"THE FIRST DISAPPEARANCE OF DOMINICA AND JAZEL"

THE CONTINUATION:

On that day, Ced was busy checking some files and reports when suddenly she was called out by her senior.

"Apolinar, Chief is calling you. I think he will give you an assignment now. Congrats!" Her colleague said.

"Finally, thanks, dude." She said and immediately went to the office. Where their chief officer was waiting for her and when she opened the room. She was immediately greeted with her new assignment.

"Spo.4 Apolinar, I have a new assignment for you. And this is very interesting for you." Her officer said, And Ced suddenly got curious about this case at the same time. As she raised her eyebrows.

"Why? Spill the tea, Chief Alonzo," Ced asks. He handed the folder that he was holding to Ced before he replied.

"What did you call me?" the officer said.

"What I mean, Sir," Ced replied and smiled at him at the same time.

"This is a report from your school, which is in St. Anne." As her senior starts to explain what's in the folder. At the same time, she slowly opened the folder and saw the picture of her previous teacher.

"Miss Dominica?" She said when she saw the picture of her former teacher.

"Yes, this is the class adviser who was reportedly missing for two months. And, based on the investigation that we made; she was your former class adviser. And this is the craziest part. We have no clue why she disappeared", her senior said.

"That's interesting, I will take this, but why and what is the reason hmn?" she said while staring at the picture.

"Good, That's your assignment Spo.4 Apolinar. To know what is the reason for their disappearance. And she's not the only person who is reportedly missing. In the second picture, is she familiar with you?" he said.

"This is Jazel, she's my former classmate" Ced replied.

"She also went missing at the same time and day as your former class adviser. I want you to keep your focus on this investigation. Is this clear?" Chief Alonzo said.

"Yes, I will," she said, and she remembered the dream when she saw Miss Dominica. And then her former teacher asked her for help and gave her a warning about Jazel, and now she knows what the meaning is of that dream.

When she went out of the office of Chief Alonzo, Leanne saw her and immediately approached her.

"What's wrong with that face, Ced? Is there any problem with your new assignment? I heard that Chief Alonzo gave you a new assignment. Congratulations!" Leanne said while smiling at her.

"Thanks, Bestie, however, I have one problem." She said and slowly opened the folder.

"What is this about your dreams?" Leanne asks.

"Yes, and I don't know how to help them," Ced said and sighed.

"No worries you got me on this. Remember we're partners. I can help you with this, "Leanne said.

"But how about your task, about that piece of the scepter of Novaria" Ced replied.

"I can handle it, just trust me! And I know how to relieve your worries," Leanne said.

"How? Boys?" Ced asks.

"No! I'll treat you later." Leanne said, and then Ced started to smile.

"Isaw and kwek-kwek please." She replied with a smile on her face.

"Yes, in street food where their salesman is shirtless and handsome. Check this out, girl." Leanne said, and she showed to Ced the famous street food in town.

"You're also flirty, huh? I thought I was the only one who was flirty, but we are friends, that's why" Ced said, and Leanne laughed when their colleagues stopped them.

"Sorry!" Leanne said while making a peace sign.

ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORY:

A DAY BEFORE SHE WAS ABDUCTED BY UNKNOWN CREATURE.

"Miss Jazel, the client is in the meeting room." Her secretary said.

"Thanks, Maila, is that Mr. Kim?" Jazel asks her assistant. Then her assistant just nods her head for confirmation.

When Jazel is in the meeting room, she sees a tall white guy and smiles at her.

"Good morning, Miss Andrade." Mr. Kim said. Then Jazel smiled at her and replied.

"Good morning Mr. Kim nice meeting you, how are you? And have a seat please." Jazel started to ask.

"I'm good, Miss Andrade thank you." Mr. Kim said, and he immediately sat on the chair in front of Jazel's table.

"You may leave now, Maila, thank you," Jazel said as her assistant immediately left the room.

"What makes you bring do here, Mr. Kim?" Jazel asked again, and then her visitor took a deep breath before speaking.

