It was now the day of the meeting and I left the island of my kingdom, which I still haven't come up with a name for yet. I was on a ship with my golden generals, Sung, Jihan, Ardyn, and Stark. Admittedly, Ulquiorra was stronger than Stark when we first met, but that's only because Ulquiorra had access to segunda and Stark doesn't. However, now Stark was stronger than Ulquiorra because now Stark and Ulquiorra both possess a power greater than resurreccion. I was in an airship alongside Rias, Nicholas, Rias' peerage, my four gold generals, Chaos, and Yoshino. Chaos changed the most out of the most of us, he got taller and started wearing a dark cyan collared shirt to match his gauntlets he fashioned off of Yang's gauntlets. He was currently wearing jeans and steel toed boots, he ditched the tinfoil all together to adopt a more mature look. Plus Chaos grew quite a bit, so now he was taller than Yoshino, unlike three years ago.

The journey took a while, but all of us finally reached the building our meeting was going to take place at. It was a normal looking skyscraper in the middle of an island somewhere close to Australia. The room the meeting took place in had glass windows and a high ceiling, tall enough to to have a brilliant chandelier and still have room. The table we were sitting at was U-shaped and rather large, so Rias, Yoshino, and I sat at the end on the right. I had my four gold generals stand behind the three of us to act as guards. Moving from my spot to the other end of the table was Sirzechs, Azazel of the fallen angels, Micheal of the angels, Head Captain Yamamoto, a man wearing a labcoat, a blue haired girl who looked somewhat that Rias, and the five Kage took up the entire other side.

All of us had at least one guard; Grayfia stood behind Sirzechs, Irina stood behind Micheal, Jushiro and another man stood behind Genryusai, and another blonde guy stood behind the blue haired girl. I recognized one of the lab coat guy's companions to be [Scientist], and he stood beside a blonde haired girl with a camera. As for the five Kage, they all had two guards behind them. We weren't allowed to bring more than 3 guards per person, so everyone else was waiting outside. Still, it's pretty ballsy of Azazel not to bring any guards to the meeting.

"Hey Danzo, where's the hokage?" The man in the lab coat asked the guy with the eyepatch, I did notice that he stood out even among us. "If the invite you got didn't already say it 'this is a Kage and others get together'."

"The hokage is currently out of commission due to a recent fight." Danzo answered coldly while he glared at me, the blue haired girl, Yoshino, Rias, and the lab coat guy. "I was also told that a member of the 05 council will be here, Dr.Bright, yet here I am surrounded by children and an incompetent ruler."

"Ok boomer." I responded calmly while examining my nails, pissing the old man off further. "Since you apparently let your pride blind you, I'm gonna be nice and spell it out for you. All of us are in deep shit right now."

"I agree, something is going on if Kokabiel was brave enough to attack Sacred King's like that." The raikage, A, agreed with me. "Plus he had back up from the akatsuki, arrancar, grimm, and even some unidentifiable threats. Say, isn't one of them right behind (Y/N)?"

"It's a special trait only members of the Ryujin family can use with their peerage pieces." Sirzechs decided to save me the trouble of explaining things. "Due to their pieces being shogi, they can recruit up to 39 other individuals that they fought against and/or killed."

"Back on the original subject, we also lost contact with Doctor V and the other XV Lords." Dr. Bright announced, shocking the room quite a bit. "Normally the foundation has methods of tracking, but all of them seem to be under the effects of V's rules, so we can't use them to track him. So now we're stuck fighting Divine Brotherhood on our own. Any intel on them?"

"Well they're led by nine indivudals called the Ten Commandments, and one of them was killed by (Y/N) and his peerage three years ago." The blue haired girl informed everyone else, how did she know that. "I was lucky that Zenkichi here was able to get footage of that fight."

"Medaka, leave the spying to the SCP foundation, we're not good at a lot of things." Dr. Bright rubbed the back of his neck whilst looking around the room. "Still, these ten Commandment guys sound like a big deal. We need more intel on them."

