophy with a star on the very front.

Neptune: Phew, I'm glad that's over.

Plasma Kirby: Poyo.

Marx: Kirby asked, are you okay.

Neptune: Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks Kirby for saving me.

Plasma Kirby: Poyo.

Marx: Kirby said, no problem.

Next, the door was suddenly open on its own and Neptune said.

Neptune: Look! The door is open.

Marx: Great! Let's keep moving forward.

They were now moving forward as they went through the door. Then, they were hoping on platforms and enter another door that was open. As they went in, the door behind them was shut. including, the door ahead of them was shut as well.

Next, a horde of Waddle Dee's and Nruff's showed up that were ready to battle as Neptune said.

Neptune: Yep, I knew there was going to be more of 'em.

Marx: Indeed. Since Escargoon told us about these enemies guarding the castle.

Marx: Guess we might as well start fighting them.

And with that, they charged into battle against the horde of Waddle Dee's and Nruff's.

Neptune then finish off both Waddle Dee and Nruff with Zap L. Slash, Zap Zanba, and Zap Double Zanba.

Neptune: There we go.

Suddenly, the door was now open on its own and Marx said.

Marx: Looks like the door is open so... 

Neptune: We can move onward, right?

Marx: Yep. So let's get moving.

They were now moving forward once again as they went through the door. Then, they spotted a Multi-Route Door as Neptune said.

Neptune: Look! It's that door we encounter back in Honey Hills.

Marx: Yeah, you're right! We might as well open it and head on in.

Next, they open the door all the way and went inside the Multi-Route Door. Knowing that they will be splitting up into two groups.

We then get to see is the first group are Neptune, Plasma Kirby, Gooey, and Knuckle Joe that came out of the Multi-Route Door as Neptune said.

Neptune: Now that were here, all we got to do is to hit the switch for the second team to procced onward, right?

Plasma Kirby, Gooey, and Knuckle Joe nodded saying yes.

Neptune: Okay! Now then, let us move onward and find that switch!

Plasma Kirby: Poyo!

The first group were now proceeding onward as they were climbing up the ladder. We then cut in to the next scene showing the second group are Marx, Bandana Dee, and Bugzzy that came out of the Multi-Route Door as Marx said.

Marx: Now that were here, let's go find that switch so the first team can move onward.

Bandana Dee and Bugzzy nodded as they were now moving forward. Then, they saw a metal block above them as Marx said.

Marx: Well, it looks like we have to wait for the first team to find that switch for us.

As the second team were waiting, the first team made it to the top and spotted a switch.

Neptune: There's the switch.

Plasma Kirby then press the switch so the second team can proceed onward. We then see the second team waiting for that metal block to disappear. Suddenly, the metal blocks soon disappear as Marx said.

Marx: Alright. Now we can move forward.

The second team were now moving forward and they were now climbing up the ladder. As they made it to the top, they spotted a switch and Marx said.

Marx: There's the switch. 

Marx then press the switch so the first team can proceed onward. We then see the first team looking up at a metal block and it soon disappear as Neptune said.

Neptune: Sweet! Now we can proceed onward. 

The first team were now moving forward and they were climbing up the ladder once again. As they made it to the top, they spotted a switch that was hiding under the wall and Neptune said.

Neptune: There it is! It was hiding under that wall.

Gooey then performs a Quick Lick attack on the switch as it was now activated. Then, the metal block soon disappear for both teams as they were climbing up the ladder.

Next, both teams finally made it to the top and finally met up with each other as they were now heading inside of the One-way door. Then, they came out of the One-way door as Neptune said.

Neptune: Kirby, are we getting closer to the king's throne room?

Plasma Kirby nodded saying yes as he pointed towards the big One-way door that was straight ahead and Marx said.

Marx: That must be it. So, are you guys ready?

Neptune: Yep, I'm ready!

Plasma Kirby: Poyo!

Bandana Dee, Gooey, Knuckle Joe, and Bugzzy nodded. knowing that they were ready also.

Marx: Okay! Let's do it.

(BGM Ended)

They soon ran down the hallway to where the big One-way door was at and went inside. Next, they came out of the big One-way door and Neptune said.

Neptune: So this must be his throne room.

Marx: Indeed. Although, I never expected the king's throne room is to be this big.

Bandana Dee started to wrote something and showed it to them which Marx said. 

