We all startled. The red-violet hull of Adia's Ship appeared, and Ir and I were in our bedroom there! I ran out.

In the main part of the ship, the crowd milled around as usual. People talked in small groups. Not as many people on the ship as there were.

Ry'nao came out of his room and Ryonne~ caught him.

Through the Diplomatic Link, I heard Ilios' call for help! He's coordinating people, helping Ry'nao.

No one noticed any of this! I ran through people to him.

As I ran, I saw Rentappenen. He's directing troops. But, he saw Sara and she's still back on Ye~ in our room! She marked people for others to attack because she can tell who's a slaver.

With that information, I found his top people who wanted him to win and attacked them! Plowed through them, mentally. Most of 'em were Elshars. He didn't have anyone with powerful telepathy left.

Sara and I worked through soldiers.

Ry'nao ran to me and put a hand on my head. His telepathy's a lot stronger than mine! He saw all the people I zapped, and he got their memories. Saw their plans.

An Elshar healer, Ket, gasped and put both his hands on Ry'nao's head! "You can't fight Rentappenen! Pull out!"

"Get Ray," he whispered.

Ket made him lie down in Ryonne~'s lap.

Ray ported in and put her hands on his head. That dark blond hair floated around as if she was in space. Red light, but dim, shone around her. She can't use the Red Cube yet.

"Suma—" a whimper.

I kept attacking and there were more to replace all that I felled! I sweated.

Suma and Jarfus, that walrus, and a horde of surprised Thordes appeared! They felt it and stood ready to add their telepathy.

"What are you waiting for, Christmas? Attack Rentappenen!" The giant white walrus shouted!

"You'll kill Ry'nao!" A Thordes I knew in Rainbow, Mike, put his hands on Ry'nao's head, too. Then held him up by his shoulders.

But, a girl with red pigtails appeared. Who's she? "What can we do, Jarfus? I can pick an earlier time, but so can Rentappenen! Suma, heal them! Jarfus, protect Suma! We need—I know—Gedda Dier has a Cube! Wake her up, Gierdre!" This is Azure, who has that time cube and made the bubble. She's only just making it?

I heard a voice in the Link. "We can't get down there!"

I followed it. Big guards with Ty'nirrhan telepathy— "Deb!"

She came running and I took over their bodies while she directed their telepathy down to Rentappenen! Gierdre ran down there, a clone of her who's Xchou-Ty'nirrhan, and found the right pile of slime. An aandat with Gedda Dier's intelligence. Immediately, she came to life. "We are being attacked! Now! Against Rentappenen!" But her armies weren't there. This world is Elshars, mostly. They got everyone to run down into the biomes and let the slime wake Gedda Dier's army!

They put their intelligences into aandats? Their secret weapon! Rentappenen wasn't ready for this.

And, they had weapons. Specially made higher-level weapons, to defeat his.

Azure shifted us back to January 19th. My body went back into me!

Things happened on Rhaech but other people worried about that. I kept downing Elshars. We moved deep underground on Lisbaar.

Time sped up. I had to work a lot faster.

Rentappenen tried to shift to a later time, but he got trapped! I felt his panic! He reached for another major player. Mican, Host Of The Black Cube Of War.

This Dosilian was just getting his clone off the table. "I can't leave, but you can! Get those weapons!"

He ported to a ship and it got away. But other Earthans are waiting for him. I couldn't do anything.

Rentappenen pushed all his men, hard. Then, I saw it. Rhaech has a portal to Lisbaar. That's where all Rentappenen's men are trying to reach, but Gedda Dier's army is mowing them down with those weapons.

On Rhaech, weary Kenneph heard this in his Diplomatic Link. He was in a meeting with the Ulukai Council, made up of leaders of the 50 worlds. They were meeting to hear his arguments about the Nutrition Treaty. Wondering where Moeh and Dachsah, the two main leaders of half of Rhaech, were. They are here, on Earth. Molly showed Andrisch where they were and he ported them on the ship. White Robe gave them quick justice. Molly's worried about the MarKuans, especially this one diplomat. He got hurt on Rhaech and became horribly disabled.

He showed Perach and Janmie, the two Ulukai leaders, that they now had control of all of Rhaech, and the other half of the worlds. "It is time we signed this treaty! Ronda, you helped us. Now, we have agreement and will sign." Perach smiled at her. An Earthan's there?

Kenneph used the ceremonial chalk, and gave a long speech as he drew complicated symbols. They signed, all of them.

But, Molly showed them Rentappenen and where his Collective is. On Rhaech? That's where that portal leads!

