Manik was shocked to core..what he saw today was something he had never ever saw ..not even in his wildest nightmares..he was standing there on the gate with his eyes totally froze right in front of the scene ..

Manik : "Tum..nandini..nahi..tum.."
.. He was flabbergasted ..he was totally out of his senses..he wasn't understanding anything..what words were spitting out of his mouth ..even those words weren't making any sense...

" TICK..TOCK..TICK TOCK..AM BACK..".. And then came a very scary voice ..a person who was in the air..the body was of nandini..but the soul was definitely in the captivate of some evil spirit..

Soul star coming towards manik with extreme glint in the eyes and a smirking expression on face..whereas manik was stunned..he wasn't able to register his surroundings..

Manik : "tum nandini nhi ho..",.. He said absent mindedly ..while the soul came down...

" hahahahahaha.. "..that evil laugh spread all over in the mansion..and even the non living things vibrated with that scariest laugh..

" Han! Nahi hoon mai nandini..nahi hoon..hahahah..".. And the soul said with a smirk on face..and manik was all confused..

Manik : "kaun ho tum..".. He asked still in dilemma..evil soul stopped laughing with his this question..and started moving towards him..although his heart beat were running faster..but still he was trying his best to look calm and compose..

" itni jaldi bhool Gaye mujhe.."..she came towards and stand right in front of his face..and when manik saw in those dark red eyes..he got the glimpse of his past..and he moved backward with a jerk..

Manik : "yeh nahi ho sakta..".. He said abruptly..looking downwards.. Fear was all over his face..

" yeh toh ho gaya manik..".. She said with a dramatic as well as scary tone..manik looked at her..

Manik : "please leave nandini..use chor do".. He pleaded with his hands joined and this irked the evil soul..

" fir se nandini.."..she shouted..which broke the glass window..and this scared manik..he knew the one whom he is facing is not any human but a very powerful evil spirit..

Manik : "Nandini....".. Before he could say anything ..she cut the wrist of nandini..

Manik : " noooooo.."..he shouted in horror.. Blood was coming out of the hand..and the soul was laughing..

"Ek bar aur nandini ka naam liya na ..then am going to kill her ..".. She threatened him by putting knife on the neck.. And manik forwarded his hand to stop her..

Manik : " nahi..listen..mai kuch nhi keh raha..but please use kuch mat Karna..please.."..he pleased..and she laughed..

"Now..this is really fun..tumhara yeh Dara hua sa chehra..yehe dar dekhna tha mujhe ..ma........".. Before the soul could complete..she felt a big jolt in the body ..

Manik was shocked..as she wasn't moving..or not even saying anything..soon he found ..nandini lying on the ground..and the evil soul flew away with a scream..

Manik rushed towards nandini..and took her in his arms..he was sitting on the floor with nandini in his lap..nothing was working in his mind..but soon he heard some foot steps..and next he saw..cabir coming inside the mansion with a priest..

The same priest ..who met manik today on the way ..manik was shocked to find cabir there that too with a priest..as he himself had booked tickets for all..

Manik : " cabir.."..he said still in confusion..while the priest ..was putting some red sacred sindur on the door of mansion..

"Tum yaha surakshit (save) ho ..ab woh yaha nhi aayengi..".. Priest said to manik..and here nandini too start gaining consciousness..

Cabir : " manik..hum bad mei bat karenge..pehle take nandini in your room.."..he instructed and manik followed..

He took nandini in his arms..and took her straight to their room..and there outside the mansion..the evil soul was fuming in anger..she can't even enter inside the mansion..due to the security of sacred sindoor..

"Kab tak Bach paoge..".. She said in anger and vanished away in the darkness..

Manan's Room :

Nandini was lying on bed..her eyes were closed..

Manik was sitting near her..and cabir was standing right next to manik..whereas The Priest was busy in enchanting some mantras..while moving the rudraksh mala in his hand..his eyes were closed..

Manik : "cabir tu yahan kese?.. I mean I had told you na to go with them.."..he asked in a slow voice so that Nandini's sleep doesn't disturb..

Cabir : "kese chala jata?..when I had sensed the tension in your voice.."...he said after placing hand on Manik's shoulder...on which Manik smiled..Indeed Cabir is the best friend any one can have..and Manik is way too lucky in this case..

Cabir : "but am still not getting ki yeh sab ho kya raha hai?.."..he asked being confused from all the surroundings..

"Main batata hoon.."..a sharp voice grabbed their attention and they both looked at towards the priest..

"Mai tumhe aaj subah dekhte he samjh gaya tha ki ..tum apne ateet ko apne aaj mei dekh kar..khudko sambhal nahi paoge..isliye mai khud yahan chala aaya..tumhare peeche.."..he told manik in a stern tone and walked towards nandini...while cabir and manik were silently looking at him..

"Ise kuch nahi hoga.."..he blessed her by keeping his hand on Nandini's forehead..and soon Nandini start gaining her consciousness..

Manik : "Nandini.."...he called her name very softly..as she opened her eyes..but as soon as she regained her consciousness..she flinched in pain..and Manik instantly held her as she tried to sit..

Nandini : "ahhh..meri body..it's aching Manik.."...she said in a very weak and painful voice..and Manik felt her immense pain..

Manik : "you are fine Nandini.."..he said with teary eyes..and Nandini now saw fear in his eyes..she instantly placed her injured hand on his cheeks..and a tear eloped from his eyes as soon as he felt her lovable touch on him..

Nandini : "kya hua manik ?..",...she asked being very concerned...but he was looking in her eyes only..the fear of loosing her had really left a big impact on him..he wasn't believing that today he might have lost her ..that too FOREVER..

As soon as this fear again engulfed in his soul..he hugged Nandini as tight as he can..as if he was trying to protect her from all the evils..as if he want to hide her in his embrace so that no one can ever snatch her from him..

Nandini : "Manik..you are scaring me..baat kya hai.."...she was really in tension now..seeing such vulnerable side of manik..shocked her to hell..

Cabir : "Manik..please calm down.."...he said in calm voice and his voice drew Nandini's attention towards the priest and cabir's presence in the room..

She broke the hug..and looked at them all in confusion..

Nandini ; "koi please mujhe batega..ki ho kya raha hai yahan?.."...she now asked stubbornly as all these weird things were getting on her nerves..

Manik : "shayad waqt aa gaya hai tumhe sach batane ka..Nandini.."...he said looking in her eyes..and today Nandini saw a guilt in his eyes..guilt of hiding some facts from her...guilt of not sharing the most important chapter of his life..guilt of his mistakes..guilt of his devastating past..

Screen freezes on Nandini's shocked face..and Manik's guilty face..