Marx: Well, let's just say that the king wants to expand his throne room to be bigger than a small throne he currently have. And so, he did.

Marx: Huh, neat. 

Then, they were now moving onward as they saw a mysterious platform as Neptune said.

Neptune: It's that platform from before back in Fruity Forest.

Marx: So Kirby, you want to reset or no?

Plasma Kirby then shake his head saying no.

Marx: Okay then. Let's keep moving.

They were now proceeding onward as they encounter Sir Kibble and Driblee. Next, Kirby discard his Plasma ability and he started to inhale Sir Kibble. As he inhale Sir Kibble, Kirby swallow him and he soon transforms into Cutter Kirby. 

Then, Cutter Kirby threw a Friend Heart on Driblee turning her good. Driblee was now wearing a gold crown with a golden drop-shaped ornament on the center with two small golden waves on each side, holding a vortex of water.

Cutter Kirby: Poyo!

Said Cutter Kirby as they line up while holding their weapons up high. Next, Driblee jumps high in the air and performs a Wave Attack as the water went through their weapons which cause it to combined their weapons into the water element.

Then, Cutter Kirby power up his weapon and it's now called the Splash Cutter.

Bandana Dee power up his spear and it's now called the Splash Spear.

And Marx power up his ball and it's now called the Splash Marx.

Neptune was shock and amazed that Kirby and his buddies combined their weapons into Splash.

Neptune: Wow!

Marx: I know. Pretty sweet, right?

Neptune: Totally!

Next, they ran into the throne and saw the king eating a pile of food that the Waddle Dee's were bringing.

Marx: Hey, king! You better stop this right now!

Neptune: Yeah, don't you know that stealing food from other people is wrong!

The king then turn around and saw Kirby, Neptune, and his friends. He then takes out his hammer and starts roaring at them. Knowing that the fifth boss battle is about to begin as the king's name is...

(BGM: Macho of Dedede - Kirby Star Allies)

Neptune: Wait, that's your king?!

Bandana Dee started to write something and showed it to Neptune which Marx reads.

Marx: Yep, that's our king alright. And Escargoon is right, he's not really himself anymore.

Marx: If that's the case, we might as well battle him so we can knock some sense into him.

Cutter Kirby: Poyo!

King Dedede starts off by running towards them and starts to perform a slide attack on them. Next, they jump over King Dedede's attack as Knuckle Joe performs a Sky Kick twice on King Dedede dealing damage. Follow by Bandana Dee performing a Splash Spear Throw twice on King Dedede also dealing damage.

Then, King Dedede started to perform a Super Dedede Jump three times on them as they dodge the attack, except Bandana Dee who block the third attack dealing less damage. 

Next, Bugzzy had his right hand up high as Knuckle Joe gets on him which Bugzzy performs a Friend Throw attack which allows him to throw a Friend as a projectile.

(A/N Ignore Suplex Kirby and pretend that Bugzzy is doing the Friend Throw)

Bugzzy threw Knuckle Joe at King Dedede dealing decent damage. Follow by Marx sprout his wings as he flies above King Dedede and performs a Splash Jester Ball Spit-Drop four times which creates a thorny cactus on King Dedede dealing more damage.

Then, King Dedede then started to Inhale them, except Marx who was flying above him. But unfortunately, King Dedede didn't get any of 'em as he started to get tired.

Marx: Looks like the King is tired. Now's our chance.

Next, Neptune use Zap L. Slash, Zap Zanba, and Zap Rapid Hit on King Dedede dealing a lot of damage. Follow by Cutter Kirby performing a Splash Hyper Boomerang on King Dedede dealing decent damage twice.

King Dedede then fell down on the ground as he was ready to proceed to his second phase. As he got up, he obtains a muscular body that tears his robes to shreds when transforming.

King Dedede then roars loudly at them as they said.

Neptune: What the snap!

Marx: Oh dear... the king is ripped!

Marx: Well guys, let's give it everything we got.

Cutter Kirby: Hai!

Next, King Dedede starts pounding the ground with his fists three times on them. But luckily, they dodge the attack three times as Gooey performs a Burning Gooey on King Dedede dealing damage. 

Then, Neptune performs a Zap Cross Combination on King Dedede dealing massive damage. Next, King Dedede jumps in the background and starts roaring at them. As he roars at them, he jumps high in the air and started to slam on the ground which Kirby, Neptune, Bandana Dee, Marx, Gooey, and his allies were send flying in the air.

