Brushing my bangs and fixing my braided bun I get ready to go to the meeting. I slip into a red velvet dress when suddenly a knock could be heard.

Soryu: "Need some help?"

I look back to see Soryu in a tuxedo next to the door frame of the bathroom. Nodding in response to his question I turn my back towards him and he zips up the back of my dress.

Serena: "Thank you..."

Soryu: "Serena."

Serena: "...?"

Soryu steps in front of me and takes a deep breathe. Staring at the floor I feared what would happen if everything went wrong.

Soryu: "It'll be alright."

Soryu says in a soft tone as he attempts to comfort me. A small kiss was planted on my head before he pulls me into a hug and gently rubs my back.

Serena: "Soryu... Is this right..?"

Soryu: "What?"

I glance up to see a confused expression on Soryu's face. A glossy layer covered my eyes as I stared at him.

Serena: "Every time we want to be together bad things just occur..."

Soryu: "You're not wrong but... In the end we always find a way to fix it... Together."

Soryu whispers while locking eyes with me. Pain, sadness, honesty were all clear to see in his eyes.

Serena: "How are you sure that will happen this time..?"

Soryu: "I'm not... But I am hopeful."

Serena: "..."

Soryu: "For once in my life I have something I deeply care about and I'm not letting you go. I'll fight for you till the very end. I'll fight for us..."

His words...they broke the strong profile I tried to contain at the moment as tears escaped from me. He knew exactly how to make feel things... Things that I didn't completely understand but couldn't live without.

Serena: "Why? Why keep fighting? Why can't there be peace..?"

Soryu: "Because in life you must fight for what you believe in."

Serena: "...and you believe in...?"

Soryu: "Us... I believe in us."

Soryu says before wiping a few of my tears away from my skin with his index finger. Seeing him leaning down towards me caused me to slowly close my eyes, waiting for what I longed most right now... A kiss. His warms lips met mine in a passionate encounter and this helped me realize... That I believed in us too.

- 2 hours later -

Mamoru: "Is the ear piece functioning?"

Mamoru questioned without glancing up. Staring at the table in his right hand he swiped some options on the screen as he patiently waited for an answer.

Soryu: "Yes."

Soryu answer Mamoru's question while fixing the ear piece he was wearing.

Ota: "There, all done."

Serena: "Thank you but you didn't have to go to the trouble and fix my makeup.

I say to him as I watch him put away a lipstick into a bag. He then pulls out a small pocket mirror and shows me how I looked right now.

Ota: "You look stunning, you'll probably melt their hearts."

Baba: "Let's hope you don't melt their hearts too much and have one of them falling for you."

Baba attempted to joke but I simply stayed silent, knowing where he was going with this.

Serena: "..."

Baba: "You'll probably get kidnapped again and be forced to marry the guy."

Soryu: "........"

Soryu fell into silence as well. I felt like face palming myself but after all the work Ota did to my face there's no way I could mess it up right now.

Eisuke: "Shut up Baba."

Baba: "It's true though."

Mamoru: "We're here."

Mamoru interrupts as he states our location. Looking out the window of the vehicle I see a tall building next to us.

Eisuke: "Everyone ready?"

Serena: "Yes."

Soryu: "Mhm."

Ota: "Yup."

Baba: "Uh huh."

Mamoru: "Got it."

Stepping out of the hummer I look to see at the entrance many men in black suits. Right behind me was Eisuke, Baba and Soryu. Ota and Mamoru left in the vehicle to go to their part of this mission.

Security: "Name?"

One of the building's security asks.

Baba: "You don't know who we are!?"

Security: "I asked for a name, if you are not expected then you all have no business here."

Baba: "Oh, oh, oh so what you're saying is that you weren't aware we were scheduled for a meeting today!? Sleeping on the job will lead you to having to business here at all!"

Baba yells at the security guard, causing him to grow angry. Trying to save Baba's life I slap my hand over his mouth and pull him away before things get worse.

Serena: "Please excuse his behavior, he's quite short tempered."

Soryu: "We were asked to come by Kazuto Soo-Hyun and Jimin Kanzaki."

Soryu speaks up to grab the guard's attention. The guard glances over to him and extends his hand.

Security: "Invitation?"

Serena: "We don't-..."

I began to talk but a was suddenly cut off by Eisuke's voice. Looking over to him I wanted him hand over a white envelope with a red crest.

Eisuke: "I have it right here."

Security: "Floor 16, room 241."

And with that we were off to the meeting. Now standing in front of the room door I stayed silent, hoping everything would turn out okay.

Eisuke: "This is the room, are you ready?"

Eisuke asked me, ignoring the fact that Soryu was there as well. Feeling something warm grab my hand I look back to see Soryu giving me a reassuring smile.

Serena: "Yes..."

I answer lowly before looking back at Eisuke. He then knocked on the door...

I'm sorry guys I know this chapter is short and doesn't really have much action but I was requested to have a heart to heart talk between Serena and Soryu since Eisuke had his moment with her on the last part but on the next one there's definitely going to have some nerve wracking drama in the meeting so I hope you all liked it.