"I'm afraid that's not possible." The man beside Jushiro tilted his hat a bit. "The Ten Commandments have been reformed and changed over time. Plus this new group has stayed a secret for a decade, only revealing their heads now."

"Is there any way to prepare for their attack?" The mizukage, Mei asked everyone around the room. "Even if this group ends up being one if the most powerful in the world, there must be a way to counteract them."

"All we can say for sure is that at least one of them, most likely Ursula, has the power to raise an uncertain amount of the undead." Rias announced to the room while pulling out pictures of Akaza, Kokushibo, and some other undead enemies we fought. "The current limit is unknown, but it appears the undead still keep their original personalities and powers."

"Great, so now we not only need to prepare for the living, but also the dead." The tsuchikage, Onoki grumbled in annoyance about this fact. "Let me guess, we're going to have to fight more of them?"

"Yup, the Divine Brother consists of the vast majority of Grecoroman mythologies and some Norse." Azazel informed everyone in the room. "That includes Heracles, Perseus, Odin, Achilles, Hel, and more."

"Damn, if that bastard Ironwood were to join us we'd at least have a more equipped army to work with." A slammed his fast into the table, cracking if a bit, so I decided to help him out.

"If you want guns, I can help you with that." I pulled out a picture of an overly muscular man with a mustache and a love of explosions. "I have a skill that allows me to summon video game characters like a gacha, and one of those characters was Torgue. If you don't know who he is, he owns a company that makes guns."

"Looks like you're all set for a war (Y/N)." Sirzechs commented with a smirk, which I just returned with a toothy smirk of my own and a two fingered salute. "Still, it's concerning they saw Kokabiel as such a disposable piece, so we can assume they have much more powerful individuals in that group of theirs."

"I know this might seem random, but has war criminals broken out of your prisons without explanation?" The kazekage, Gaara asked, which almost everyone replied with yes, all except for Dr.Bright, Medaka, and myself. "Is it possible there's someone capable of transporting others vast distances?"

"Are you implying the Divine Brotherhood is taking war criminals off our hands?" A asked, gaining a nod from the kazekage. "That might be possible, but if that's the case, why don't they launch an invasion. We'd be powerless to stop an attack from the inside."

"The current empress is some girl by the name of Ursula Winter, I don't know much about her, but maybe she has something to with that." Dr.Bright said, making me flinch, and my flinch didn't go unnoticed.

"(Y/N), do you have a connection to this Ursula woman?" Onoki caught on, forcing all of the attention onto me, I began to get nervous, but then my father's old pendant swung into my field of view, somehow reassuring me.

"Yes, Ursula is my cousin, and I believe it was my fault that she's like this." I sighed and began explaining how I killed her years ago, and how that might have led to her becoming like this. "I apologize for my actions, and I will take full responsibility by fighting this war one my own."

"You sound as brave as you sound foolish." Genryusai commented with a small laugh. "So how do you plan on taking on one of the most powerful organizations in the world? Are you going to have the celts and Indian gods back you up."

"Nope, the celts are currently recovering and every god from India is getting real sick of the country getting invaded, so they're staying there to protect it." I calmly said before recalling some more steps to my plan. "My only main weakness is my lack of competent numbers. All of my troops are currently either robots, dragons, or plants. Plus western myths don't have any shortage of heroes to go around."

"So how do you plan to stand against an army of literal gods without the assistance of those around you?" [Scientist] asked with a curious expression on his face.

"Simple, DIO's stand users usually have some kind of forehead squid implanted in them, if I can get those parasites out of them, I can recruit them onto my side." I explained, knowing full well my spirit is a long shot. "Plus I can possibly get the support of spirits, I already have the support of Princess, Hermit, Nightmare, Beserk, and Ifrit on my side right now."

"Wait, doesn't Nightmare kill people to gain more power?" Dr.Bright asked, raising a valid point in the process.

