empathy
That night Jungkook didn't go outside to the little shed behind their house. He had practised the whole day anyways, and tomorrow he wanted to tell his parents about the piano in the little shed.
Instead of mooching around in their small garden, (where Elli and theCatypillar were sitting under the bushes, FreeDino plis find us) Jungkook had decided to stay in bed and think of a text for a new song. He knew, that he wasn't that good in finding lyrics, but as the silent voice of Minnie suddenly resounded in his ears, he could focus and concentrate on the text.
While Jungkook was working on a masterpiece, his parents were quietly talking next door.
Jungkook's mother shed a little tear as she thought of the light in Jungkooks eyes today.
"He seemed to be so happy, it was the first time, I could feel that he was so keen on something."
Jungkook's dad nodded slowly and locked her in a hug. Then he whispered softly in her ear, that they would support their son, no matter what. His wife smiled happily and responded:
"You know what? I think he really loves us."
Jungkook had always loved them, he needed them so much in his life.
But he had never had the courage to open up to them, he needed help for this.
And heaven had sent him an angel that day, when Minnie entered the classroom. Heaven had sent him someone, who gave all her heart to understand him and experience the world he lives in.
What Minnie didn't know is, that she was extremly sensible, and that it was a specialty to understand these people like Jungkook. She wasn't like him but she accepted him the way he was, and didn't try to change him.
Jungkook had someone who liked him the way he was, and even admired his talent and fantasy.
He had someone who was truly sent from heaven.
