he can't be serious right! he did that on his own! I'm going to have to ask him about that. I crawled into to bed and pull the covers over my tired body. my teal hair sprawled all over the pillow and my arms laying limp beside me. did he really do that on his own, or was he lying? can he even lie? he is Amaimon's true feelings. What does he feel for me? I slipped into darkness and let it take over.

I walk into the light hoping to find the white room, but instead, I woke up. I grabbed my cloths and put them on. not giving a shit, nor paying attention I accidentally walked into the wall. my head throbbed as I yelped in pain, yup, that woke me up. I rub my head while saying ow repeatedly. Amaimon walked out of his room, I think he is awake, but then I realise that he isn't. I look around and scurry to my room, knowing he would follow me. I walk in and turn around he locks the door and walks up to me. he opens his eyes and kisses me on the head. I shove him and back up and gave him a look at him while trying to register what the fuck just happened.

" What the fuck was that " I asked in a hush tone knowing that if I was too loud I would attract unwanted attention. " that should make it feel better" he stated with a smirk. " one day I will smack that stupid smirk right off your face " I state with a smirk. " that hurt " he states smirking again. I take swing at him, but miss.

he caught my wrist and pulls me close while holding my waist. he looks deep into my eyes and then brakes our deep stare to look at my lips. he lets go of my wrist. while my hand lays at my side his thumb touches my bottom lip and his pointer finger holds my chin, so I can look straight at him. " one day these lips will be mine and they will say my name and mine only" he pauses for a second " and " his mouth moves to my ear and he whispers " one day they will scream my name ".

my face turns red like blood and I push him away from me once more. he smirks and walks to the door. he puts his hand on the door knob and unlocks it. " by the way, he got the idea from your book " he states blankly. " idea for what " I ask. " yesterday " he states while living me alone in my room. the first thing that popped in my head was " he has my book!" I scream angrily.

I walk out of my room and slam the door. I kick Amaimon's door open and scan the room. I walk up to sleeping Amaimon. his hands lay limp at his side's and he looks so peaceful. I bend down, so my face hover over his. " Amaimon " I said in my lightest and sweetest voice possible. he opens his eyes, I know he is awake now. " Y-yes " he states looking the same, but his eyes hold curiosity. I bend down and move my head so I can whisper in his ear.

" if you don't tell me where my book is I'll cut your balls off " I said sweetly. he looks slightly in horror and then went back to normal. I back up and he sits up in his bed. he wipes his eyes and I realise that he is shirtless again. my face burns red and I look back at Amaimon's eyes. he looks at me and points to his desk. on the desk was my book. it's a romance book. I felt like even if I can't experience it, I hoped if I read about it, I could catch a glimpse of what it's supposed to feel like.

" Hey Amaimon, when I come back, I expect you to have read at least one of the books I brought you " I state while having my back to him staring at the book. " I don't want to read, those boring books " he states whining. " wait… love is a human emotion and reading about it would give me a understanding of it, so reading it is studying " he said.

" fine, but when I come back, I want to see what you learned " I said. I turn around. I heard movement outside and I automatically went into defense mode. I calmly sneak my way to the door and open it quickly. Caster, Kasai, and Grimora fall to the floor. they were obviously listening to our conversation.

" What are you guys doing " I stated. " Caster spill it or I'll cut all your hair off while you sleep " I state with an evil look to scare him. " we were listening to you and Amaimon talk through the door " he said scared. " how did you know I was here " I said confused. " we heard you scream " Kasai said. " Okay, now get out " I said. I walk out and slam the door when I enter my room. I grab my book bag and walk downstairs. I smell bacon and run down the stairs like a 5 year old. I trip on the last step and fell on Amaimon. " whoops, sorry " I said while getting up. I help him up and ran into the kitchen. " I smell bacon " I scream.

" sit down and I'll give you a plate " Grimora said happily. after breakfast, I said goodbye to Amaimon and left for school with everyone else. when we got there I was greeted by Yukio and Rin was acting normal for the most part. after class Rin held me back again. " look I'm sorry about yesterday, I just, like you, a lot and was hoping that you would like me back but I guess I was wrong " he said sadly with a hint of hurt in his voice. " I'm sorry too, but remember I can't love, I  could've said yes to make you happy, but you deserve someone who can say those three words back that I could never say " I said with a lot of sadness.

my life is so horrible. imagine not being able to love. knowing that you can never have a husband or a child to say those three words. knowing you will die alone and no one will miss you. knowing no matter how hard you try there will always be that empty place in your heart were something beautiful is supposed to be. knowing no matter how hard you try, no one will ever be the one person to love you when the whole world is against you.

