Taken
Adeline screamed as two people, on man and one lady, dragged her away, deep into the Mystic Woods, her cries for help slowly fading into nothingness. Soon enough, they reached a small secluded area, the leaves that once released a 'hiss' sound, were now damp from the moist ground, no longer making a sound. Adeline was taken to a prison like enclosure, the rusty chains and bars creaking, mold growing on the floors, and the smell of death lingering. "Put her in." One of her kidnappers said, their voice muffled by the mask covering their mouth.
"Put me down!" Adeline screamed, kicking and trashing, her small dreams of hope shattered when she was thrown into the cell. Adeline was panting heavily, her throat raw from screaming, and her eyes puffy and red from crying. "Get me out of here!" She screamed, banging on the cell's bars, her throat burning from her loud tone. She felt as if she wan going to collapse at any moment. "I demand to be released!"
"Ooh, aren't you feisty!" Caspian chuckled mockingly from the other side of the cell. Adeline had an expression of shock written all over her face. "C-Caspian?!" Adeline grasped the bars tightly, her knuckles turning white. "What the hell is going on? What are you doing here?" Adeline questioned, searching for an explanation. Suddenly a look of horror flashed across her face.
"Did they capture you too?!" She cried out, worried for the sake of them both.
"Capture me?" Caspian repeated. "Tell me, if I was "captured" then why would I be on this side of freedom? Adeline, I'm the main event." He laughed.
"What? I don't understand.." Adeline said, her mind swirling with a hundred different thoughts.
"Hmm let's see, how do I say this.." Caspian said, putting a finger to his chin, an expressing showing his mind deep in thought.
"Ah, here. I'm going to become King of Dophate!" "Now, please sit back and relax while I kill my brother dearest."
"What?! Caspian, why are you doing this? You can't!" Adeline exclaimed, shaking the bars rapidly, trying to break them. Her mind filled with millions of thought. Why would Caspian kill his own flesh and blood?
"First off, stop trying to break the bars, it would be rude to make a mess as a guest. And relax! Enjoy the comfort of your new room and let me do what I do best!" Caspian said winking, a laid back tone indulging in his sentence. With that said, he walked away, leaving Adeline feeling more than one thing. Scared, helpless, but most of all concerned for Leo. She buried her head into her arms, and she kneeled onto the floor, her tears dripping on the already damp stone floors.
Soon, footsteps were approaching and approaching fast. Adeline quickly got up, but just as quick as they had come, they'd disappeared.

"Caspian!" A man demanded from behind him. He had fairly dark skin, and brown eyes. His hair cut short and his eyebrows furrowed into a scrunch.
Caspian stopped in his tracks, slowly turning around. "Yes, Ruzibos?" He sighed, not having enough patience to deal with him.
"I can't stand to look at her entitled ass. We should just kill her now!"
"Patience, Ruzibos. We need her alive right now. Don't worry, her time will come." Caspian said, his green eyes glancing with mischief.
AT THE CASTLE
Leo paced back and forth nervously. A million thoughts swirling through his head. "My prince," Amos said, bowing slightly to show respect. Leo glanced up instantly, his eyes filled with worry. "Did you find her? Any leads?" He said, resting both his hands on Amos's shoulders, looking into his eyes for any information. "No sire, nothing yet." Amos said, a look of loss and disappointment clearly shown on his face. "Keep looking, we have to find her!" Leo exclaimed, letting go of Amos and kicking a nearby flower pot. "Yes sire, at once." Amos said, his face lingering on the broken pot.
"What's wrong?" Leo heard a voice behind him say, "What's going on?"
"It's all my fault Caspian. They took her because of me. She must be so scared.."
"Who took who? What happened?" Caspian asked, his expression filled with 'worry.'
"Those outsiders took Adeline!" Leo said, a guilty look flashing across his face, his eyes glazed over with tears. "They attacked, and she insisted on helping-"
"Why the hell would you have her fighting with you in the first place?!" Caspian yelled, sounding very convincing.
"You're not making me feel any better!" Leo yelled back, caressing his temples with two fingers.
"Well maybe you don't need to!" Caspian shot back, the topic escalating to something beyond the disappearance of Adeline. "You're about to become king, so you have to make some smart decisions! If you don't want somebody to get hurt, you don't put them in harms way." Caspian finished, leaving Leo feeling worse than he did before. Leo sighed deeply, his heart heavy with guilt.
"Spoken like a wise man, Caspian." A deep, demanding voice said from behind the two bickering brothers. "Almost kingly, if I do say so myself."
"Thank you father," Caspian said, a smile shown on his face. Leo faced his father, his face guilt-ridden. "I shouldn't have let her fight, I shouldn't have-"
"Breathe, I know she means a lot to you but you must stay focused. This is exactly what those Invaders want!"
AT THE PRISON
Adeline had a dazed look on her face, her stomach felt as empty as ever. She groaned softly to herself as she rested her hands on her stomach. Two days have passed and she hasn't drunken anything. Her stomach was hurting even more, because she was constipated. Refusing to release her waste into a wooden bucket where everyone could see her. "Everyone" being the rats always scurrying across her cell floor, and an occasional guard.