"She used to need to take away someone's time in order for her powers to work, but not anymore." I confidently boasted, surprising everyone. "You see, one of the biggest downsides of the Ouryuu's ability is that you can't age and basically have infinite time. So I thought to myself: 'why not give Kurumi my own time', and now my lifespan is cut to what's normal for a demigod, and Kurumi basically has infinite time now."

"My my, I heard of (Y/N)'s exploits, but I never thought you were smart enough to pull something like that off." Mei complimented, making me scratch my cheek in embarrassment. "In fact, you have my support in this war of yours. After all, the hidden mist and your little island are relatively close after all."

"Thank you lady Mizukage." I lowered by head a bit to show my gratitude, gaining a light giggle from the mizukage.

"No need for such formalities, please, just call me Mei." Mei decided to drop the formalities, so I raised my head once more.

After gaining the support of the mist village, I suddenly felt the room become a lot colder than it originally had. Jihan and Yoshino both looked at me, but I shrugged my shoulders to show that I wasn't the cause of this. I placed both my hands underneath the table and summoned [Lostvayne] in one and [Mehrunes Razor] in the other. Sung also placed his hands in his suit pockets, supposedly to summon a dagger. Stark placed a hand on the hilt of his blade as well just in case. I could tell everyone else in the room felt uneasy, mostly because their guards started either gripping their weapons or prepared their nerves.

Just then, a dark blue door made of steel appeared at the of the room, it's design was one I was all too familiar with. There was ivory covering the door in the way that it looked like a mountain at the bottom as clouds at the top of the doors. Between the mountain and clouds were thinner pieces of ivory arranged to look like the wind and snowflakes. The door opened to let a freezing breeze fill the room. I instinctively cast [Muffle] and [Invisibility] on Yoshino and had [Joker Requiem] take her out of the room before you know who entered the room.

A single black boot went through the doorway, followed by another and the main body of whenever was wearing the boot. Ursula Winter, As she walked in, I noticed a ring on her right hand, and close behind her was Taek Jegal, who also wore a ring on his matching hand. The pair carried themselves with the dignity and grace you'd expect from a king and queen. The two walked forwards until Taek suddenly stopped by the now closed door and leaned his back against it. He watched as Ursula walked forwards before she suddenly stopped in front of everyone.

"Yesterday I expected to find leaders, Kings, and brilliant minds within this room." Ursula's voice was cold, cold enough for even me to feel chills, and I've swam in the Arctic Ocean. "Yet here I arrive to see a bunch of fools running their respective territories."

"Watch your tone!" One of the mizukage's guards ordered while gripping their sword, then I noticed it had two handles on either side of one another. "You're talking to the mizukage!"

"Oh I know, but if she's the strongest in your village, then your village is doomed." Ursula coldly growled as she eyed the room a bit more, before noticing that I was there too. "Well (Y/N), it's surely been a while."

"You think you can ignore us, you insolent brat?!" Genryusai sounded pissed, and he held out his cane, but then Ursula quickly unsheathed her sword and cut the air, somehow cutting Genryusai in half.

"GENRYUSAI!" Jushiro shouted, while everyone else looked at the scene in shock, myself included, but I didn't let that stop me.

I used [Divine Pulse] to rewind time second by second until it was the moment until Ursula placed her hand on her sword. I deactivated the skill and used [Quicksilver] to freeze time around me, then I got up from my chair to stand directly between Genryusai and Ursula. I threw both [Mehrunes Razor] and [Lostvayne] at Ursula, causing the blades to stay in place. I summoned [Shield of the Just, Galatea] in one hand and [Rhitta] in the other. I slammed the axe against the shield to use [Warcry], [Ebony Skin], then [Battlecry] to boost my defense and attack power.

Once I resumed time, I was caught off guard by the fact that the slash seemingly passed right through the shield and almost cut my stomach, neck, and limbs in half, only being held together by the bone. The sudden feeling of air coming into contact with the crisp air, but that feeling quickly disappeared as everything began regenerating itself seconds later, like it never happened and now with golden scales covering the parts I was cut.