Neptune: Aaaaaaaaaaah!

Then, they fall into the ground as there were separated into teams on either side thanks to King Dedede for breaking the ground hard floor on the throne room.

Next, Knuckle Joe performs a Spin Kick on a broken pillar and breaks it, so they can reunite with each other. While King Dedede on the other hand throws a few rotten food from a pile at them. 

Then, Driblee performs a Geyser attack on the rotten food as the food was now clean. Next, Bandana Dee charged up to perform a Splash Spear Copter which creates water droplets are scattered on King Dedede dealing extra damage. Follow by Bugzzy performing a Pinpoint Kick three times on King Dedede dealing damage.

Then, King Dedede jumps high in the air and started to slam on the ground which Kirby, Neptune, Bandana Dee, Marx, Gooey, and his allies were send flying in the air once again.

Neptune: Not again! Aaaaaaaaaaah!

Next, they fall into the ground and there were separated into teams on either side once again as King Dedede jumps high in the air and he was now swinging around the pillars in the area. Then, they dodge the attack, except Bugzzy and Knuckle Joe taking damage.

As King Dedede finish swinging around the pillars and went near at Cutter Kirby, he performs a combo move of Splash Cleaving Cutter and Splash Final Cutter which creates a shockwave consisting of a large water wave on King Dedede dealing a lot of damage. 

Next, King Dedede jumps high in the air and pummels the ground using his fists with enough force three times on them. Then, they dodge the attack three times as King Dedede's fist were now stuck on the ground.

Marx: This is it guys. It's time to finish him off.

Neptune: Yep, leave this one to me.

Next, Neptune performs a Zap Critical Edge on King Dedede dealing massive damage as King Dedede was now defeated.

(BGM Ended)

King Dedede was bouncing around the area and lands on the ground. Next, the dark purple heart came out of him in the process as he was back to his normal self. Kirby then discard his Cutter abiltiy, while Neptune, Bandana Dee, and Marx's Zap/Splash weapons went back to it original state as they started their victory dance.

Neptune: Woohoo! Victory is ours!

Marx: Yeah, that king was quite a challenge. But, it was easy nonetheless.

Kirby then look at King Dedede who was still on the ground unconscious as he had an idea. Kirby then summon a Friend Heart and threw it at King Dedede turning him good as he wakes up from the ground hard floor.

King Dedede then look at his surroundings as he place his hand on his head and said.

King Dedede: Oh man, what just happened?

Escargoon: Your majesty!

Escargoon then showed up from behind Kirby, Neptune, and his buddies as he ran towards King Dedede saying.

Escargoon: Sire, are you okay?

King Dedede: Yeah, I'm fine. At least I'm back to my old self again.

Escargoon: Yep, and it's all thanks to them of course for bringing you back.

Kirby: Poyo.

King Dedede then saw Kirby, Neptune, and his buddies as he said.

King Dedede: Kirby! What are you and your buddies doing here. Also, who's that new friend of yours, huh?

Neptune: Well, I'm glad you ask. My name is Neptune and I'm friends with Kirby and his buddies. So, what's your name majesty?

King Dedede: My name is King Dedede, and I rule this land.

Neptune: Well it's nice to meet you, your highness.

Neptune bows down to King Dedede as Marx said.

Marx: So, are you gonna return their food back you stole?

King Dedede: Huh? I didn't steal any food.

Marx: Then how do you explain the food pile that's right behind you.

King Dedede turn around and saw food piled up and he said.

King Dedede: Holy moly, how did that get here in my castle.

Escargoon: Well sire, it all started like this.

Escargoon: And that's pretty much what happened.

King Dedede: Huh? Well that explains a lot why I'm not acting like myself anymore after inspecting that heart.

Then, King Dedede and Escargoon look at Kirby, Neptune, and his buddies giving the food back to the Waddle Dee's. As they give the last food too the Waddle Dee, Marx said.

Marx: There we go. I think that's the last Waddle Dee to give the food back.

Next, King Dedede walk towards them and he said.

King Dedede: Listen guys, I just wanna say thanks. As a token of my gratitude, I'll help you guys out on your adventure.

Marx: Really?

King Dedede: Of course. And Besides, there's no way I'll let this one slide for what that heart has done to me.

