Dreamin
I fell asleep. I wish I hadn't, I had very bad dreams.
I was back at the site where Oasis Academy used to stand, the place where my sister was last seen. It was back in the day where the school was demolished. Fire burning everywhere, smoldering wreckage scattered all over the property, and toxic gases in the air. And, then, I saw her. Kaci, my older sister was standing on a hill with another girl. I squinted to see her face clearer, and I recognized her. That was Tiffany Vanderdum, Kaci's best friend. Kaci was looking over the wreckage at something. I turned my head to see what it was, but right at that moment I awoke, being shaken awake. I was really ticked, I was so close! I was about to see what happened to Kaci! "What the heck dude!!" "Why did you wake me up!?" Bailey looked guilty now. "The lady giving the presentation kept giving you looks when you were sleeping, I finally just had to wake you up, cuz I know your report card can't take anymore black marks." "Oh," I said feeling guilty myself now for getting mad at Bailey when she was just trying to help. Well, in that case, thanks for waking me up." Bailey smiled and said "That's what friends do dude, wake each other up on BOOOORING field trips, haha." I nodded my head vigorously at these words. "I deeply appreciate people who don't appreciate school field trips as much as I dont." I said, laughing. Just then the lady yelled "LUNCH BREAK!" And all the other teens filed out from the art gallery to the cafeteria. Bailey snorted and said "I deeply appreciate a full stomach." We both doubled over in laughter and followed the other students to the cafeteria. The lunch was of course, disgusting, and I had to fight the urge to throw up everything I just ate. After that we just sort of wandered around occasionally taking glances at Leonardo da Vinci and Picasso. Most of the other kids had basically died of boredom and went to go wait on the bus for the field trip to end, we did too. Once everyone was on the bus it pulled off the curb and started going. On the ride back to highschool, I realized something. Well if I kept a journal, wouldn't my sis have too? Or is that just some weird punk trend?