"...Impressive, maybe not all of your are as incompetent as I thought." Ursula commented before effortlessly dodging my two thrown blades by tilting her head slightly. "However, you're still pretty weak. Just so we're clear, I'm not here to fight, I just don't tolerate outbursts like that."

"If you haven't already figured it out already, we're kind of in the middle of something." Dr.Bright acted like this was entirely routine for him, but he was still annoyed by it. "So get on with it!"

"Since you're weak, I'll let it slip, but you should know better than to speak freely in the presence of an empress like that again." Ursula removed her hands from her sword and covered the windows in that steam you see when you breathe on a cold window. "To be blunt, all members of the Divine Brotherhood demand more influence, so I'll ask you all this once; surrender your people and you will be spared."

"Do you have any idea who you're talking to?" Azazel asked with a pissed off expression, while A, Medaka, Rias, and myself were barely holding in our anger, so I dismissed all of my weaponry before I did lose my temper.

"I thought I was talking to a group of the most powerful people on the planet, yet I was wrong." Ursula growled in an annoyed tone. "Like I said, I will not ask again; surrender now or die."

The room went silent with that, with everyone standing in absolute silence, trying to come up with some way to come out of this situation with both their pride and their lives intact. The difference between Ursula and I was massive, she looked like she was groomed for perfection since birth and I was the king of a falling kingdom. My hair was messy, and the only reason it was about my face was because of my father's headscarf I wrapped around my head alongside the necklace. Meanwhile, Ursula's hair was smooth and her attire was one of nobility. Despite this clear difference, Sirzechs did something that would forever alter history.

"I surrender all of hell..." Sirzechs held up his right hand, yet his usual calm smirk remained on his face as he stood up, shocking everyone in the room. "...To King (Y/N) (L/N), the Dragon Sin of Wrath."

"The same goes for the SCP Foundation my dudes." Dr.Bright flipped Ursula off while he said this, not getting a response because she was shocked by the sudden reversal of roles.

"The Soul Society also surrenders to that (Y/N) guy." The straw hatted man calmly announced with a tip of his hat, making the elderly man nod. "Way better than surrendering to those Greek gods."

"As much as I hate surrendering, the Hidden Cloud village surrenders." A said with a surprisingly calm smirk.

"You got us Fallen Angels' support man." Azazel lazily gave his own two fingered salute.

"Don't leave us angels out of this." Micheal said with a smile on his face.

"You can count the Hidden Mist in this as well." Mei was smiling while she eyed me like a shark would their prey.

"I may not like listening to a youngster like him, but way better than a demanding brat like you." Onoki scowled at the girl with his arms crossed. "The Hidden Stone village surrenders to (Y/N)."

"The Hidden Sand village also surrenders to (Y/N) (L/N)." Gaara gave a light smile to me as he said this. "You have my support in this war (Y/N)."

"Don't forget the Hidden Leaf village!" A new voice burst the doors open, revealing the hokage, Tsunade punched the thing down.

"You know Tsunade, the door was unlocked." Dr.Bright deadpanned before turning his attention to Danzo. "Also, bye bye Mr.Danzo man."

"Very well then." Ursula finally reacted and a deranged smile appeared on her face, scaring even Taek, her supposed husband. "I declare war on each and every one of you, and I refuse to show mercy on anyone of my enemies."

"You guys messed up big time." Taek commented while we all watched Ursula unsheathed her sword and plunged it into the floor, causing a magic circle made of light, rose vines, bones, and roses to appear around her.

"Arise and head my call...Estarossa, Doma, Akaza, Zancrow, Rustyrose, Kain Hikaru...rise from your graves and serve your Empress." Ursula chanted before the magic circle suddenly dispersed and Ursula sheathed her sword. "So long, insects and until we meet again...(Y/N)."

