"daddy we baked you cookies" I turned around to see my daughter suki and son sanosuke holding a basket full of cookies.

"aww thanks kids" I said ruffling their hair.

"your welcome. Mommy helped us make them" sanosuke grinned.

"yeah that sounds like your mother alright" I chuckled.

"you say that like it's a bad thing" suki said folding her arms. She's always so quick to stand up for her mother!

"it's not that. It's just he's always taking care of me. He always looking out for us" I ruffled their hair "alright kiddos let's enjoy some cookies"
