It was now day 2 of the Siege round, and no one's made any progress in taking anyone else's artifact. Everyone else was playing it on the defensive, but my team was solely focused on bolstering our forces with my machines, plants, and Jihan's golems. On the bright side, I now had 8 [REG] units, all of which were making more robo-version of the mercenary counterparts. 

I also managed to plant a couple [Peashooters] at the entryway of the bridge, but I suppose their only weakness is that they can't move without a pot. I also planted a couple sunflowers so I can get sunlight faster, and my current rate was 25 sun per 5 seconds. So I didn't have to be Ricardo anymore, in short, allowing me to change back into my usual battle equipment. However, I still kept the pop-hop in front of me so I can continue to get more plants, like the [Puff-Shroom], [Sun-Shroom], [Fume-Shroom], [Hypno-Shroom], [Scaredy-Shroom], [Ice-Shroom], [Doom-Shroom], and something else that doesn't have 'shroom' in it.

After changing back into my usual equipment, I noticed that Nami was walking up to me with Zoro following close behind. As they walked over to me, I was a bit busy planting a [Chomper] plant by the doorway, just out of sight to be most effective. After Iwas done planting, I stood back up and gave the two my full attention to see what they needed.

"Hey you two, need something?" I asked as I wiped the dirt off my hands, not surprising given how dragons can be total neat freaks.

"Um...whatcha got there?" Nami asked, eyeing the [Chomper] plant beside me, but I decided to play coy for a little while.

"A high-tech version of the OG Pip-Boy, with insulated cooling and heating, radiation detection, and a tracker." I showed off my [Pip-Boy] to the girl, who gave an eye roll in response. "I'm just messing with you, the plant is a [Chomper], powerful plants that can take out any foe if they're close enough by devouring them whole. Only downside is they take forever to reload, or digest their food, I'm not sure what to call it."

"Can't wait to see it in action." Zoro pointed out with his grip still on his swords, not sure if he doesn't trust me or what. "Either way, I have some bad news."

"What is it?" I asked, curious about the news Zoro has to report, most likely something involving the other teams.

"There seem to be quite a few 'spies' in everyone else's base, with the exact amount being unknown to me." Zoro reported as he looked out the gate and out to the castle in the middle of the field. "All I know is that there's three enemies in the hunters' base, one in the heroes', five in the shinobis' and the AST units are all pretty much our opponent's too, right?"

"The AST units should be easy picking for me if they decide to attack us." I explained while using [Lord of the Sea] to summon a storm above us. "My semblance allows me to control water, ice, steam, clouds, wind, and lightning. While it may drain my aura rapidly, about 50 AP per second, also worth noting that the AST units have a lot of metal on their bodies."

"What about everyone else?" Nami asked, concerned about the intruders who managed to break into the school as I disparaged the clouds above us.

"The one in the heroes' base won't show themselves because they lack numbers, so they won't do anything too risky." I theorized while trying to form a back-up plan should things go wrong. "As for the shinobi and hunters, I think we should attack them to force them to surrender, hopefully ruining whatever plans those guys have made."

"I can get behind that idea, so how will we do it?" Zoro asked while I still used my [Adapter] skill on my phone, somehow still playing the game from earlier.

"Well, my personal force and I will take on the shinobi's artifact, since the hidden village shinobi are stronger than the hunters." I explained, thinking of bringing Mori, Bam, Ethan, and Jihan with me. "The straw hats who can fight will lead a small force of robots with them to tame the hunter's artifact."

"What do you mean, those who can fight?!" Nami shouted before I karate chopped her head. "Ow!"

"I mean people who are better suited for offense, like Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji." I answered, remembering that the strawhat pirates are missing three members due to the rule placed that adults can't join the tournament. "Everyone else can stay here and help defend the artifact."

"Can't your machines and plants do that?" Nami asked, causing me to shake my head as I moved onto the next level.

