"Mooooommm! I wanna go see the meteor shower!!! Can we go!?" Hilda asked her mother Elaine with excitement and a sparkle in her eye.
Elaine looked up from her work and looked down at her child with a smile "sure hilda as soon as im done with my work" "YAAAY!" hilda cheers as she ran to get her fluffy bull plush that Elaine gave her when she was 3.

She loved that thing to death, so much so that she hardly ever lets it out if her sight.
She put on her shoes and eagerly waits for her mom to finish her work and take her somewhere to see the meteor shower.

Few minutes went by till it became a hour, hilda was BORED and saw that the sun was starting to go down.
She didnt want to miss it so she went back to her mom to ask if she was done "mom can we go now?" "Not yet sweetie. Ill be done in 5 minutes then we can go" elaine said, hilda frowns and walks back to the living room to watch tv.

It was now dark and elaine has not yet finished working, hilda watched tom and jerry still waiting for her mom to finish working.
"Ok hilda, im done" her mom said out of nowhere and picks up the child "yay! I hope we didnt miss it!!!" She said with excitement as elaine walked upstairs "mom where are we going?" Hilda asked, confused that they are going upstairs instead of going out the front door.

"To watch the meteor shower" her mom answered as she walked out of a balcony that was just built and placed the child on her shoulders.
The sky lit up from hundreds of falling meteors, hildas eyes lit up as she watches with awe.

"Its so pretty!!!!!!" Hilda screamed as she put her hands up in the air making her mom laugh.