"The reason that I am here. I want you to do something for me." Mr. Kim said.

"To do what? Are you going to make some advertisement for my former school? I can't help you with that. But I have a team that is good for advertising. Let me set up a meeting with Ralph. He's also a former student of Saint Anne," Jazel said.

"No, I am not here for that." Mr. Kim replied.

"And then what help do you want?" Jazel asks,

Mister Kim suddenly stood up and said,

"The piece of scepter from Novaria. I know you've heard about this and I want you to find it for me." Mr. Kim said. And when she hears about the scepter she immediately smiles and says,

"This is a private investigation firm and our job is to find the missing person or any personal concerns with our clients. To tell you honestly, Mr. Kim, this is no longer my concern. I am no longer connected to that world, if you excuse me. I have a lot of client meetings today. You may go now!" Jazel said, while she started to get annoyed when she saw the true form of Mr. Kim.

"Well, if that's the case, not a problem at all. I'm just trying to ask for your help from the third kingdom of Novaria from Lumia. Lumians are good at searching." Mr. Kim said.

"I will repeat myself again, and tell you this, I no longer belong in that realm," Jazel said.

"Okay, just relax. I am not here to fight." Mr. Kim said.

"You are from Lumia, as well, but your kind are the ones who betrayed the kingdom of Novaria, and you were cursed by the light of Lumia, because of your betrayal!" Jazel said, and you could see in her facial expression that Jazel was angry with the person that she was talking to right now.

"Yes, I am part of a gloomy colony now, but. Remember this Lumian. If there is light, there's always darkness. Without darkness, the light would just be nothing." Mr. Kim said, and he immediately touched Jazel's shoulder. Jazel couldn't move, and then slowly she lost consciousness.

"You may follow your teacher, Lumia!"

MEANWHILE, in the kingdom of Novaria,

"Where's Angel?" Rose asks Beam.

"Big sis, what happens?" Beam asks her.

"The gloom has started to attack the Lumians. We need her right now as the kingdom needs a leader," Rose said.

"I'll go, Miss Rose," Dave said.

"I wish that our lady were here," Rose said as she was referring to their general.

"No, you can't. Lemen Forest is also attacked by the Skinwalkers. You need to go back to your kingdom! Cathy needs your help." Rose said, and Dave immediately disappeared as he used his ability to teleport.

"Where's the resistance? Richard? Bram and Christy?" Beam asks.

"They were on a mission; they were told to go to the kingdom of Ayden as you requested. Don't you remember?" Rose said.

"No, I haven't told them. Now I know this is an ambush," Beam said.

"Randy, I need you to follow the resistance on Ayden and bring your men to protect them at all costs. I will go and find Angel." Beam said, and Randy vows as he obeys the crowned princess of Novaria.

"Wait beamy!" Rose tries to say something when Beam immediately uses her ability to teleport.

"Cavelier, where's Leah?" She asks. Then the guard replied.

"I see the princesses opening a new portal and are not sure where they are going."

"Protect the throne at all cost," she said, and the guard vowed on her.

GOING BACK TO EARTH

"Where do we start?" Ced asks.

"Let's start at your previous school," Leanne said.

"Thanks for helping me, Bestie," she said.

"Good thing Chief Alonzo wanted me to watch in this case. So, we need to be focused on this case Ced." Leanne said.

"Of course," Ced replied.

"Let's start by entering your alma mater," Leanne said, and they approached the guard at the gate.

"Hi sir, my name is SPO4. Apolinar and this is my partner SPO4. Siton we are here to investigate the case of Miss Castanares," SPO4 Apolinar said. Then the guard immediately opened the gate and led them to the principal's office where they met the new principal.

"Mr. Principal, we are from the city police; we are here to start our investigation of the disappearance of teacher Castanares. Can we start with you Sir, as we need some of your statement about this case," Leanne said.

"Yes sure," The Principal said, and he smiled at the two police officers.