"My machines and plants are great and, but they're still heaps of metal or simple plants." I explained as I began placing plant after plant on the screen in front of me. "My machines are obviously weak against lightning, fire, and water, so using them against shinobi is a bad idea. As for my plants, they're not mobile in the slightest, and they still need basic plant necessities."

"So everything you have is weak to fire." Zoro pointed out with a low laugh. "Pretty ironic given how you're a sea demigod."

"I'd place an enchantment on them, but that'd drain my mana way too quickly." I explained before walking to the inside of the base. "C'mon, let's go form a plan with the others so we can ruin some plans."

After I said this, the two of them followed me inside the main building of the stronghold, revealing a large dining room table that had a map on it. Not surprisingly, Khun, Jihan, Kakyoin, Jotaro, Dawei, Seungchul, and Dark were already inside and planning our next wave of attack. I proceeded to join the group and began informing them of the situation and my idea, which could use some modifications.

After the strategy meeting, my plan was officially approved and was to be executed immediately. So now I stood with Mori, Ethan, Bam, and Jihan outside the gate while a blue cube hovered next to us. After I regathered all of my weapons to put into my inventory, I summoned [Areadbhar] and [Lostvayne] to signal I was ready, followed by everyone beginning to run towards the shinobi stronghold.

Of course, the only people who actually ran were me, Mori, and Ethan. Jihan was just flying with a staff in his hands and Bam summoned black butterfly wings to help him fly, which made no sense to me but nothing does at this point. Of course, we were met with some resistance in the form of three unknown shinobi.

"I must ask for you to leave." The one with the tattoo above the eye politely asked, causing Mori to just snicker. "If you don't, we'll be forced to take violent action."

"Gaara, we're supposed to take care of people who came too close." The one with the weird face paint addressed the tattoo kid as Gaara, isn't he from the hidden sand village?

"Kankuro, who said I wasn't doing anything?" Garage asked, causing Mori to look like he realized something.

"Watch out!" Mori shouted as he quickly leapt into the air, followed by Ethan doing the same but to the side, but I remained solid. "(Y/N), it's a trap!"

Sand suddenly erupted all around me, but I wasn't scared in the slightest. Instead, I prepared [Areadbhar] by holding the blade horizontally while using [Lostvayne] to point at the sky. I then stayed like this while waiting for the sand to come close to me. Once the sand was in range, I prepared my two weapons and used a skill.

"Use skill: [Water Breathing, Eighth Form: Waterfall Basin]!" I stabbed [Areadbhar] into the ground, summoning an eruption of water to engulf all the sand around me, but then I prepared [Lostvayne]. "[Water Breathing, Second Form: Water Wheel]!"

The circle of water appeared around me and scattered the wet sand around me, effectively rendering it useless. Gaara seemed to have noticed this and gave me an interested glare, which I returned with a cheeky smirk. His female acquaintance prepared a ran while the Kankuro guy prepared a puppet.

"You're an interesting fellow, would you mind telling me your name?" Gaara politely asked, causing me to point the tip of [Areadbhar] at him.

"Name's (Y/N) (L/N), nice trap by the way." I complimented the guy as Mori and Ethan landed beside me. "Just don't use it on the same person twice, and you're set."

"Hmph, you seem like a decent fellow, perhaps we could become friends after the tournament." Gaara returned the compliment with his own, as my peerage members gave me surprised looks. "In any case, my two allies here are Kankuro and Temari."

"I can get behind that idea." I responded to Gaara's offer before gesturing to my pieces. "My allies are Jihan, Bam, Mori, and Ethan."

"Wait, my name's Hardcore Leveling Warrior!" Ethan shouted, unaware of how much of a nightmare that name is to type.

"Yeah, but that's a rather long name, and Ethan is your real name so..." Bam trailed off, causing Ethan to brush it off in annoyance.

