First update of 2024...

Soon trio came outside the headquarters while Anubhav was still inside commissioner's cabin..... Soon Karishma's phone rang.... 

Karishma: Chachi ji?? 

Haseena: Phone uthaiye Karishma Singh....

Karishma nodded and did the same....

Karishma: Pranam chachi ji.... Kaisi hai aap..... Hum sab bhi bilkul thik hai..... Aa.... Madam sir.... Voh kaisi hai??? Chachi ji (Haseena gestured Karishma to say that she was perfectly fine) madam sir bhi ikdam chaukas hai.... Baat.... Baat karwaye..... (Haseena nodded).... Nahi nahi voh yahi hai.... Ik minute.... (Karishma offered the phone to Haseena)

Haseena (On call): Maa....

(Amar was surprised....)

Amar (in mind): Haseena ji ki kitni maaye hai??? Ik unki ammi, ik voh jinse hum parso mile the aur ab Karishma Singh ki chachi.... Par Karishma Singh ki chachi Haseena ji ki maa kaise ho sakti hai???

(Haseena saw through the side view mirror that Anubhav was standing near them trying to overhear their conversation .... Even he wanted to listen to His mother's voice.... And Haseena was very well aware of it) 

Haseena: Hello..... Awaaz nahi aa rahi maa.... (She put the phone on speaker) Ha maa ab kahiye.... Sab thik???

Amar (in mind): Oh.... Toh yeh vahi aunty hai jinse hum parso mile the.... Par yeh Karishma Singh ki chahi hai toh Haseena ji ki maa kaise ho sakti hai???

Maa: Hum toh bilkul thik hu par tu thik hai na..... (Anubhav's eyes welled up hearinh his mother's voice after such a long time) Kal se phone bhi nahi kiya.... Roz humse milne aati hai par kal aayi bhi nahi.... Kya baat hai meri bachi???

(After listening to Maa's last sentence Haseena too got a bit emotional but within a second got hold on her emotions and said) 

Haseena: Maa humara phone kal tut gaya tha toh thik karwane ka mauka nahi mila aur bas thoda kaam mein busy the....  Aap bataiye aapne kal apni dawai li???

Maa: Tujhe pata hai Haseena tu abhi bilkul humare nalayak ki tarah baat kar rahi hai.... (Anushma smiled) Usse bhi jab kissi mission mein chot lag jaati thi na toh voh bhi aise hi baat ghuma deta tha.... Aur yahi sawaal puchta tha "Maa aapne apni dawai li".... Isliye ab sidhe sidhe bata ki kaha kaha chot lagi hai??? 

Haseena: Aa.... Maa.... 

Amar (Whispered to Karishma): Yeh nalayak kaun hai Karishma Singh???

Before Karishma could speak anything, Maa spoke....

Maa: Karishma ko phone de....

Haseena: Ji... ji maa

Haseena asked Karishma to speak through eyes.... The phone was still on speaker

Karishma: Ji... Ji chachi ji.... Kahiye

Maa: Karishma sachi sachi bata Haseena ke kaha kaha lagi hai.... Aur tere bhi kahi lagi hai kya.... Tum dono theek toh ho na..... (Maa was now getting hyper and Haseena knew that if she won't calm down then her health will deteriorate..... Anubhav too sensed this but was feeling helpless as he can't do anything) 

Haseena: Maa.... Maa aap shaant ho jaiye.... Karishma Singh bilkul thik hai aur hume bas kandhe pe halki si chot lagi hai jo ik do din mein puri tarah se theek ho jayegi....

(Haseena didn't inform Maa about her stomach's wound)  

Maa: Aur kandhe ke alawa kidhar lagi hai tujhe...

Haseena: Kahi... Kahi bhi nahi Maa bas mamuli kharoche hai.... hum bas abhi ghar aa rahe hai phir aap chahe toh khud dekh lijiyega..... 

Maa: Phir thik hai (Anuseena smiled) Voh maine yeh batane ke liye phone kiya tha ki kal Shobha didi ki bahu ki godhbharai hai toh mai hafte bhar ke liye Gwalior jaa rahi hu.... 

Haseena: Maa hum aapke jaane ke liye....

Maa (interrupted): Nahi nahi Haseena Shobha didi khud nyota dene aayi thi toh hum unhi ke saath chale jayenge.... 

Haseena: Maa abhi ghar hi aa rahe hai aapka saaman pack karwane mein hum madad kar denge...

Maa: Arre nahi nahi hum sab kar chuke hai aur bas abhi 10-minute mein nikal bhi jayenge..... Aur isse pehele tu puche humne apni dawai rakh li hai..... Ab rakhte hai.... Tu samay pe khaana kha lena aur dawai bhi....

