Got back from Scranton today, where my friend I spent the last two nights in a surprisingly bedbug-free hotel. Place had a fucking huge bed and nice furniture, so all in all, I'd stay there again.

Anyway. We were there because we both decided we prefer Scranton's Warped over the one closer to where we live. And boy oh boy, did they deliver again this year.

Trophy Eyes - first time seeing them, first time listening, really. 6/10, I saved a few of their songs to my playlist

Memphis May Fire - first time seeing, but I've been listening to them probably a year now? Love a few of their songs. 7/10

Alright, I don't have pictures, but my friend and I saw Neck Deep and Beartooth, as well, and the reason I don't have pictures is because I was too busy trying to dodge fucking crowd surfers. We were literally against the barricade in the front row and my god, if you're willing to get that close be prepared to duck!

American Authors - second time seeing them, long time listener. THEIR LEAD SINGER IS SO CUTE AND HE SO FUCKING CLOSE TO US MY FRIEND LIKE CARESSED HIS ABS (creepy, yes, but an achievement nonetheless). 9/10 I sang along at the top of my lungs to almost every song.

Hands Like Houses - third time seeing them, cannot fucking get enough of their music. ANOTHER AMAZINGLY ATTRACTIVE LEAS SINGER WITH THE VOICE OF A GODDAMN ANGEL. AND THEY'RE AUSTRALIAN. DOES NOT GET BETTER THAN THAT. I've yet to ever hear them play my absolute favorite songs (Antarctica and Wisteria), but Introduced Species was so damn good, and so was I Am. 10/10 I wanna see them again like now. I'm hoping they're gonna go on tour in the US again soon (even though I literally saw them last November with Our Last Night and The Color Morale) because I just... love them. So much. They're my favorite band, hands down.

This was my third Warped and it was just as spectacular (and somewhat terrifying) as the last two. I really, really cannot wait till next July for my next go around with this tour.
