The next morning, going into class, I took my seat.

I knew this was going to be one long day ahead.

As I took out my books for my first subject, I felt someone come and sit next to me.

Not even bothering to look at the person, I held my book in my hand and looked forward as the teacher walked in, telling us to turn to a page in our books.

Feeling a tap on my hand, I looked to my right and felt my eyes almost pop out, when I saw Dario sitting next to me.

He asked if I could share my book with him.

Placing my book in the middle, I whispered "What are you doing here?"

"I study here", he whispered back

"Oh", I said

Like that we sat together for our first subject but didn't see each other after that.

During lunch, I was standing in the cafeteria when Dario came by me and started speaking to me.

We had quite alot in common with each other and got along easily.

We sat together for lunch and chatted about our subjects and other stuff.

"So you are married to the future king of our land?", Dario questioned

"Yep", was all that I said

Dario then changed the subject and we carried on chatting until it was end of our break.

After break, we didn't see each other again because we weren't in any more classes together.

Once it was time to go home, Dario saw me in the hallway and came up to me, asking how was I going home.

Telling him that I was going to be going with the palace driver, he nodded before walking away.

Going outside, to look for the car, I saw Kellen standing there.

Walking up to him, I asked what he was doing there?

Your driver was abit busy so I offered to pick you up instead.

Looking at him with skeptical eyes, I went to the other side to get in.

Getting in, Kellen looked at me before asking if I wanted to go for coffee, which I agreed to.

I did say to myself that I wanted to try to work things out, so that is what I am doing.

Driving us to a cafe, we ordered coffee to go.

Collecting our coffee, Kellen asked if I wanted to go visit the orphanages for a while to which I answered yes to.

Spending time with the children in the orphanage was very nice, because they were friendly and everybody came to us with their problems.

As we were sitting down with the owner of the orphanage, a little girl who Kellen knew very well, came and asked me why I was sitting with him.

Taken abit aback by her question, I laughed and asked "Why are you asking me that?"

Looking at me like I am suppose to be know the answer, she said "Because The Prince is my future husband when I grow up, so you should not be sitting next to him, only I can"

Getting up from the chair, I told her "The Prince is my friend, that was why I was sitting next to him"

"Well Mam, you shouldn't because only I can sit next to him", she said

Looking shocked at her, while Kellen could barely hold his laugh at my expression, I walked to the opposite side of Kellen and sat down.

The owner of the orphanage stood up at that moment and told the little girl to go back to her friends because the adults were speaking now.

Going straight to Kellen, she went and hugged Kellen and gave him a kiss on his cheek before she left, turning around she gave me a look when she was at the door then left.

Putting my face in my hands, I heard Kellen laugh out loud at me and the owner apologized continuously.

Shaking my head, I looked at them and said, "It's fine, I guess lots of females want my husband."

We sat and spoke to the owner for a while longer before leaving.

Saying our goodbyes, we left.

At the car, Kellen opened my door for me to go in and as I sat in my seat and looked at the orphanage, I saw the little girl standing by her window, watching us.

Kellen saw her too and waved at her, before getting in and driving us off.

When we reached home, he informed me that we had to get ready to go to a formal dinner at the minister's house.

After I had dressed, I sat on the bed and waited for Kellen to get ready and when he came out, he looked absolutely gorgeous in his tux.

Coming to me, he sat beside me and asked, "You have been awfully quite since we came back from the orphanage, is something the matter baby?"

No, nothing is the matter", I told Kellen as I looked at my fingers

Rayne, I know I hurt you, please give me a chance to make it up to you. I promise you will not regret it.

"Kellen, I am willing to give our marriage a chance."

"Rayne, please forgive me, I am sorry. I promise I will show you, I will never treat you in that way again.... Wait, what did you just say?"

"I said I am willing to give our marriage a chance" I told Kellen as I carried on playing with my fingers.

Lifting my face up, he made me look at him, as he said "You know I will always belong to you only, right"

Nodding my head at Kellen, I said, "I know"

"Can I kiss my owner now?", Kellen asked

Smiling at him, I said "Yes you can"

Capturing my lips in his, he kissed me.

Once we were done, I had to reapply a new coat of lipstick and he had to go to wash his lips before we left.

Taking my hand in his as we arrived at the minister's house, we went in.

The minister's wife was a very hospitable person and made us, well actually me, feel very comfortable, but I was fully aware of all the females staring at me as well, giving me envious looks.

I guess today was a day, I really was made to feel out of place.

Kellen stayed with me the entire time, holding me around my waist every minute. I did feel more comfortable with his hand on me but I still felt uncomfortable with the attention we attracted.

Excusing myself from him while he spoke to a guy, I went to the lady's.

Walking into one of the cubicles, I closed the door behind me as I went to use the loo, when I heard 2 females walk in, deep in a discussion.

Listening more attentively, I heard them speaking about Kellen and I.

One of the females was saying...

"Why did he go and find a tramp like her?"

"I honestly don't know, she isn't even attractive!" the other female replied back

"You need to do something to distract that woman, so I can get The Prince to myself for a few minutes, I just know he will leave her after I get to him." the first female declared

"OK I will do that, because he was promised to you when he came back but when he did come back, we found out he was married, so we will need to get rid of her" the second female said.

Getting sick of all the shit, I have been going through today, I decided to get straight to the point with them.

Going out the cubicle, I looked the 2 ladies straight in their eyes and said, "There is no need to distract me, I will bring The Prince to you myself, let's see if he would want you or not?"

With that said I walked out.

Going to Kellen, who was walking towards my side, I told him to stand right there for few minutes, while I go to fetch us 2 glasses of champagne and come.

As I was going to walk away, he held my hand and pulled me towards him.

"Why is my gorgeous wife in such a bad mood tonight", he asked as he placed quick small kisses on lips.

"I am not in a bad mood", I replied slowly pushing him away,

"I just want to go and get us something to drink, that's all", I told him.

Stepping away, Kellen caught my hand and swung me towards him, with me landing right into his chest, placing his hand under my chin, I looked up at him and he immediately placed his lips on my mine, making me forget why I was mad in the first place.

Lost in the kiss, I felt his hand moving on the skin of my back, due to my dress being opened on the back.

Pulling away, he looked at my lips and smiled at how swollen it was.

Right at that moment, I saw the 2 ladies walk out and once again, I remembered what I needed to do.

Before excusing myself from Kellen, I told him, "These 2 ladies need to speak to you, so once you are done, I will be by the bar waiting for you, no need to rush, I will be there", I said before walking away.

Walking to the bar, I sat down and ordered an apple juice.

"Is this seat taken?", a male voice asked....