Haseena: Ji maa.... Happy journey Maa.... Aap bhi apna dhyaan rakhna....

Haseena hanged up the call.... She gave the phone back to Karishma.... 

Haseena (To Amar): Maaf kijiyega Mr. Vidrohi aapko humari wajah se rukna pada....

Amar: It's ok Haseena ji voh umrdaraaz hai plus aapki maa jaisi hai.... I understand....

Haseena: Thank you, Mr., Vidrohi.... Aur voh humari maa jaisi nahi hai balki voh humari maa hi hai.... 

A smile of satisfaction spread against Anubhav's lips he turned around and went away....  

Amar nodded ....

Amar sat in the driver's seat Haseena sat beside him while Karishma sat on the backseat....

Amar and Haseena reached Mallik House.... Karishma was not there as she asked Amar to drop her in front of City square mall.... According to Karishma today she has to do patrolling in that area.... 

Amar: Aa... Haseena ji...... 

Haseena: Ji boliye (Despite the fact that Haseena didn't like been called "Haseena Ji" by anyone she remained quiet.... Today she had gotten frustrated over Amar many times) 

Amar: Apna khyaal rakhiye ga....Hum..... Hum sabko aapki fikr hai

Haseena smiled and nodded.... She turned and was about to head inside when Amar spoke....

Amar: Haseena ji..... (Haseena turned around) Aapki dawaiya..... Santosh Sharma ne hume de di thi.....

Haseena took the medicines....

Haseena: Thank you, Mr. Vidrohi....

Amar: Haseena ji aapko kuch bhi chahiye ho toh bas ik call kar dijiye ga.... 

Haseena smiled and nodded.... She then turned around and walked away into her house while Amar was adoring her....

Amar (To himself): Hume aapse pyaar ho gaya hai Haseena ji....

10:00 pm

Karishma was walking on a secluded footpath absentmindedly..... Tears were continuously flowing from her eyes..... She was recalling the past incidences of this emotionally tiring day.... 

In Hospital

Karishma went to the place where Anubhav was sitting.... She was overwhelmed when she saw him after months....

Karishma: Anu Bhaiya....

Anubhav didn't respond.... It seemed as if he didn't hear her.... So Karishma decided to speak once again.... This time she kept her hand on his shoulder.....

Karishma: Anu Bhaiya....

Anubhav: Kaun Anu Bhaiya??? Aap kiske baare mein baat kar rahi hai SI Karishma Singh....

Karishma: Aap.... Aap humare Anu Bhaiya hai toh aap hi ke baare....

Anubhav: Hum aapke Anu Bhaiya nahi hai SI Karishma Singh..... (Removed her hands from his shoulder) Aapne swayam apne inhi haathon se  apne uss Anu Bhaiya ki hatya kar di.... 

Karishma: Hum.... Hum jaante hai humse bahut badi galti ho gayi bhaiya par hume uss samay kuch sujha hi nahi..... Hum....

Anubhav showed his palm in order to stop her....

Anubhav: Aapko jo karna tha Karishma Singh voh aap kar chukki hai.... Ab spashtikaran dene ka koi tatparya nahi hai.... 

Anubhav made it clear that he wants Karishma to leave....

Karishma came out of her trance on listening to a familiar voice.... Her husband Vikrant's voice...

Vikrant: Karishma.... Rukiye.... (He came after her and was now standing behind her)

Vikrant: Hum ghar hi jaa rahe the par aapko yu raaste mein dekha toh socha saath mein ghar chalte hai.... Par aap toh sunn hi nahi.... (He came in front of her) Karishma aap ro rahi hai.... 

(A sob betrayed Karishma and came out of her mouth.... Vikrant hugged her immediately to give her some emotional support)

In Commissioner's house

A phone was ringing.... Commissioner was doing some file work while his wife came with his phone in her hand....

Commissioner (Digvijay Singh): Sandhya kiska phone hai???

Sandhya: Anubhav Bhaiya ka phone hai....

She gave him the phone and went away giving him some privacy.... 

Digvijay (On call): Jai Hind..... Bolo Anubhav.... Kya yeh karna zaruri hai??? Hmm.... Thik hai.... Tum yeh Delhi vala kaam nipta ke aao tab taq mai yaha pe tumhare tasfer ka paperwork sambhalta hu..... hmm.... Ik hafte mein tumhara Lucknow mein transfer ho jayega..... Ha baba yaad hai.... Fine chal bye....

So this was today's part.... I'm hardly getting anytime with my personal life so updates are delayed.... But I will try my level best to be regular.... Thanks a lot for your patience....