"By the way, we have reason to believe there's someone who's pretending to be on our side, but it's likely they're from a different place." Temari admits, causing Kankuro to look at her, surprised. "Their names are Homura, Yomi, Hikage, Mirai, and Haruka."

"Wait, Temari, why are you telling them this?" Kankuro asked, genuinely confused.

"Simply because I have a feeling these guys already knew we had intruders, but didn't know the specifics." Temari smirked as I pointed [Areadbhar] away from the trio. "Besides, they're on our team so we can't do anything about it."

"Anything you can tell us about their abilities?" Jihan asked, wanting to form a kind of plan to take them on.

"First there's Haruka, who uses puppets like me." Kankuro explained, trying his best to recall their abilities. "There's also a girl named Mirai, who used guns and an umbrella."

"Another girl worth noting is Hikage, she uses knives that might be coated in poison, but her speed is difficult to track." Temari explained confidently, trying to give us intel on our opponent. "Plus there's Yomi, who uses a powerful greatsword."

"The last girl is Homura, who uses six swords to fight." Gaara explained in a monotone voice, something tells me he might be Koneko's cousin or something. "So's the biggest threat, so stay evasive. However, from what I've seen, you two seem to be on par with one another in terms of weaponry, so it'll come down to other skills."

"Thanks bro, I'll be sure to invite you for a game of shogi when this is all over." I offered and ran past Gaara, followed by the rest of my peerage following close behind me.

The five of us reached the shinobi stronghold, to notice that it was similar to our, except it looked more, like a medieval Japanese building. I then put [Lostvayne] in my mouth to summon [Failnaught] so I can use [FEIFOM] to get inside the stronghold quickly, but Ethan stopped me.

"Alright, so I think I've come up with an idea." Jihan started, while all five of us huddled together to hear the plan. "Bam will fight Haruka, trying to keep her from supporting her allies with his shinsu control. Ethan's the only one with armor, so he'll take Mirai. Mori, you've got the most amount of physical power compared to everyone here, you take Yomi. Hikage sounds like a loose canon, so I'll keep her at a distance. (Y/N), you take Homura, and try to win with your inventory."

"Understood." Bam nodded in agreement, already summoning a water orb behind him.

"This armor can block a lot more than just bullets, so count me in." Ethan smirked as he agreed to the plan. 

"A shinobi using a greatsword...this will be interesting." Mori chuckled as he accepted the plan.

"Let's try not to kill them, we can capture them and interrogate them, or invite them into my peerage as captured pieces." I advised the four individuals, who thought for a moment before agreeing. "Wait, do we have a team name?"

"Um...no?" Ethan answered, causing me to start thinking. "Why?"

"Just feel like my peerage should have a cool name..." I groaned as I began thinking of a name, before it hit me. "I got it, how about, King's Men?"

"I like it." Bam commented as Mori nodded in agreement. "What about you guys?"

"I've heard worse." Ethan admits, while Jihan cleared his throat.

"Alright, so it's settled, the peerage is called the King's Men!" Jihan cheered before he put his hand in the middle of the circle, followed by the rest of s doing this same. "King's Men on three, 1...2...3!

"King's Men!" The five of us shouted before scattering, officially starting the plan.

(Third POV)

Inside the shinobi stronghold, Homura's Crimson Squad stood on the wall watching over the plains, with a brown haired woman controlling some strings with her hands. As the five shinobi stood on the wall, every other shinobi decided it was best to keep their distance away from the shinobi, given their mysterious nature.

"I wonder why no one offers to help us?" The blonde girl named Yomi asked out loud. "I understand they prefer to work in their assigned teams, but we're not that scary are we?"

"I think it has to do with the fact we showed up at the last minute." Hikage theorized as she sharpened a knife.

"Well that's stupid, we're shinobi!" The smallest of the ground, Mirai, commented on the behavior. "We're meant to be sneaky!"

"My my Mirai, I think it has to do with the fact that we don't tell people anything." Haruka threw in her guess as one of the strings on her fingertips picked up something. "Odd..."

