CHARACTER PORTFOLIO III

Hello everyone! Before we proceed to the next volume, let's first have our third character portfolio! I know some have been waiting for this, so here you go. Also, this portfolio contains some of my favorite characters, so stay tuned!

But before we proceed, DISCLAIMER: THEIR FACES DON'T ENTIRELY LOOK LIKE THIS. This is the vibe and style that I imagine them to have, but they aren't an official cast or whatever you may call them. Don't be confused.

...

#27: Anthony Rockefeller

First, we have Anthony, the co-founder of King's Tobacco, as well as Cj's right-hand man in Cigarettes. Anthony, like a lot of the others, is only a minor character, but he has a significant role in the story. Other than being the second-in-command among the Counts, Anthony is considered as Cj's closest friend other than Krist. That's why whenever Cj has no one to run to, he goes to him.

Anthony doesn't always get a lot of 'screentime' in the book, but I do enjoy writing him.

#28: Heaven J. Carter

This is one of the least favorite characters, Heaven. Heaven is the new 4th ranking student of J.S High, automatically making him the Elites' treasurer. But before such a title, we all know Heaven as a band member of the monarchs, specifically the bassist, as well as being one of the members of Ashes (underling of Cigarettes).

Heaven betrayed Cj, and this betrayal runs deeper than we know. Get ready because we're going to hear a lot about him soon, especially when Max gets into a higher rank ;)

#29: Payton Wolfe, AKA Siren

Siren is another interesting character. She's someone we've known for a long time, but with a different persona, which is Payton. Honestly, I really liked Payton, but her being Siren makes me love her even more.

Max, and everyone in J.S High, knows Siren as this neat and very "put together" character, so that's why this is the picture I chose. But behind the mask, she's a master of secrets, and like what others speculated, we'll see more of her soon. Just because she got kicked out of school, doesn't mean she's gone for good.

I'm so excited to share what other secrets Siren has in store.

#30: Eren Nabi

Eren is one of the freshmen members of Omega Society, and recently just became the new member of Crazy 8. Eren joined Omega Society after the stunt Max and the others did during the brotherhood week or the club presentation. Unlike the past members of Omega Society, Eren is an outspoken student, which is why you'll notice how he isn't afraid whenever the other clubs or societies look down on them.

We'll get to see Eren from time to time, especially since their club month is over, but I'll definitely try to show how he'll be able to grow as a marquis.

#31: River Hansen Karlsson

River, appearance-wise, is tall and has a very model-like vibe, but if we're talking about personality, he is a secretive character, but I think the best description for him is that he's an introvert. After getting his scar from his twin brother, River was forced to hide himself, as well as his identity, and that's something he carried until he grew up.

Though the last volume was focused on Crazy 8, we didn't really get to know River's true personality, so expect to see more of him soon especially when he's now the new leader of Crazy 8. I'm excited to see how he'll fit in with the rest of the leaders, especially with Krist and Cj.

#32: Kawanishi Keigo

You might not be familiar with him yet, but as a refresher, Keigo was the student from Class D who recently got transferred to Class A after ranking 2nd in their exams, ultimately beating Gavriil. Keigo is a character who Felix particularly isn't fond of, but as sketchy as he may seem, Keigo is actually an important character who you'll be meeting very soon in the new volume.

His personality is very different if you compare it with the others since he's quite jolly and he likes to joke around all the time. That's why I'm so excited to show you his scenes with Max and the others, as well as show you who he really is in the next chapters that are yet to come.

#33: Alexandra Helena August

Helena is the fearsome Elites' president in the House of Queens. Compared to the others Max has met, she is one of the few people who Max genuinely looks up to.

Helena has a strong personality, and unlike Ian–the Elites president in the House of Kings–she treats the white uniforms and the sisterhood with an iron fist. She doesn't sugarcoat anything, and unlike Ian, she will push you to the ground if needed, which isn't always a good thing.

Helena is a role model to the people who follow her, and Max has yet to learn more from her.

#34: Scarlet Romano

Scarlet Romano, also known as the heiress of the Romano Resort and Hotels, is the only heir who publicly announced her rank in Crème de la crème, which is rank 9. Other than being the queen of business strategies, Scarlet is also the leader of rank 3 sisterhood, the duchesses, La Séptima.

Scarlet has a very strong personality, and she usually clashes with Cindy since they're the opposite of each other. Scarlet also likes to be in the spotlight, which is why she's always getting interviews for magazines and shows.

This character actually has one of the most straightforward personalities, and we'll get to see her more in the next volumes.

#35: Killshot

Now we have one of my favorite characters, Killshot. Killshot is a member of PHD under the unit, Hot Wingmen. He is one of the commanders of the princes, as well as Hee-joon's most trusted member. We haven't really officially met him yet, but with the next volume, you will be seeing him a lot.

Killshot almost shares the same personality as their leader Joon, that's why they click so much. This is also going to be a character who will cause Max a lot of trouble, so stay tuned for that.

#36: Choi Myung-Jin AKA Blade

And lastly, we have Blade, another member of PHD under the unit, Hot Wingmen. Blade has the complete opposite personality as Joon and Killshot. He's a lot more playful and friendly, but he's serious when needed to be.

Compared to Killshot, we met Blade once when he made a short appearance in Chapter 32, but like the other characters you haven't really met yet, you will be seeing a lot of him in the new volume.

Ever since I wrote this story back in 2013, I have always adored PHD. They literally have a special place in my heart, that's why I'm so excited for this volume. Hee-joon, plus the two new characters I just showed, are one of my favorite characters, so I hope you guys can know more about them and their story soon like Cj and the others.

Like, look at them. Look at the power they hold.

Anyway, enough with the fangirling, this is the end of this portfolio. BUT before I say goodbye, a lot has asked me about the characters' nationalities so I'll share them with you guys.

I don't really mention this since it's not really important in the book, but if you guys want to know, J.S High is found in England, but most of the students aren't really from England, they're just there to study, which is why in some chapters, other characters talk about going home in their home countries, while some have homes in England due to their family businesses, an example is Viktor, Krist, Cj's family etc.

To give you guys some idea, here are the characters' nationalities:

Maximilian Leigh Sinclaire - French/British (British on the Sinclaire side and French on the Lemieux side)

Marcus Thompson - British

Aristotle Faulkner - American

Felix Campbell - Australian

Ervin Walker - British

Gavriil Ivanovich Alexeev- Russian

Krist Hyusen - Bulgarian

Thassapon Supachai "Brave" - Thai

Charles Justin Mills - American

Anthony Rockefeller - American/British

Hans de Vries - Dutch

Arjun Khan - Indian

Khian Augusto Zóbel de Ayala III - Filipino

Redford Monsour - Egyptian

Cindy Lin - Chinese

Kawanishi Keigo - Japanese

Ian Rothman - British

River/Sky Karlsson - Swedish

Eren Nabi - Emirati

Victor Alekovich Stepanov - Russian

Sometimes they talk in their own language, but I just never really mention it since I don't want the momentum of the scene to get disrupted. For instance, their monologue could be in their language and not in English, or for example, when Viktor and Gavriil talk, they'd usually speak Russian. Or Max and Étienne, they could be talking in French when they're together. You know, something like that.

Like in anime, everyone speaks Japanese but they're American characters; if that makes sense.

Anyway, I guess that's it. I hope you guys enjoyed this portfolio! See you at the next volume!