Marx: You know what, me too. Since I've been possessed by that heart and I didn't act like myself anymore as well.

King Dedede: Escargoon, I'm putting you in charge of the castle until when I come back, got it.

Escargoon: Understood, your majesty.

Suddenly, the dark purple heart floats above them and flew away to somewhere else. 

King Dedede: Hey look, the heart is getting away!

Marx: Well guys, now that King Dedede is joining with us. Let's go follow that heart and see where that heart leads to.

Neptune: Okay!

Kirby: Poyo!

And with that, they follow the dark purple heart so they can see where the dark purple heart is coming from.

(Stage 5 Cleared)

(Timeskip)

They were now outside of Dedede's Castle as they were still chasing after that dark purple heart. Then, a portal showed up out of nowhere in front of Kirby and he got suck in the portal as they said.

N/M/KD: Kirby!!

Marx: Quick, let's go after him.

Next, Neptune, Bandana Dee, Marx, Gooey, and King Dedede jump inside the portal as Kirby's allies then wave saying goodbye to them as they disappear into dust sparkles. We then get to see Kirby, Neptune, and his buddies were flying through the portal as they see a light up ahead. Knowing that there going back to the Hyper Dimension. 

Then, Neptune came out of the portal as she was now back in the exact same spot in First-Gen CPU's Sanctuary and said.

Neptune: Well What'd ya know, were back in Hyper Dimension once again.

Neptune turn around as sees...

...

...

No one and Neptune said.

Neptune: Huh? Kirby, everyone, where are you?

Neptune look around and realized that Kirby and his buddies were nowhere to be seen.

Neptune: It seems I've been separated from them.

Neptune: I just hope Kirby and his buddies will be alright...

Neptune: In fact, I should get back to the Basilicom so I can see if Histy is okay.

And with that, Neptune then ran to the exit so she can get back to Planeptune's Basilicom.

After a few minutes have passed, Neptune was now back in Planeptune's Basilicom. Neptune then enter her room and said.

Neptune: Iffy, Compa! I'm home! How's Histy doing.

Compa: Welcome home, Nep-Nep. Histy's still passed out, no new developments here.

IF: How did it go, Nep? Did you find the item?

Neptune: Ta-daaaa! You better believe it!

Compa: Wow! You're amazing, Nep-Nep! I knew you could do it if you tried!

IF: You just gotta make sure to thank the other CPUs after this is over, alright?

IF: They helped you out even when things got really rough out there, after all.

Neptune: Yeah, I know it. I wouldn't have been able to do it without them, so I'm gonna treat them all to something nice when it's all over!

IF: Alright, so where's the item you brought? Can you hand it over, please? 

IF: I wanna hurry and install it in Histoire.

Neptune: But, how are we supposed to insert this weird cassette thing into Histy?

Compa: Maybe somewhere on her back?

IF: I just looked all over her but I didn't see any slot that was shaped like that.

IF: Did that thing come with an instruction manual?

Neptune: Nope, none.

IF: Well that's no good... Even when we have the solution to her problem, we can't even get it to work...

Neptune: I know! How about sticking this cassette in Histy's mouth?!

IF: What?!

Compa: I think that might be a little bit of a stretch. Let's keep looking for another way.

Neptune: It's completely fine! Histy's tough; she can handle it. Here we go! Now, we're all prepped and ready to go.

Neptune then puts the Sanshiro's Soulful Patch into Histoire's mouth and IF said.

IF: We can't show this face to anyone...

Histoire: Starting automatic program. Checking update patch. Beginning installation.

IF: I can't believe it's actually installing this way... it's kind of an insane design...

Compa: Maybe the CPU from back then had a similar personality to ol' Nep-Nep over here.

Neptune: So, how long do you think it'll take for the patch to install?

Compa: It's unclear. We'll just have to believe in Histy and wait for her to recover.

Neptune: Ah. You're right. We'll put all our faith in Histy, then. I hope she gets better soon.

IF: While we wait, can you explain to us where they came from and how you met Kirby and his buddies in the first place?

Compa: In fact, where is Kirby, Bandanna Dee, and Marx? 

IF: Well that's strange, were they just with you?

Neptune: Umm... yeah, about that. We have been separated.

IF/C: What?!

Neptune: Don't worry, I'll tell you exactly how me and Kirby met and why we were separated.