"What is it?" The leader of the group, Homura asked the girl, curious to see what's the matter.

"It appears we have an intruder." Haruka then pointed up at the flowing (f/c) hawk that was circling overhead. "Should we shoot it down?"

"On it!" Mirai didn't even wait for an answer before using a pistol to shoot the hawk down, causing it to evaporate. "Done!"

"Why did that aura feel familiar..." Homura asked herself before Haruka suddenly gasped. "What is it?!"

"We have company!" Haruka then proceeded to summon two wooden puppets while the other five quickly got into a battle stance.

Shortly after getting into a battle stance, Bam suddenly flew up the wall and fired three streams of water from the orb behind his back. These streams of water were easy to avoid, but they forced all five girls to scatter to different locations, just as Jihan planned. Haruka and Yomi kept to the roof of the main building, which was quickly followed by Mori getting thrown by you using [Aymr] and landing on the roof with the girls and Bam.

Hikage dodged to the right of the wall while Mirai leapt to the left of the wall, allowing Jihan and Ethan to get between the two after the two landed. The final person was Homura herself, who kept forward and off the wall. It wasn't until she was in midair that she realized that you had [Failnaught] drawn back and ready to fire.

You opened fire on the girl, who quickly unsheathed all six of her swords and held them in between her fingers, kind of making them look like claws. She then used these 'claws' to block three of your arrows before stabbing three swords into the wall and using the wall as a springboard to throw herself at you.

As this happened Mori dodged a slash from Yomi's greatsword before delivering a kick to her stomach to send her stumbling back a bit. Haruka tried to help by sending two puppets to contain Mori, but the puppets were pushed back my Bam sending a large stream of water at them.

At the same time, Jihan was flying in the air to keep his distance from Hikage, who threw her daggers at the gamer. Jihan couldn't do that much because of the vicious nature of his opponent, but he tried sending a man arrow at her with no luck. Ethan on the other hand was having no tro7ke against Mirai, except for the fact that Mirai kept on evading the gambler.

After leaping off the wall, Homura tried planting three of her swords into your chest, but you dismissed [Failnaught] and grabbed [Lostvayne] with the spare hand. You then used [Areadbhar] by spinning the hilt of the spear rapidly to create a kind of shield, it made contact with Homura's swords and forced her hand up. Giving you and opening to get her with [Lostvayne] but she used her other hand to block the sword. Forcing the two of you into a kind of locked position, as the two of you looked into each other's eyes.

Ethan was getting annoyed with Mirai constantly running to keep her distance from him, so he pulled out a coin to try and use his Lucky Coin ability to boost his speed, but it was knocked out of his hands by a gunshot. The boy looked over at Mirai to see she had a kind of mini gun placed under her skirt like a...thingy (Yes that's real, and it's called Valkyrie, I was confused too and still am)

"What the fuck?!" Ethan screamed as he used his sword to block the incoming bullets, but he didn't expect a giant purple orb to come flying at him from the nozzle of the gun. "Am I getting on a watch list for this?!"

His question was forced to go unanswered as Jihan was too busy using his telekinesis on Hikage's knives to try and throw them at her, but Hikage dodged every knife he threw. Jihan then tried sending multiple mana arrows at the girl, all of which were destroyed after colliding with Hikage's knives after she picked them up to throw them.

Mori and Bam were having better luck, Bam was keeping Haruka's puppets at bay while Mori was starting to overwhelm Yomi with his kicks. Yomi tried blocking the boy's kicks with her sword, but every kick sent her back a couple inches. Bam also used his water orb to shoot streams of water at Haruka, who dodged all of them but there were instances where she almost got hit.

You on the other hand were tied with Homura in skill with your weapons. So the two of you kept back to put some distance between you two and you used this opportunity to try and throw [Areadbhar] at her, which she dodged. You then warped to [Areadbhar] as it passed by Homura's head, trying to get a sneak attack on her with [Lostvayne].

