Do you know what it's like to be a zombie...to be someone with no emotions... that's me...although I am not technically dead...my heart feels frozen though, barely beating in my chest. I feel like my skin is starting to decay, turning a sick pale looking color. It's also peeling where I have scratched so much. I have no ambitions to move, to eat, to do nothing.

If I go outside...the demon is out there to eat me alive, not to mention the sun that wants to set me on fire, to burn my soul alive. Inside the shadow grows larger, surrounding me. He keeps telling me over and over that I am nothing...I am worthless and I should be with him. I am with him.

He won't let Emily and Ava talk to me anymore and he keeps telling me that Kade will never be back. I have no clue how long I have been here...but I know...I know that I will die here with him.

When I tried calling out to Emily...he heard me and it really pissed him off. I don't know where the belt came from but he beat the living shit out of me. The lashes hitting my back in pain. I tried to get away but I was so weak that I couldn't get up to move, I couldn't find cover. All I could do is curl up in a ball and let him have his way.

"If I ever hear that name again so help me...she is gone do you understand me...gone."

I cry out in pain as more lashes come my way.It felt like eternity...I was never leaving him. He owned me now.I'm forced to stay on the bed. So when I hear movement in the other room, I don't bother moving. I hear talking...like real voices. Not like the ones in my head.

 When the door opens I hear a male voice and then yelling. I want to tell them to shut the hell up they will wake the demon.

"Jerry....Mike who the hell is this..." He yells for them.

 Then more movement...more footsteps come closer to the door. I can barely open my eyes and the one enters the room and all I can do is screech in pain. I roll off the bed and try to scoot as far away as possible. "Go away...go away...leave me alone...don't touch me." I mumble out.

"Dude...what the hell...no one is supposed to be here." Says the one guy.I get into a fetal position, bringing my knees as close to me as possible. The one guy inches closer to me and I lose it trying to bat him away.He backs up. "We are not here to hurt you...what happened to you? Who are you?"

I don't say anything as I keep staring at the three of them...are they real. Or are they a part of my sick mind playing tricks on me.

"Sam...maybe we should call the owner, see what the hell is going on. No one was supposed to be here this weekend."

"Good idea." The one guy says and gets out his phone. He walks to the other room and when he is done I can hear them mumbling to each other. The three of them come back in the room. The one I believe his name was Sam squats down to look at me. "Holy hell...who did this to you?"

But I don't reply...all I can do is shake my head over and over. I'm too scared to say anything...I am not allowed to talk to anyone. I am startled when I hear a loud knock on the front door and the rustling of feet all over the cabin. Two officers come into the room and they are looking me over.

"Miss...we are here to help you. Can you stand up?" The lady officer asks.

I start to cry. "Please don't touch me...please just go away."

"Ma'am...you need medical attention...please let us help you up."The lady comes closer to me and holds her hand out for me to grab. I force myself to take her hand.

 But then I hear him. "What the hell are you doing? You can't leave me. I won't let you leave me."

"Please just leave me alone...I...I...I can't go...he won't let me leave."

"Who won't let you leave...honey there is no one here." They all look at each other like I have lost my mind. And maybe I have.

"No...No...I can't go...he is here...he is right behind me. Don't you see him?"

They look behind me and all around the room and nothing."Yeah...they think you are crazy...you telling them about me. That is a no-no." The slap comes hard across my face and I fall backwards.

"Honey...now...stop that. Why are you hurting yourself like that?" Says the lady again. She reaches out to touch me and I force myself up.

I run past here and out the back door. I turn and they are all walking towards me. "Please stop...don't come near me...please just leave me alone." I beg them as I am trying to make my way farther from them. I don't know why I didn't go towards the lake...instead I turn and go the other direction...so many freaking trees are in my way. I should have taken the pathway but maybe this way they will not come.

"We are not going to hurt you." The guy says and the two of them start to charge after me.

"Run...you little bitch...you asked for this shit...you told them about me...now let me save you...run...Run...RUN..." He keeps chanting over and over.

I do...I run as fast as my legs could take me. Which by the way wasn't really that fast because I am so weak and they are basically right on my tail. They are so close behind me. I guess they are just trying to figure out what the hell I am doing. Either that are maybe watching out for all the tree roots that beg to trip you and the branches that like to reach out and smack you in the face...but I push right through them not letting them stop me.

I come to a drop off and stop in my tracks. I turn to look at the officers coming closer to me. "Jump...then you will be free...jump go on you know you want to. Do it for me...do it for us. You will see everything will be fine...I promise...jump...Jump...JUMP!!!"

I turn back around to see the ground below me. It's not that far...I think I can make it and then I will be free. Without another thought...I jump. I jump to set myself free.However when I land, I feel my body break. I feel several bones in me snap. I scream out in pain as I look up toward the sky.

 I hear voices around me and I visions....shadows...real people...then everything around me goes black.
