Parvati seemed to be not listening to Ishan, immersed in her book. "Parvati?" Ishan said, noticing her distraction.

Parvati finally looked up from her book, "What?"

"You weren't listening to what I said, weren't you?" Ishan asked, softly brushing Parvati's strand of hair beside her ear. He leaned in closer to her, as he whispered- "What are we reading?"

Parvati raised her eyebrows, a smirk playing in her lips. "A book, obviously. It's about how the two main characters fell in love amidst being in the other side of the war,"

"Go on," Ishan told, inches away from Parvati's neck.

Paravti gulped - "Maria, the female character is on the bad side but - she is stubborn about sticking with the villain."

Ishan chuckled softly, sending vibrations to all over Parvati's body. "And, what about the male lead?"

"Well- he," Parvati sighed, as Ishan's lips brushed her neck. Ishan's lips continued to brush against Parvati's neck, enjoying the effect he was having on her. He could feel her breath quicken, and he took pleasure in knowing he was the cause. He gently placed a kiss on the sensitive skin just below her earlobe before pulling back.

"Come on, love. Tell me about the male lead. I'm getting curious." Parvati's breath hitched as Ishan's lips caressed her neck, their presence sending shivers down her spine. She closed her eyes for a moment, savoring the feeling before answering his question with a low, barely audible whisper.

"The male lead," she began, her voice slightly trembled. "He's the opposite of her. A hero in the war, bound by duty and honor."

Ishan chuckled against her skin, his lips now on her collarbone. "Ah, the classic contrast between the villain and the hero," he murmured, enjoying the way she reacted to his touch. "Sounds like a fiery pairing, no?"

Parvati nodded silently, her breath catching as Ishan's lips traveled along her collarbone, sending waves of heat through her body. With each touch of his lips, she found herself becoming more and more affected, struggling to concentrate on their conversation.

"Yeah," she managed to utter, her voice strained. "A very... intense pairing..."

Ishan couldn't resist any longer. His lips trailed up from Parvathi's collarbone to her jawline, then finally finding the sweet haven of her lips. The kiss was deep and filled with desire.

He pulled her close, their bodies pressed against each other, as he lost himself in the passionate embrace.

Parvati responded eagerly to Ishan's kiss, her own lips meeting his with equal fervor. She melted into his arms, the heat and passion between them escalating with each moment.

Ishan's hands roamed over her body, pulling her even closer as if seeking to erase any hint of space between them.

"You are boring, Samira," Shreyas commented, breaking the silence the room held for an hour or so. He threw a crushed paper at Samira, which made her throw an glare at Shreyas.

Samira, few seconds ago, was working on her project. "You are here to help me, Shrey. But, however, you didn't even touch a pencil."

Shreyas shrugged nonchalantly, a mischievous smile playing on his lips. He leaned back on his chair, arms folded behind his head.

"Hey, I'm providing moral support, aren't I?" Shreyas teased, a hint of flirtation in his tone. "Besides, watching you work is far more entertaining than doing actual work."

Samira rolled her eyes at Shreyas's comment, but she couldn't help the small smile that tugged at the corner of her lips. "Oh, really? Moral support? That's what you call it?" she countered, turning her attention back to her project.

Despite her feigned annoyance, there was a spark in her eyes that clearly revealed she found his presence enjoyable.

Samira glanced up from her work, stealing a look at Shreyas. His carefree, laid back attitude and charming smiles had a way of disarming her.

Shreyas caught her looking at him, and they held each other's gaze for a moment. The room seemed to still, and the air between them felt charged with electricity.

Finally, Shreyas spoke, breaking the silence. "You know, I was just trying to distract you, but something about you working so intently just makes you all the more attractive, Sam,"

Samira's face flushed a soft shade of red at the compliment. She tried to maintain her composure, focusing on her project. But the truth was, she found his words quite charming.

Clearing her throat, she tried to play it off coolly. "You know, you could actually try working, Shrey. Might make the time pass faster."

Shreyas chuckled, leaning closer to her. "Oh, but where's the fun in that?" he teased, his voice low and playful. "Watching you get all flustered is a much better way to pass the time, don't you think?"

Samira's cheeks grew even redder at his words, and she tried to hide her embarrassment by returning her focus to her work. But his proximity, the way he looked at her with his charming smile, it was enough to make her heart skip a beat.

"You're insufferable, you know that?" she muttered, but there was a hint of affection in her tone.

Shreyas chuckled, enjoying the effect he had on her. He leaned in even closer, resting his chin on his hand.

"Insufferably charming, perhaps?" he suggested with a smirk, his eyes never leaving her face.

Samira tried to maintain her composure, but his proximity was making it increasingly difficult. The tension between them was undeniable, and she found herself drawn to him despite herself.

"More like insufferably annoying," she retorted, a small smile betraying her true feelings.

Shreyas's smirk widened at her response. He could tell she was trying to keep up her cool facade, but her blushing cheeks and the way she couldn't keep her eyes off him spoke volumes.

He casually leaned back, pretending to be nonchalant. "You know, if I'm so annoying, you could always ask me to leave," he suggested, feigning indifference.

Samira paused for a moment, considering his words. She knew she should tell him to leave, to maintain her focus on work, but she also knew deep down that she didn't truly want him gone.

With a huff, she muttered, "As if you'd listen even if I did ask you to leave."

Shreyas chuckled at her retort, knowing he had her right where he wanted her. "You're right," he admitted, leaning closer again. "I probably wouldn't listen. Especially when you're looking this adorable when you're all annoyed at me."