Homura blocked your slash and kicked you back once more, but you used this to summon [Flamethrower] and tried engulfing Homura inflames. However, Homura dodged your flames and closed the distance between you two with her swords at the ready, aiming for your chest and neck.

Ethan was getting tired of the barrage of purple orbs coming at him, so he prepared his sword to deliver the final blow to the girl. Ethan quickly dodged each and every one of the orbs that was shot from Mirai's gun, causing her to become noticeably more distressed as he got closer. Ethan then prepared to use Moonlight slash, but he remembered that you recommended not killing any of them, so Ethan just hit her with the blunt side of his sword to knock her out.

On Jihan's end, Hikage was starting to become tired while Jihan showed no sign of exhaustion. Hikage then made the mistake of grabbing her knife and getting into a defensive position, which would be good against someone like Ethan, but she was facing Jihan the Sorcerer. Jihan then delivered three mana arrows to the girl, one was targeting her chest, another her stomach, and the last her head. Hikage managed to block the first two, but the last one hit it's mark and rendered her unconscious.

Mori on the roof just stood with Bam, looking at the two girls they were facing in disbelief and pity. The two girls were on their last legs and were on the brink of collapsing, but they refused to back down. Bam decided to use his blue disc to quickly get behind the two girls and karate chop their necks in order to put them in an unconscious state. Mori then picked the two girls up by their shirts and prepared to leap off the wall until he saw you win a grin.

"Your next line is, 'This is where you die!'." I predicted with a wink as Homura drew her arms back.

"This is where you die!" Homura was about to slash at me but she was quickly hit in the back by multiple bullets. "What?!"

"You're a brave girl I'll give you that, but you'll always lose to me in a battle of wits." I warned before summoning [Mace of the Fierce] and gently striking her head, just enough to render her unconscious. "Not just you, but many others as well."

After knocking Homura out, my four acquaintances kept down from the wall and walked over to me. Ethan was carrying Mirai over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes, while dragging some sort of giant gun behind him. Mori was carrying both Yomi and Haruka by the shirts, kind of like how people carry cats by the skin sometimes. As the Hikage, Jihan was telekinetically carrying her behind him. I then dismissed all of my weapons before crouching down and picking up Homura bridal style.

"Nice work Timmy!" I shouted at the Turret, which I placed shortly after throwing Mori with [Aymr]. "C'mon, let's go home."

"Wait, where are we going to keep these people?" Bam asked as he walked alongside me towards the stronghold. "I don't think we can send them to your dungeon yet?"

"Simple, Jihan has I.D.'s we can send them to." I recommended as I turned over to the boy in question, who nodded in agreement. "Also, try to make it like it's a prison cell with food, if we can add these guys to my peerage, then I want them to be alive."

"Plus we have to interrogate them first." Mori reminded us as the five of us walked back to the stronghold with Timmy the turret close behind.

As we walked, I looked at the sun to see it was almost setting, signaling the end of the second day of the siege round and leaving one day left to get the artifacts. That's when I realized that none of us stole the shinobi's artifacts, and that I have to rely on everyone else to get it.

I started to panic until I heard the sound of explosions and fighting coming from the stronghold we were just at, causing all of us to stop what we were doing and look at the source of the commotion. That's when we saw a kind of griffin flying out of the stronghold with the artifact we need in its claws. It seemed to have noticed us and waved to signal that he was friendly, and that the griffin was actually Joe.

We would've started applauding, but our hands were full in the literal term so we kind of had to choose to continue walking. That was until a bunch of kunai were being thrown at us all at once, making us realize that we've been spotted and forcing us to retreat. With that said, all of us began running towards our stronghold trying to not die. Well, Bam and Jihan decided to fly ahead of us again, so that just left me, Mori, Ethan, Timmy, and the unconscious shinobi we were carrying to fend for ourselves.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
