So, in my irl neighborhood, a truck that we call the "Bug Truck" (It's really called the DDT truck), goes around, spraying this mist into the air. It's supposed to kill bugs. It's supposed to be non-toxic, but my family jokes around that it gives you cancer. Scratch that. My neighborhood jokes around that it gives you cancer. So, say we're playing outside in our neighborhood during summer. The bug truck would come around, and we'd hide in a garage. Pretty fun.

So, let me give you some visuals about the bug truck, just in case you don't have it in your neighborhood. If you know what the DDT truck/bug truck is, feel free to skip this chapter, and enjoy the story.

Anyway, the DDT truck drives around neighborhoods, spraying this foul-smelling mist into the air. It's filled with chemicals that are supposed to kill bugs, like mosquitos, near-by. It's usually a green color and has been used for a fairly long time.

Like I said, they are supposed to be non-toxic and don't hurt people. So, my family, the day I wrote this, were talking about bug trucks. I'll give you the whole story, feel free to skip the next paragraph if you don't care:

So my cousin had just moved in because he had an internship in the area. And one week, we were on vacation in Florida, and he was at our house. He was talking about how a green truck drove by, shooting this mist stuff out of the back. So we explained to him that it was the bug truck that killed mosquitos. Then, my dad told him that it gave people cancer (even though it's not supposed to), and we were all laughing about it, because my cousin was outside the day it drove by. So yeah, that's the story of great interest.

Anyway, I was seriously thinking: What if the bug truck did make humans sick? So, this is my story about how DDT trucks killed the human race. Enjoy.
