Alice's POV
Flashback to 6 years ago
I was sitting outside my house with my family. I was talking to my dad or as called him my best friend. I loved my dad so much. But then as I went to talk my mom and sisters my dad started coughing. I asked him was he okay he then said"Call an ambulance." Mom quickly dialed 911. I keep looking at my dad he was starting to lose breath. Then the ambulance arrived we jumped on with my dad the we drove to the hospital. When we got there that brought my dad to a room. My whole family was sitting in that room with him. He started to lose breath again. The nurse ran out and quickly went to grab a doctor. The doctor came in to the room. My dad slowly started dying. I started crying as everyone in my family. My dad managed to choke out the words "I love all of you." I remember when I lost my best friend. I went home and just balled my eyes out I couldn't believe it.

The next day at school 6 years ago
I went to school the day of my dads funeral. We were having a party everyone was so happy other than me I didn't even smile once. Madison was so happy she kept on saying get up and have fun but I always denied. I just sat drinking my Kool aid silently waiting. Then I heard a noise from the loud speaker. "Can I have Alicen Smith to front to go home for the day" I ran out the door with my stuff. I  saw my mom standing there nearly crying we raced out to the car I was already wearing all black then we drove to the cemetery.
I sat and watched everyone speak. I stood up to speak my speech.
"My dad meant everything to me he was my best friend. He helped me get out of every bad situation I ever had. I loved and still love him so much. Without him I would never do any of the things I love. He helped all of us in one way or another. And no matter what people say he meant everything to me and always will. I love you Dad.
I walked off stage and sat down. I meant everything I said.
Flashback ends.

Now his secret was at risk and I would not let that slide I promise. I have to stay away from Ron. No matter what Dad is more important.
