You see, I come from a big family. A big family of serial killers. Don't judge me like that. I'm not one of them. In fact, my family disowned me because I'm not one of them.

It was when I was seven. I was still new to this killing people for no reason thing. I just didn't get it. My family told me we were going to the park to play. To be honest, it wasn't a lie, they just didn't tell me we were going to be playing with guns. Speaking of guns, I got my first one when I was two. Most parents give their kids a stuffed toy, but I got a gun. Anyways, my parents told me if I didn't shoot someone at the park I wouldn't be part of the family. They always said that to me, but nothing ever happened, so I saw it as an empty threat. Oh but how wrong I was. I didn't shoot anyone. In fact, I threw my gun in the bin. That just blew it for my parents (no pun intended). They just left me in the park. And I've been here ever since. (Before you ask, I did try simply going back home, but turns out they finally went to jail)

For 13 years now, I've been plucking up the courage to redeem myself. After my parents left me, I took my gun out of the bin, just in case I needed it in an emergency.  I was too scared to use it, but I knew I had to one day to get to my family again. Although my parents weren't the best, they were all I had, and anything now would be amazing.

At first I thought living in the park would be like a fairytale, like Snow White. However, it was more like a nightmare. I had no seven dwarves, and no animals to be my friends. The animals in the park stole my food that I had gathered from dustbins. I had to shower in the lake which the ducks were very reluctant to share. The only people I could talk to were my imaginary friends, but even they had wandered off and got bored. No one on the streets would bother talking to me either.

But He was different.
