T'Challa's training

I lead Bucky to one of the only wings I haven't yet shown him: the Athletic wing, where T'Challa usually trains. I still can't believe what has been happening between us, and I'm drowning in my thoughts again walking on auto-pilot, when Bucky picks me up over his shoulder.

"Really?" I shriek, "Again?"

"What way?" He ignores me and stops at the intersection.

"Put me down and I'll tell you."

"Ain't going to happen."

I sigh, "Well, at least let me piggyback ride."

He finally puts me down, but keeps me close so that I don't run off without him. I plant a light kiss on his lips before jumping on his back. His hands wrap around thighs, keeping me onto one place, as I loosely wrap my arms around his neck.

"Now, what way?" He grins.

"Left." I whisper in his ear.

He slowly breaths out before turning left on the intersection. I place a light kiss in his neck as he walks on.

We approach the training area as Bucky lets me walk on my own again. I can feel him getting more anxious with every step we're taking towards the door, and it's understandable somehow. Last time they really encountered, T'Challa tried to kill him.

I squeeze his hand before opening the door, a sense of sweat hanging in the air. There are several pairs of T'Challa's men already fighting while the King himself walks up to us with Azusa in his wake.

"Your highness." I bow my head and see Bucky do the same.

"Ah, Miss Jones. You know here are no formalities." His deep voice sounds, "Welcome Sergeant Barnes."

"So, what are we going to do today?" I ask impatiently.

"Azusa will work together with Sergeant Barnes to look if any improvements need to be made to the arm.-"

"Oh, so I'm going to fight you this time?" I grin.

"Yes, Miss Jones."

"It's Addison. You know, no formalities."

The King smiles as he nods Azusa to lead Bucky away to another training area while we stay on the main square.

"Are you ready, Addison?" T'Challa cracks his knuckles.

"You are going to regret this, T'Challa." I smirk, steadying a wave on my hand, "Because I'm going to kick your ass."

He starts the fight, lunging for my head. I dodge his left while sending a wave towards his chest. He's pushed a metre backwards, but quickly recovers and charges me again. When I dodge his high kick, one that was designated to kick me to the ground, I do my signature combo again. Only now it's way more powerful than last time.

The soundwave in the beginning even pushes T'Challa back too far which makes me do a cartwheel while hitting his right shoulder. I kick him against his chest, blowing the air out his lungs. My right hand forms a fist, and it gives the final blow against T'Challa's jaw. He falls to the ground and hits the floor 3 consecutive times with the palm of his hand, indicating the end of the fight.

"When the student becomes the teacher." T'Challa says proud as he faces me, "Well done, Addison."

I reach him my hand to help him up as I notice the training area has grown quiet. Every single pair of eyes is staring at us, at me, while T'Challa hoist himself up.

"Alright, people. You have seen enough." He announces and they continue their interrupted fight.

I go to the side and take some kickboxing gloves to work out against a bean bag for the rest of the time. However, the uneasiness of all eyes on me hasn't left yet.

"You are the first one to ever defeat him in a fair fight." Azusa announces next to me.

I frown at her to why she's at the glove station.

"I forgot to give your boyfriend gloves to fight with." She explains, "Although he doesn't really need them."

"He's not my boyfriend though." I say as she takes a pair while I strap my hands into mine.

"I'm not stupid, Addison." She replies as she leaves with the pair of gloves, "I know love when I see it."

I frown again to what she said, but now she doesn't explain. I shrug the feeling away as I claim a bean bag in one of the back corners. I adjust the gloves one more time before I start hitting the bag with my combos.

I stir one last time in the tomato soup I've made. Now it only needs a few minutes of boiling and it's ready. I jump up the counter to sit and take my phone. A recent update of Team Cap flashes onto the screen and it makes me smile.

'Meeting you in Berlin in a few days. Everyone is excited to see you again and share everything with you. Especially the women, although I can't speak for Clint and Sam. Say hi to Bucky from me. -Steve'

'I NEED YOU! I am getting mad of all these people. -Sam'

"What are you smiling about?" Bucky walks in with damp hair.

"Steve says hi." I respond.

"Say hi back for me." He comes closer and puts his hand on both sides of me.

I let my hands rest on his cheeks before pulling him in for a quick kiss. He smiles as I pull back to admire the view. He's so different from the things I've heard before I met him.

"I was a little scared of you after I saw you sparring with T'Challa this morning." He says as his hands travels to the small of my back.

"Really?"

"Yeah. You beat a guy I couldn't even beat. That's scary."

I laugh at his statement.

"You were viciously good, Addy."

"Well, thank you."

"I think that the name Mistressia isn't even suited anymore. I mean, you could still overpower your opponents with your sass, but those waves you make and the way you kick someone's ass, that's your best asset."

I frown, "If I'm not called Mistressia, then what should my name be?"

"What do you think about Kick Vibe? I came up with it earlier today, and I think it fits you better."

"Kick Vibe?" He nods, "Well, it does have a nice ring to it."

It does sound better than Mistressia. Maybe that's why superheroes never name themselves. Ha, I really have the worst name-choosing abilities. Even Bucky is better in it than I am.

"Yeah, I like it." I confirm, making the smile on Bucky's face even wider, "Let's roll with it."
