*Questions*
So I know that Niomi and Marcus are no longer a couple, but I really didn't want to change the story line /: please don't make a big deal out of it!
Also, if you haven't noticed, I really like 5SOS and wanted to include them in this fanfic. I'm sorry if you hate mixing of fandoms!

"So how long have you been on YouTube?" Joe asks, sitting down on his leather couch.
I casually plop myself down next to him, making sure to leave enough space in between our two bodies. Wouldn't want to seem like the stupid fangirl I am...
"Just over a year and a half. I wasn't too serious about it though for a good 5 months," I answer. He nods his head, allowing for some of his hair to fall into his face. Why does it look so soft? His hand then rakes itself through the light brown locks to put them back into place. Stop Staring.
I quickly turn my head to look at the TV and sigh. He's a lot hotter in person, but I need to stop having these dämn thoughts.
"Do you need a laptop to edit your vlog?" Joe questions, pointing to my vlogging camera on the coffee table.
"Yeah actually, that'd be so helpful," I smile. He grins back at me leaving me to stare at his perfect teeth. Stop! Again, I snap my gaze back to the Tv as he runs off to grab the laptop.
Out of boredom, I flick trough the channels and come across a news station with a headline of 'Human Trafficking'. My stomach sinks at the the thought, but I can't help myself and continue to watch.
"YouTube Vlogger, Niomi Smart, has been missing for almost two whole months now. Many have reason to believe that her disappearance is linked to a line of human trafficking, which is rumored to be taking place here in London. However, police say that they have things under control, and will hopefully find Niomi soon. Please keep your eye out for her, a picture will pop up on the screen, and also please respect her family, and friends at this time. Remember, stay safe," The newscaster smiles pitifully at the camera as I study Niomi's picture.
How could someone do that to an innocent girl? What would drive them to do that? What if that was the motive of the figure in my house?
Shivers run through me and I turn the Tv off. I hope Niomi get's home safely, and I hope she's okay at this point in time. No one should be put through that.
"It's been so long," a voice startles me. I quickly turn around in my seat to see Joe with a heartbreaking expression, "her birthday is in two weeks."
"Has there been any clues as to where she could be?" I ask, hoping for any scrap of information.
"No, not even the teeniest bit. It isn't looking good..." He trails off and our eyes meet, "I'm worried that they were trying to take you.".
I gulp since I had the same thought. It's happened twice since I've been here. First, when I was walking home and second, when I arrived home. Why me?
"But they didn't, and Niomi seems strong. We'll find her," I reassure him even though I'm not so sure myself.
Joe nods slowly, taking his bottom lip in between his teeth before sitting next to me. His hand runs through his hair whilst his other hand rests in his lap. I wish I could read what he is thinking.
"You know, you haven't really told me much about yourself, and I haven't either. We should play a game or something," Joe suggests, changing the subject.
"Like what?"
"How about I ask you a question, and then you answer and do the same back to me. We can just keep going," He explains. Not really a game but okay...
"Fire away," I nod.
"Are you like a proper 'fangirl' of mine," Joe asks putting air quotes around fangirl. I nervously laugh, feeling a blush creep to my cheeks.
"I reckon I've seen most of your videos but it's not like I have your notifications turned on and stuff. I'm subscribed," I shrug, attempting to seem nonchalant about it.
"Cool. Your turn," he smiles.
"What was your first impression of me when you spilled my latte all over my shirt?" I question with a smirk. The corners of his mouth tilt up in the slightest as he ponders the question.
"Well first off, I felt like a complete idiot. I was worried you were going to flip off at me or something, and then I noticed your Aussie accent, but I did think you were going to fangirl," he laughs, "but you didn't and I thought you were pretty cool,"
I giggle at his response and wait for his next question.
"Do you have any like, close friends, back in Australia?"
"Well, I had like a 'group' or whatever you want to call it that I hung out with a lot. I haven't actually contacted them since I left, mostly because I know it will make me realize how much I actually miss them," I answer.
"Are they on YouTube?"
"Yeah, kind of. They post covers and stuff since they are a band. So far they haven't booked any major gigs, but I bet they will soon," I explain.
"What are their names?"
"Calum, Ashton, Luke, and Michael,"
"So they're boys?"
"Yeah, I never really got along with girls. Too much drama,"
"Are you dating one of them?"
I let out an airy laugh at the though of his questions and throw my head back. Me? Dating one of my best mates? That seems like a no go to me.
"No, we're all just friends," I laugh awkwardly, "Hey! I just answered like three questions of yours!"
"Don't hate the player, hate the game!" He suddenly shouts, throwing a pillow at me.
"I'm sorry but that makes absolutely no sense," I roll my eyes and hug the pillow to my chest.
"You are supposed to throw that back at me, not cuddle with it," Joe chuckles pointing to the pillow.
A smirk makes it's way to the corners of my mouth while I stand up to face him. He only beats my height by about 4 inches, so it doesn't feel so intimidating.
"Violence isn't my thing," I giggle, pressing the pillow into his chest. He quickly goes to grab the pillow, but ends up getting my wrist instead.
My eyes snap to his turquoise eyes in surprise. He only gives me a blank stare, before biting his lip and letting go. Why do I wish that he didn't?
"You know, I watched one of your videos and you so deserve more subscribers," Joe says, clearing his throat.
"Thanks,"
"If you wanted, we could do a collab or something," He shrugs.
BANG.
The sound of a gun echoes through the apartment, causing both Joe and I spin towards the door. A bullet hole makes itself apparent in the splintering wood of the door, as the movement of a person can be seen through it.
"Joe," I whimper frantically, grasping into his arm due to instinct.
"The window, quick," Joe responds calmly, rushing to the front window of the apartment. We peer out only to see a van surrounded by 4 guys wearing black. Well that escape is out.
"Is she in there?" A voice from outside growls. I dart my eyes to Joe in panic who is starting to get flustered.
"Hurry, let's go downstairs," Joe whispers, pushing me along.
"I see them!" The same voice shouts, sending a loud sound echoing in my ear. I quickly look to Joe, only to find him on the ground.