" Korosuakuma, your crying " Rin said with his voice full of concern. I touch my face and feel that, I am in fact, crying. " I'm sorry, I was just thinking of something " I said trying to shake off the feeling of sadness lingering within my mind. " come on, or we will be late for cram school " I said and ran out of the class room. " come on, I'll race ya " I scream from the hallway and a few seconds later he ran out too. we made it to cram school just in time and the cram school bell rung. we all took our seats and started the lesson

the bell rung and I was about to run out of class faster than you could say bye Falisha, but Yukio stopped me. " Korosuakuma, Kasai, Caster, Grimora, and Rin follow me " he said with a serious look on his face. he put a key in the door and opened it to reveal Mephisto's office. What is so important. the chair in his office swung to face us revealing the weird principle. " good, your all here " Mephisto said with that smile he always has on his face. " Why are we here " I said in confusion.

" I figured out your birth mark " Yukio said happily. I wish my life was like his smile. genuine and happy. wait, what did he say. " wait, what " I said , not sure if it's a good thing or not. " Kasai and Caster have birth marks too "  I said and yet his face didn't change." I found a old book in the exorcist library and it talked about birth marks of children of angels not just Keytas. they explain it and then it shows the different ones that you can have. " he said. He opened the book and we've  been looking through it for a few minutes and found nothing.

" I have a short cut " Yukio said. " you couldn't have said that before " I said annoyed.

" stomach, arms, and face are demons, legs and hair are werewolves, neck, feet, and hands are Phoenix and warlocks " Yukio said while looking through the table of contents. " I have one on my stomach " I said bored of searching. " I have one behind my ear " Kasai said obviously tired. " I have one on my arm " Caster said sleepy. Rin is fast asleep.

" someone wake Rin up while I look for the demon section " Yukio said while looking through the book. we walk to Rin and looked at each other not knowing what to do. I shrugged my shoulders and move the hand that was propping up Rin's head. his face hit the desk and he sprung up.

" what's going on " he said sounding alarmed. " we took a short cut and turns out our birth marks have something to do. with demons " I said. " Okay, get over here so I can see your birth marks " Yukio said.

I lift my shirt and Kasai pulls her hair back and Caster pulls his sleeve. " the woods, blue fire, and a purple book" he said trying to memorize it. after a few minutes of sitting there Yukio said " okay, so you guys aren't cursed." " good " Kasai said. Yukio said " it would be faster if you guys helped."

we all look at each other and shrug. we walk over to Yukio and sit next to him to help him look. he turns the page and the title is " demon mate marks ". we looked under the title and saw there was at least a paragraph of writing.

Yukio starts reading " demon mates are hard to find. this mark symbols that your soul is bound to a demon. demons can not love but in some rare cases have mates. this section of the book will go from least powerful to most powerful.mates are very precious and are understood in human terms as soul mates. these creatures or in some cases humans are destined to be with this creature and falling in love with them is inevitable, but if you choose to reject your mate them know that no one will ever love you like they can, did, or will." he turns the page and I get to thinking.

I'll never get that feeling but at least I can stand by and see my siblings be happy.

We got to the fifth page and they just as they put their hand on the page to turn it, I stop them. " look, there is Caster' s symbol." I said excitedly. Yukio said " purple Grimwar, means that your mate is a Grimwar demon attained by warlocks, witches, and mages. " I look at Grimora and wiggle my eyebrows to show that she is Caster' s mate. I look at Caster and I put on a devious smirk. " I want nephews " I scream attempting to embarrass the shit out of him. both there faces turn red. I grabbed a paper and pencil and held them up. " when are you going to attempt this, so I can be out of the dorm and not ruin anything " I said smirking. " " Sh-shut up " Caster stuttered. " you stuttered and you didn't deny it that insures the future " I said.

after looking through 15 pages I start to loose hope. we turn the page and reach a page in big bold letters. they said " demon kings " in big bold letters. we turn the page and I automatically see Kasai's symbol. " there it is " I squeal. there in the middle of the page was a blue flame. Yukio read aloud " the blue flame symbolizes your the mate of either Yukio or Rin Okumura. wait, this book is like 50 years old how does it have our names already." " it's a magic book " Mephisto said popping out of no where. " thanks now, bye " I said and wave good bye as he leaves with some papers.

we turn like two pages and there was mine. " I found mine " I scream. I'm so happy, this means I will not die alone. I will have someone that loves me and someone beside me as my life falls apart like it always does. I snap out of my thoughts and realise Rin has the book. he starts talking out loud " the woods better known as the trees and a river is the symbol that you are the mate of ………… " he stops talking and drops the book and walks out slamming the door behind him.

after a few moments of silence Yukio gets up and grabs the book off the floor. he starts slowly as to see what had angered Rin " the woods better known as the trees and river is the symbol that you are the mate of ………" he stays silent as well. " say it damn it " I scream. " you are the mate of …… the …… the demon king …… of earth. "
