I hadn't traveled very far from Brutus' manor it was only an hour walk from my - Syd's apartment. Damn I'm still not used to that any on my way to the manor nothing happened even when I walked in the door my eyes filled with hatred I expected to find Brutus's henchmen but nobody was there.
As I walked through the house I noticed something there was a trail of blood leading to the infirmary (yes Brutus had his own infirmary) I followed the trail to find a bleeding Brutus without his hand that was all of the blood. I began to get hopeful maybe Syd was still alive
I entered the ward Brutus was being bandaged up by Lucinda. I made my self known by saying hello to Brutus. He looked at me in pure hatred and shot me in the arm with his handgun I passed out from the pain.
