Gabriels pov

"This is bad" I paced back and forth anxiously "Lucifer's been gone for a whole day. He's never been out this long before"

"I agree it is rather concerning" Raphael muttered "normally I'd assume he's off causing trouble but there's a good chance it's something worse"

"Damnit I told him his nieveity would get him in trouble one day. Why dose he never listen to me" Michael face twisted with worry. He's Lucifers twin so this must be hardest on him.

"Don't worry Michael" I petted my younger brother's head "we'll find him. I promised father before he passed away that I'd protect this family and I'm not about to go back on my word"

"I don't need to be babied Gabriel" he moved my hand away but I could tell he appreciated it.

"Sooo what are we going to tell char-char?" Azriel lay on his stomach, kicking his legs in a care free manner "you know how close she is to Luci"

"We won't tell her anything" Raphael said sternly "we shouldn't needlessly worry our baby sister. We'll find him on our own. He can't have gone far"

I looked out the window in worry. Please come back to us little brother.

Lucifer's pov

"Let me out" I banged on the door, feeling frustrated "you can't leave me in here forever! This isn't how you're supposed to treat your future spouse. Not that I'd ever marry a jerk like you!"

I rested my head against the door, feeling exhausted. Damnit. I'm too weak to get out of here. I'm at that freaks mercy.

My head shot up at the sound of a door unlocking. A smile lit up my face "about time you let me ou-" I stopped. Standing there wasn't alastor but a woman with sharp teeth and no eyes.

"Eep!" I let out a fearful yelp "Did alastor send you here to eat me!"

"Goodness no" she laughed "I don't eat cute things like you. You'd taste far too sugary and I'm trying to watch my figure" she pinched my nose.

"That's a joke right?" I laughed nervously.

She ignored my question "so honey why don't you tell me what you're doing locked in alastors room"

I gulped. She's not mad at me is she? I guess it couldn't hurt to tell her. Maybe she can help me..
