"AMANDA'S POINT OF VIEW"

BACK STORY:

In NOVARIA

"Get her gift," Queen Victoria said to her shamans. While her guards are holding Amanda.

"Queen, please no...!" Amanda said while she begged the queen. But the queen didn't listen to her.

"Now!" Queen Victoria shouted to her five shamans. Then the five shamans immediately removed her gifts and a loud cry echoed throughout the whole kingdom.

While her gift was slowly removed from her body, she saw the five shamans who removed her gift and the symbol of their necklace.

"Novarian, Khastrian, Aydenian, Jamaisan, and Human." She said while she lost consciousness slowly.

Before that happened, Amanda was a kind and good girl who always obeyed her mom and dad. They live in a small nation in Novaria, in Mythia.

"Amanda, where are the last ingredients?" Her mom said.

"Her mom, the tears of a lioness from Lemen forest." She said as she gave her mom the small bottle.

"Good job, you will replace me as the most powerful babaylan in Novaria. But you must keep this in your mind." Her mom said, while her mom reminded her about using their abilities.

"Always use your magic for the greater good. Do you understand?" her mom said. Then she immediately nodded her head and replied.

"Yes Mom, I want to be one of the best babaylan in the world," Amanda said when her dad suddenly approached them and immediately closed the door.

"What happens Dad?" his mom asks.

"We need to evacuate, Enigma is here!" her dad said.

"Mom, who's the enigma?" Amanda said. A black smoke suddenly appeared, and this smoke immediately entered her mom's and dad's bodies.

Then suddenly their attitude changes. When she is almost killed by her parents, a guard from Novaria suddenly appears with one lady. And she looks like she has a high position in Novaria.

"Kid quick hide!" The lady said and immediately used her magic to protect her.

"They were controlling Madame," Amanda said, then the lady smiled at her. Suddenly the eyes of that lady changed into black.

"You were controlled as well," she said. But the lady immediately kills her parents with just one snap.

"Moooommmmm!!! Daaaaadddd!!!" She shouts when she sees that her parents immediately fall to the ground.

"What have you done!" Amanda said while she was crying in front of her parents.

"They are the witches that we were hunting, young lady." The lady replied.

"No! They are not witches! You are the witch!" she said, and she immediately cast a spell, but she was not that strong enough to fight the lady.

"Get her, she has the blood of her parents, so, by this means she's a witch as well." The lady said. And the guard tries to get her when suddenly a strong wind blows and the plants start to grow bigger than usual.

"You will pay for this!" she said. Then the blow of the wind gets stronger.

"Lady Gemma!" The guard said and Gemma immediately knocked to the ground, then the ground shook. When Amanda lost her focus, the wind stopped. The guard immediately got her.

After eighteen years, Amanda works at the castle as one of the maids. However, she secretly studies how to control her magic.

One day,

The queen calls her, and she immediately goes to the queen's room.

"Yes Queen Victoria, I'm here. Do you need something?" She asks.

"Yes, I have something to ask" Victoria started to ask, about her parents who had died because of Gemma.

"We're not witches, and I saw everything on that day. They were possessed by Enigma. But Lady Gemma kills them." She explains to the queen while crying.

"So, by this means, you're a witch as well," Queen Victoria said, and Amanda started to defend herself.

"No, my queen, we are a Babaylan, and our powers are coming from nature, and we can heal." She explains.

"I don't believe you!" The queen said and suddenly her eyes changed color.

"My queen, you were possessed. Let me heal you. Uncle Mario taught me how to heal this type of black magic!" She said when she tried to touch the queen, suddenly Gemma came and ordered the guard to get her.

"She is trying to kill you, Queen Victoria," Gemma said when Amanda noticed that she was holding a knife while her hands were glowing. While Queen Victoria is back to normal.

"Did you do that to me, Amanda?" Victoria asked.

"No, Queen Victoria. This is set up. I am innocent!" Amanda said.

"Don't listen to her my queen, I follow her, because I have a strong suspicion of this lady. I found out that she was the only daughter of witches from Mythia. And we have a report that Mythia worshipped our enemy. Enigma!" Gemma said.

"Enigma!" Queen Victoria said.

"No, that's not true, Queen Victoria. Please listen to me. Mythia is not like that," Amanda says.

"Put her in a dungeon and tomorrow we will remove her gift so that no one will harm her!" Queen Victoria said.

"No!" Amanda shouts. Then Queen Victoria immediately ordered her men to destroy Mythia.

After Mythia is destroyed on the next day, the judgement day of innocent Amanda comes.

"I hope this will be a lesson to everyone if you know someone who uses black magic. Let us know. Or else you will have the same destiny as this lady!" Queen Victoria said.

"Queen Victoria, please don't do this to me..." Amanda said as she begged. Then the guard holds her left and right arms while Gemma casts a spell so that she can use her hands to create magic.

"Get her gift," Queen Victoria said to her shamans. While her guards are holding Amanda.

When she woke, she was now lying in the middle of nowhere naked. When black smoke slowly approaches her.

She immediately tries to cast a spell, and she learns to protect herself. However, the black smoke slowly turns into a human form.

"I will give you a new life. Just follow my orders, and you will be safe under my protection," the lady said, coming from the black smoke. Amanda just smiles and replies.

"Happy to comply with you, my lord."

"Good, I will give you a new ability that you can use to get your justice." The lady said.

"Can you also give me the ability to bring the dead to life," Amanda said.

"I can't but if you will have the scepter of Novaria. You can ask anything, including the rising of your nation, Mythia, and bringing the life of your dead parents." The lady said.

"If that's the case, I will do anything to get that scepter," Amanda said.

"We're not done yet, Victoria. I'll wait for the day that you will fall from your throne and I can feel that this will happen soon," Amanda said, and she laughed while the black smoke covered her body.

"Is there any progress with the scepter, Mr. Kim?"

Amanda said as she asked her ally.

"Still working on it, Queen Amanda," the guy replied.

"If you need to kidnap all of her students. Do it! So that she will tell us where she kept the first piece of scepter from Novaria." Amanda said.