With that said Ursula and Taek both left through the door, causing it to slam shut before dispersing into mist. With the disappearance of the empress, the room temperature went back to normal. Well, almost normal. The temperature was still slightly low because I was stressed. I didn't plan this, and now I had to command several new territories and one of the most powerful organizations on the planet.

"GYAAAAAH!" I shouted while pulling my hair, causing lightning to shoot out of my mouth, most dragons breathe fire, but my family doesn't do fire all that much. "Why did you guys do that?!"

"Not like we had any better ideas, I felt the power behind that girl's strike, she actually posed a threat." Genryusai said, having no clue how correct he was. "Plus that weapon...I sensed great malice and hatred was put into that sword by whoever made it."

"Still, you can't expect me to run everyone's countries for them!" I took a breath in and out to help reassure my nerves before letting go of my hair. "Okay, how about this, we do a democratic alliance with me being the official figurehead, deal?"

Everyone agreed to do the alliance idea, but we all had to plan quickly because I know what Ursula did back there. I used [Witch Time] on everything outside the room while also summoning [Adlin] to help me focus my magic. We all agreed that the Hidden villages and three fractions would do all of the fighting while the SCP foundation did everything within their power to ensure the secrecy of the 'abyss', as Jihan put it. All that left was a name, a name for our alliance.

"A name?" A asked in disbelief, most likely not understanding the importance of the name itself. "I don't care what you name it, you could go with something stupid for all I care."

"Well the Soviet Union is out of the question." I said with a huff of annoyance while my crown was sloppily wrapped around my head, which I was totally wearing this whole time.

"Hey (Y/N), those flowers look rather nice." Medaka complimented while pointing to my flower crown like she wanted to touch it. "I don't think I've seen a flower like them before?"

"They're from an entirely different dimension, and they're called Sylleblossoms." I answered with a gentle smile, then Dr.Bright slammed his hands in the table like he just realized something.

"I got it, the Sylleblossom Alliance!" Dr.Bright shouted enthusiastically, causing everyone in the room to look at him. "Oh I'm sorry, how many of you plebeians have a better idea?"

"I doubt any of us have any sort of name at the moment, so your idea is more than acceptable." Gaara commented, gaining nods of agreement from everyone else. "So from this day forward we are the sylleblossom alliance."

"Great, So now we need to set up an actual plan and not just an overview." I suggested, making the blonde girl accompanying Dr.Bright hand me some files. "What are these?"

"These are files to some SCP's we'd like you to help us out with, since they live in the ocean." The girl informed me before she started naming a few. "There's SCP-3000 "Anantashesha", SCP-1128 "Aquatic Horror", SCP 3700 "Tides of War", and some more!"

"Good to know, I'll check them out when I get back to the palace and start assigning orders." I placed the files in my [Inventory] and took a breath in. "Okay, So we'll all meet at the coordinates I gave you, got it? For the record, the moment I release the spell, is the moment all hell breaks loose."

Everyone was fully prepared for the task, all except for Danzo, in fact, he was glaring at me this whole time with rage. I ignored him and deactivated the spell, causing an explosion to be heard as the sky scraper we were down suddenly started collapsing. I used [Aldin] and enhanced [Teleport] enough to allow me to teleport everyone inside the building out of it. We were met with everyone Ursula named and even some guy I haven't seen yet. Once we appeared, I was attacked by some edgelord with black hair and the sharingan. I realized this guy was Sasuke Uchiha and used [Mizu Mizu no mi] to turn my body into water before it hit me.

"So, looks like this War is off to a great start."

(A/N: Yup, the war is officially on and I wanted to use this chapter to show off a piece of this new (Y/N)'s power and personality. Don't like this new (Y/N), let me know what you hate about him and I'll change it if that part of him isn't important. Btw, yes the SCP foundation will be a major part of the book, and there will even get it's own book in it's own time. Everything I show off here is already a thing, so there won't be any spoilers. As for why I added Medaka, I just felt like she would have been too OP in the first book so I'm adding her now .3.
