Prince dices pov

Me and my mom finally finished packing and throwing away the empty boxes. My mom told me that a friend was comming over with his son so she can babysit him, apparently he is my age so she thought i could make another friend.

I highly doubt it...

It wasnt long till the doorbell rang signaling that moms friend is here, i was sitting on the couch looking at my playing cards blocking out the conversation my mom and her friend are having.

I felt a presence beside me as i went back to reality and looked over, it was a boy that is my age he was covered head to toe in black fur with small horns poking out of the fur on his head, his yellow eyes showed no emotion as he stared at the tv that is now on,he was wearing a green long sleeved shirt, and his arms where crossed over his chest.

He didnt look happy to be there

"Ill be back at 11 and be careful with devil, he dosent exactly listen alot and breaks things"
"Dont worry drake im sure he wont be to much of a hand full" my mom said to her friend who is apparently named drake.
They both exchange goodbyes and he left, she shut the door and looked at the both of us "im going to fix you boys lunch dont be fighting while im in the kitchen" she said and walks in the kitchen.

It was a long silence till the boy spoke up "im bored. You got any games dot face?" He looked at me. Dot face???
"Ya we have uno...skip-bo... Candyland...Um..." Im trying to remember what else we have, im not much of a video game kind of player, Im mostly interested in card games or bored games.
"Spit it out!" He shouted probably tired of waiting on me, i flinched a little on the sudden outburst and i finally said "a-and monopoly!" He looked away lost in thought and said "lets play uno then" he said getting up from the couch, i set my playing cards on the coffee table and went to get the uno cards.

The game wasnt very fun as i hoped it was, he always calls me a cheater whenever i play a plus 2 or plus 4. I often questioned if he even knew how to play the game but i didnt exactly ask cuz of his unpredictable temper.

"This game is stupid!" He shouted, i can barely see his face getting red from anger. "We can play something else..." "Like what?" I thought for a moment, i thought of hide and seak but there wasnt many places to hide, tag wouldnt work cuz mom dosent want us to break anything, he dosent like skip-bo, and there wasnt exactly many bored games to choose from.

There was one game i like to play sometimes but i doubt he would want to play but i asked anyways "how about slap jack?" He gave me a weird look "whats slap jack?" I got up and got my cards off the coffee table and walk back to him.

"You lay down the cards and if a jack is layed down you have to slap it to get the cards. The one with the most cards wins" i explained, he gave this happy look that i have never seen him do this whole time "ya lets play it!!"

I put the uno cards away and i shuffled all my cards, he sat there waiting for me to finish shuffling.
I started putting down cards one by one slowly so i can pay attention on what im placing down.

I keep placing card after card, me and him where focused on what card comes next.
"So you never told me your name" i spoke up placing a 5 of hearts down, he says nothing for a moment probably to into the game or ignoring me.

Both of us raised our hands and quickly slamed our hands down, mine was on top of his "HA! I WIN THE 1ST JACK!" he shouted taking the pile of cards, i shuffled the rest of the cards thats still in my hand.

"My names devil by the way"
He said as i stopped shuffling "prince dice" i said placing down the 1st card of the 2nd round.

After our many rounds of slap jack devil one most of them, i was kinda happy to have a new friend and that he liked playing slap jack with me. At least i assumed.

11:00 came by pretty fast and drake came to pick devil up.
"Goodbye devil" "see ya dot face!" He said with a laugh as he walked out with his dad.
