Few hours before the Heist.

The Raven hair was looking over at the vast expanse of the surrounding. The aura was heavy and dark. Darkness was lurking around the corner.

Just then, the purest soul sat next to him. Looking at him, he felt at peace.

How can someone with such pure aura, ever be anywhere near him?

"Lan Zhan" the raven hair whispered, "even if something happens to me here today, promise me, you'll never blame yourself, promise me you'll never wait for me". He could feel the dark aura consume him by the seconds. When he received no reply, he turned to see the one next to him, when suddenly two cool palms caressed his cheeks and softly whispered but with conviction "No matter where you are, or what happens today, for eternity, I shall wait for you. Until, you and I can be together again, I'll always wait for you"

Tears as pure as his soul, slithered down to to nothingness. He knew, they could not be together in that lifetime. They never had a chance. One was light, the other was dark.

He just never realised, he didn't even have a chance to live that lifetime.

Wang Yibo's POV:

Zhan was unpacking his bag in his bedroom. What surprised me was that he just had one bag. But Wei Ying was always like that. Never much for materialistic world.

I enter the room and he senses that and flashes me with a child like smile.

Makes me want to smile too.

"When you're done, come down to the main dining area. We'll be waiting for you"

"We?"

I nod "My brother and me" with that I leave.

I bow down to my brother and take a seat next to him.

"He'll be joining us?".

I nod.

We're both quite. We're used to it. We don't need words to communicate. We're very comfortable in silence.

"Angel?" Zhan calls out and my brother looks at me and smirks.

"In here" I call back.

"Woah, you guys have so many rooms, I actually got l..." He stops midway when he sees my brother.

"Zhan, my brother, Xi Chen. Brother, Xiao Zhan" I complete the needful introduction. Zhan respectfully bows in front of my brother and he does the same.

The dinner is pretty peaceful as we never needed much words but I guess Zhan was pretty uncomfortable.

Setting down my cutlery I ask him "Are you uncomfortable?"

"Is that evident?" he grins "you're all so quite,.er... I am not used to this".

My brother smiles and says nothing.

"Oh, I apologise, we're used to this, but please, if you wish to talk, feel free to do so, we can engage in any topic of your choice"

"Wow, really?" His eyes perk up "well that's good, I could use a good chatter. He talks about the university and the teachers there. He gives me insight to all the professors and their methodology. Interesting.

We finish our meal quickly, and my brother takes our leave.

Back in his room, he goes about organising his closet when suddenly he whirls around and asks me something, which shakes my world.

"Hey, can we get girls in here?" He smirks.

The next thing I know, I pin him against the wall.

Xiao Zhan's POV:

As I am unpacking, I get this crazy idea to tease him and I smirk "Hey, can we get girls in here?"

And the next thing I know, I am pinned against the wall with my hand trapped above my head.

I gasp at our proximity.

I can feel his breath on my face. His pale eyes are such a contrast to my black.

"Yi..." But before I could utter anymore, he presses against me.

His breathing is all ragged "One... One thing you can't get in here, are girls" he emphasizes.

I nod. He backs away and abruptly leaves my room.

Laying on my bed, confused as to Yibo's behaviour, I dream of two souls.

"Lan..." His words are muffled by the others hand against his neck. Pushed on to the ground, the pale eyes, quickly bites the raven hairs shoulder. He screams wordlessly, not wanting to wake up the villager next door.

Untying his ribbon, the raven hair spreads all over and pale eyes sits astride him. Using the same ribbon, he fastens them above raven hairs head and quickly disrobes him. Exposed nipples all for him to feast, and feast he enjoys all night.

And as he comes up for air, he finds the pale eyes has been replaced by Yibo, and the aura is much more powerful. The scene changes to the one from before, where Yibo, caresses his exposed neck with his nose and places, small pecks there. He nibble on his Adam apples and finally tugs on his earlobe.

Placing a faint kiss on his mole under his lip he smiles mischeviously "You're mine"

I wake up from the wet dream. What was that? Unable to go back to sleep, I leave my bedroom in search for... What I don't know?

I just know one thing for sure, there is something weird about my dream. Why did it feel so real?

Lurking around the mansion, I come across the pond where the bunnies were. Just as I am about to sit on the patio, the bunny from before, comes and sniffs my heel. Laughing at the ticklish feeling I pick him up did you sense me?

"He likes you" a voice beside me states and I nearly jump.

"You scared the ever loving shit out of me" I rebuke.

"I humbly apologies. That wasn't my intention" he looks straight at me "he likes you".

Why does it feel that he isn't talking about the bunny anymore.

I nod. I am still perplexed from my earlier dream.

"Is something wrong?" I detect concern in his voice.

"Nah, nothing" I try to change the subject.

His hand suddenly reaches out to the bunny on my lap, he places his palm on mine "caress him this way, he likes it". I know I must be beet red right now. That same lips were... I gulp.

"His name is Ai" and he points towards the other one "He's Sol" they're partners.

Ones love the other is soul. How apt. But wait a min...

I look at the angel beside me "Both are males?"

"Hm"

"How...can..." Unable to complete the statement, I blush.

At that, there is a very small but preceptible smile on his face.

My heart thunders.

"When you're soulmates, theres no gender".

True.

Ai jumps from my lap and runs to tackle Sol. Ai looks like the one whose too energetic and Sol, for the entire world seemed aloof but for Ai he was patient. Ai, bit his ear, butted him, but all Sol did was, stay still and receive all of Ai's love.

And in the end when Ai calmed down, Sol nose bumped Ai and it looked so pure, I didn't even realise, I had tears.

"They're always like this" Yibo voices "at times at night, I'm out here, to watch them, they make me envy them at the same time, gives me hope of what's to come."

I look at him. Why is he always so cryptic?

" Do you miss someone?"

He nods "I always loved one person, I am unsure whether I was ever loved with the same passion." He looks at me and I vouch all my heart, that he looks so utter heartbroken. "Cause if I was loved, I wouldn't have been left behind" and at that I place my palm over his chest where is heart beats, closing my eyes and unable to bear his painful words, I speak the words with a hope that they give him solace, little did I know, they were the truth "Maybe it was a sacrifice to test your devotion to each other,what you never received then, you might receive it now".

When I open my eyes, I see we're absolutely close to eachother.