Samira's breath hitched slightly as he closed the gap between them, her heart racing at his proximity. She desperately tried to keep her cool, but his words and the intensity in his eyes sent a shiver down her spine.

"You're infuriating, you know that?" she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper.

Shreyas smiled, leaning even closer. Their faces were mere inches apart now, their breaths mingling. He could see the conflicting emotions behind her eyes, the resistance and the attraction.

"But you like it," he replied softly, his voice low and magnetic. "You like it when I get under your skin and make you all flustered like this."

Samira's breath hitched again, her defenses crumbling at his words. It was as though he saw straight through her facade and right into her heart.

She closed her eyes for a moment, trying to gather her thoughts, then looked back up at him. Her voice was softer, her resistance fading.

"I hate that you know me this well."

Shreyas chuckled at her words, "Well, I know you like it deep beneath your heart, Samira."

Samira rolled her eyes, but a small smile tugged at the corners of her lips. He had a way of getting under her skin, of unraveling her carefully constructed defenses.

"You're way too cocky, you know that?" she replied, trying to maintain her cool demeanor, though the effect he had on her was evident in her flushed cheeks.

Shreyas grinned, the challenge in her eyes only fueling his determination. He leaned in, closing the small remaining gap between them until his lips hovered millimeters from hers.

His body was close enough for her to feel the heat radiating off him, and his gaze was locked on her, burning with desire.

"You tell me to stop anytime, right?" he whispered, his breath caressing her lips.

Samira's heart raced, her brain screaming at her to resist, but her body was responding to his nearness in a way she couldn't ignore. She could feel the heat between them, the electric undercurrent of desire that made her entire being thrum with anticipation.

"Don't stop," she heard herself whisper, her voice surprisingly steady despite the maelstrom inside her.

Shreyas's grin widened, his heart skipping a beat. He had been so close to being denied again, but now, she was giving him what he wanted.

Without a word, he closed the last bit of distance, his lips capturing hers in a deep, passionate kiss.

Immediately, everything else faded away. The room, their projects, the world- all of it dissolved into the background as they lost themselves in the kiss.

Shreyas's hands found their way into her hair, pulling her closer to him as he deepened the kiss, devouring her.

Samira responded eagerly, her own hands reaching out to wrap around his neck, pulling him even closer. The moment they made contact, the dam holding back her emotions shattered into a million pieces.

She met his intensity, kissing him back with a hunger that surprised even herself. Her fingers played with the soft hairs at the back of his neck, her nails gently scraping against his skin.

Shreyas was the first to pull away, their lips parting with a soft gasp. His hands remained on her waist, not wanting to let go just yet.

They both looked at each other, breaths coming in ragged gasps, their eyes reflecting a mix of shock and pleasure.

"Wow," was all Samira managed to say, still trying to process what just happened.

"Wow, indeed," Shreyas echoed, a wide grin spreading across his face. He couldn't believe that he had managed to break through her defenses and get her to respond in the way he had always wanted.

His hands around her waist tightened slightly, and he leaned his forehead against hers, still trying to catch his breath.

Samira's heart was still racing, her head swirling with a mix of dazed feelings and conflicting thoughts. She couldn't deny that she had enjoyed the kiss, had wanted it as much as he did. But she wasn't sure where this left them now.

"What does this mean?" she asked finally, her voice barely above a whisper, her eyes searching his.

Shreyas met her gaze, a hint of tenderness in his eyes. He moved one hand to cup her cheek, his thumb gently grazing her skin.

"It means," he started, his voice steady but soft, "That I've liked you for so long, and I completely want to be yours, Samira."

Samira softly smiled at him, her heart fluttering at his words."I guess, the feelings are mutual, Shreyas."

"I am nervous," Aaradhya exclaimed, breaking the lingering silence in the car. "This is our first date - This is going to be our first proper date!"

"I want this to be perfect, Shubman," Aaradhya muttered. "What if something goes wrong?"

Shubman glanced over at Aardhaya, recognizing the anxiety in her voice. He reached out and patted her hand reassuringly.

"Hey, it's going to be fine," he said, his tone steady and comforting. "You don't need to be nervous. It's me, remember? I won't mind if anything isn't perfect."

Aardhaya took a deep breath, letting his calm words soothe her racing mind. She squeezed his hand gently, grateful for his steady presence.

"You're right," she replied, a small smile playing at the corner of her lips. "I'm being silly. I just worry too much about everything.."

"Relax, Aardhaya," he said soothingly. "It'll be fine. We'll take it one step at a time. And even if something does go wrong, we'll handle it together, alright? There's no need to stress."

Aardhaya couldn't help but give a small laugh, touched by his efforts to keep her at ease. She looked into his eyes, admiring the gentle concern and patience that they held.

"Thank you," she said softly. "For being this calm and patient with me. I know I can be quite the over-thinker."

"And," Shubman began, his eyes staying at hers' for a split second before focusing on the road. "I absolutely adore your overthinking self."

Aaradhya chuckled at his words, "You do?"

"Yeah," Shubman answered, "You make quite an adorable overthinker."

Aardhaya playfully slapped his arm, a small giggle escaping her. "Hey! I'm not just an overthinker, you know," she retorted, a smile on her lips.

Shubman chuckled at her reaction, enjoying the playful banter. "Oh, I'm well aware of that, love," he assured her. "You're also incredibly charming, witty, and talented. But that overthinking part is just the icing on the cake."

Aaradhya failed at her attempt to suppress her smile, "Thank you, Shubman. You just know how to make me feel the best,"

"Anytime," Shubman told, before an comfortable silence decided to fill the car.
