Fifteen hours after Jaehyun got missing...

Taeyong was striding back and forth in stress and tension, thinking where his boyfriend could vanish into. He chewed on his nails as he kept looking at the ticking clock. It struck at ten PM and Taeyong sighed, burying his face in his hands as he felt his tears pooling in his eyes. Taeyong dying in worry as he recalled the interview the next day. How will he handle himself and answer the questions the interviewer will be asking him? What will he do when the fans will flood his Instagram and Twitter with all those questions? What will he say when someone from the company will ask about him dating someone who is a guy?! All these questions in his mind made him dead-nervous.

He heard the front door click open. How much he has hoped it was Jaehyun but it revealed a puffy-eyed Yuta walking in. Taeyong's hopeful smile dropped. "Yuta-Kun? What happened? Where's Jaehyun?"

"The cops are looking for him. I asked my friend to especially supervise the case." Yuta said with a grim expression. Taeyong nodded as he proceeded to his living space window. It was vast and he could see the busy roads of Gangnam but they got blurry as warm and big tears pooled his eyes, slowly rolling down his cheeks. He sniffled as he gently wiped his stray tears which stained his smooth skin. Yuta frowned.

"Taeyong-ah... You have an interview tomorrow. Don't cry so much. Jaehyun will be okay." Yuta said as he placed his big hand on the younger's shoulder. The grey-haired boy nodded as he proceeded to watch the view from his living space window. Suddenly, Yuta's phone rang and he answered immediately, trying to maintain the comfortable silence in the room.

"Hello?... Yes, Lav. You want me to bring him?... But he is not in the state of interrogation... Fine. I'm coming." He hung up after the short conversation. Taeyong looked at him with a questioning expression. "My friend, Lav, the one who is in charge of this case has called you for interrogation. Do you wanna go?"

"Sure."

"Okay, Mr Lee. When was the last time you saw your boyfriend, Jeong Jaehyun?" Officer Lav asked. Her brown feline eyes gazed over Taeyong's silhouette. Taeyong gulped in trepidation.

Chief Officer Lav was a beautiful and belligerent woman. Her personality was more calm yet antagonistic. The other officers in the department were scared of her but they respected her a lot. She was calm with her colleagues but rude with criminals. She had a very detective-like mind which thought sharp and deeply, not leaving a clue behind to not be able to solve her assigned case. She had beautiful deep brown hair and honey skin. She wasn't Korean but her Hangul didn't make her seem like she wasn't Korean. Her lips were plump, cheeks were rosy and her jawline sharp. Her face was small and cute. Her figure was just in shape and beautifully defined.

Legitimate the perfect woman a man can ask for.

"This morning, before going to work," Taeyong answered.

"When do you go to work?"

"At seven am."

"What was he wearing?"

"His black biker jacket. It was of leather and he was wearing black denim and also a white t-shirt along."

"Yuta-San said you're kind of cynical about your manager kidnapping Mr Jeong. Why do you think that so?"

"While having a conversation with him earlier today. He said I was with a man and I was caught kissing him. I didn't even tell him what his name was and he said, 'I have taken care of your Jaehyun.' This made me doubtful." Taeyong explained every question Lav asked.

"You noted that?" Lav asked the other officer who was present with them. He threw a thumbs up in her direction.

"Okay. You have an interview tomorrow. What will say regarding you dating Jeong?" Lab asked curiously while taking a glance at Yuta to get a reassuring nod. "The word of you dating who is a man is spreading like wildfire."

"I'll just reveal it. I only care for my boyfriend who is now missing. I just want him back. Maybe not now but someday I will have to reveal myself dating him." Taeyong said with tears in his eyes as he looked up at the female officer. Lav's eyes soften. She reassuringly held Taeyong's shoulder. "Please find him and make sure he is safe."

"We will try our best, Taeyong-ssi. Stay strong." She smiled sadly. "Yuta-San, take him home." Yuta nodded.

After reaching home, Taeyong lay on his bed, feeling empty because Jaehyun wasn't with him. His tears came back, pooling his eyes and rolling down on his pillow, wetting up the surface of the white pillow cover. He was sure by now that his heart, soul and love was taken by Jaehyun.