Ulukai mounted beasts of every description and their armies ported to Rhaech. With the signature, they activated the new Hub and new progs. More armies came. They ran down into tunnels long unused from mines and found the chamber. Fought with guards.

Rentappenen lost men like water, but more came to replace 'em.

I reached, and kept reaching. Ray knew places I could reach. So did Suma. And, this girl, Azure, directed us all! Rentappenen is using all his strength up.

But, the timing is wrong! Ray's supposed to defeat him after Adia defeats Eriganh!

And, the date changed. January 31. The Unified Treaty's been signed.

I still directed troops. After two weeks!

Adia went to Ryee, who gave Ket Ry'nao. I felt jittery! Ryee and Laura went outside. That yard I could see from the ship! Laura didn't let her husband go with them. He stood at the hull watching them walk into the yard.

Eriganh stood there in a red metallic uniform. His hair was in braids but a thin helmet, like red foil, left the outlines of them. He glowed red. J~oie put his hands on the inside hull.

Adia raised the White Cube. Ryee helped her attack!

People on the ship startled and ran to that side! Hands slapped the hull. Red and white light flooded the ship. More people ran over there to watch!

Ry'nao is losing strength, but he smiled. He knows.

Suddenly, Eriganh panicked and lost his hold on the Red Cube! It smashed into the White Cube, that also flew from Adia's hand. Diplomats, traders, scientists, they were all plastered to that side of the ship, watching the 300 year war come to an end, in the yard of a nurse, Laura Martin. She's holding Ryee. He's hurt! Ray ported out.

The fireworks are over. Ray grabbed the Red Cube. Adia's clone took the White Cube Of Light. It's spent, but everyone left in it, they are targeting Rentappenen.

The Red Cube is spent, but its Collective wants to fight Rentappenen, too. I heard them shouting!

Healers brought Adia and Ryee in. They put Adia and Ryee on a bed and Ry'nao is holding Ryee, but he's here, in the middle of this ship, we're frozen in time, Azure's stretching out time so we can do this! I sang louder. Orchestration built so thirteen galaxies heard the music! Sang with it. Telepathy of worlds too numerous to imagine, not in my little mind!

Slowly, the other hosts of the weaker Cubes rose up. The Time Is Now!

I sang. Orchestration built. I healed members of all these weary Collectives! Suma's healing heals all of most of the species, but I healed the Bisillips, the Biehshah, the Hidden Elders of Cubes I didn't know the names of, Rentappenen didn't know about them! A lot more than the people we had on Ye~ in that underground bunker. These are on many worlds in many galaxies. Pirad's been ready for this for centuries, prepping Cubes. But Earthans with Gifts made their own. Someone's helping us who wants us to win!

Deb reached through and sent a final surge of telepathy to get Opseh Wenh Cet's Collective. He had one? He wasn't ever supposed to rise to Councillor! That's Gedda Dier's Cube! She took it back!

I sang, and the music swirled, and all the dead people of Earth rose and lived. It's not the Resurrection, oh, no. They'll live for a time and die again. But, that's not for me. That's not my doing.

Civilizations long dead rose again, all over the Thirteen, the damage Eriganh, Satauuver and Rentappenen did. The Gray Cube that Ry'nao has, it stored them for this day, this time!

We're all existing in two planes of time. There's Suma and Ray, healing Adia and Ryee, while they are pouring energy through Ry'nao, into this void of time and space, putting our universe back together. My mind can't hold it all! I sing louder! More healing. The music. It's more beautiful than I ever imagined, ice cream flavors to children, laughing and playing in time, dancing, all the little Zheien children, but Biehshah, Bisillips—and Aryllan children, their songs are healing.

King Wtensau used the Blue Cube. It wasn't meant to be, but he has it and he's using it to touch plants all over the Thirteen. Plants—pin dat shea rise up on every world. A race of intelligent plants! Their spores were dormant, but an Earthan, Bess, sang with Prince Perretau, and all the plants rose up to choke the wicked and heal the dead, the injured, the weary so they can rise up and fight Rentappenen. This is it! The Final Battle that no one will see, except for me, Ray, Suma, Deb, Sara and Bess. And, Azure.

She gave her final burst of energy. The music reached its crescendo and lowers in volume, gradually, softly.

"Azure! Pirad!" Molly grabbed Pirad's arm. He's hot. "What happened? Ry'nao! What're you doing out here? Suma? Deb?"

Molly had Azure on her lap. She's spent, healing Ryee and Adia. None of the healers on this ship have anything left. My music is fading.

I put my head down on the soft red-violet floor. Ir's holding me. "Healer. Please. For my love."

The music stopped. People are around, but I can't open my eyes. Sleep. Gotta.
