"First plan flop"

Next day came with many new beginnings for many life's. Some with happy notes and some with bad memory.

Mohini came down to see all there in the dining hall and made her suspicious.

She saw a fight between shravan and manik.. She thought something happened which disappointed her, when she saw nandini was brought from hospital in Manik arms.

(A/N:- guys the only cabir, navya, arya, pihu, naina shravan knows nandini knows about manan past. Elders have no idea)

"Bhai, how is bhabhi? " Naina asked Manik, which was heard by all but kept quiet. All lied to the elders and she fainted due to stress.

"Fine... you have your food. " He said looking down which hurt Naina but kept quiet.

"Huh?? She is the daughter in law of this house, more than doing house work.. She sleeps till 9am..wow!! I pity you Neyonika.. What a daughter in law you got?? '' Mohini said, making disgusted faces, made everyone roll their eyes except Raj, Ronit and Srikanth kept neutral faces.

"Aww!! How much you care for our family Aunty. " All looked up hearing her voice but eyes widened seeing her looks.

Nandini walked down holding her saree pallu which spread down her left hand, wearing a mangalsutra with a big golden chain, bangles.. Walked down like a goddess. She seriously looked like the new bride of Malhotra. Manik's eyes suck at her like a small baby saw his favourite candy.

She smirked seeing all the reactions, came near Neyonika, bent down to touch her leg which shocked her, even others.

"Bless me Mother in law. '' She said looking at Neyonika, who hesitated, but kept her shivering hand on her head glancing at Raj

"Thanku... and yes, aunty you were saying something...yes.. Don't worry I will prove that I am the daughter in law of this house. Can I serve you? '' She said to mohini.

"You can't say that. Now you only said I need to be a good daughter in law.. So I will.. " She took food and served her, purposely more lovely serving on Mohini, Raj, Ronit, Shrikant plates.

"Eat hubby.. " She said to Manik who was looking at her from the start.

"Huh.. Yeah.. " He murmures ate two pieces and started playing with food as usual.

"Hmm.. Hubby, I want to say something in front of everyone. " She said loudly which everyone heard.

Manik frowned and nodded.

"I want to work in your office. " Nandini said.

"You can work in any office anytime. It's yours too. I will ask my PA too... " Nandini held his hand in between.

"Not your company Manik. Our family business... Malhotra groups... I want to work in that. " She said innocently only Manik saw her mischievous though behind her eyes.

"What?? Raj and Ronit are taking care of it. With Cabir and Arya. " Srikanth said strictly.

"I know dada ji. But even Manik is your grandson. He might have the same shares as Cabir bhai and Arya bhai have. I am asking that only. He was the CEO of that company, right." She said sternly, Manik held her hand down to stop her. But Nandini didn't mind.

"You want to work there or you want your husband to work there? Raj asked with a deep voice.

"My husband has his own choice. He has his own company. I won't disturb him. You see, my father in law studied business only but working in a media company. My studies are getting wasted. Why don't I help you? '' She said innocently, pouting looking at Raj who smirked.

"No you can't. My sons are working there and even shravan is going to join. If you want you can work in your husband's company... He

" You can come.. " Mohini looked at Raj in shock, even at others. Nandini didn't think he would agree soon.

"You can join with Cabir and Arya. Anytime. " Raj said, getting up with Ronit.

"Thanku." She smiled, they both walked out with Srikanth who had a disgusted face.

"What are you planning now? Getting my son's place.. " Mohini yelled at her.

"Mom.. " Arya tries to stop her.

"What mom?? The day this girl stepped into this house, she tried to snatch all. First she snatched my shravan happiness, now she tried to snatch my sons by using your husband's name. I won't be silent. '' Mohini shouted, making everyone angry, except Neyonika who read Nandini's face as she didn't get angry. She had a smile.

"Done.. " Nandini said looking at Mohini who glared at her, "I will whatever I want Mrs. Malhotra..... You can mind your own business. " She said softly, joining her hand, Mohini glared at her and walked away, making others chuckle.

Neyonika stood up looking at Nandini who was smirking, and walked near her.

"I know something running through your mind. Don't let these people ruin your happiness. Don't mess with them. " Neyonika said with neutral face

Nandini smiled went, looked at her with a neutral face, "they have already messed with one, I am just paying back to them with interest. I am not like Neyonika Malhotra to be hidden in my hole for long. " Neyonika looked at her with widened eyes, Nandini smiled and walked away with attitude.

"What is she planning now?? What if they hurt her again? " Navya sighed looking at all the drama, which was so audible to Manik.

"They won't, this time we are with her. Nothing will happen. " Arya said strictly.

"Huh?? I can never trust you brothers. Don't know when you guys bring your ego and get angry and hurt others. " Navya said sarcastically, glaring at Cabir and Manik and left with Pihu.

Nandini startled when the door opened with bangs and turned to see her husband standing with an angry look.

"What is this drama?? And this saree and all.. What is this?? " Manik asked, making a face.

"Why?? Am I not beautiful?? " She asked, twirling around, making his heart skip.

"You are damn gorgeous. " He said in trance and shook his head, "Is not the point to discuss now? "

"Then what point should we discuss now hubby?? " She asked, circling her hands around his neck, caressing his face. Manik closed his eyes, feeling it.

"I.. It.. A.. Abb.. About the plan. Are you working in his company? " He asked with great difficulty, ignoring his wife looking at him with cute almond shaped eyes.

"I already said the reason. I want to do business. " She said, playing with his button.

"Seriously??have you lost it?? If you want to work.. Work in any company or sit in my chair. Why him?I have more money" Manik asked, desperately ruffling his hair.

Nandini just looked at him, "I don't fucking care who have more money. I want to work at that office.. And I will. I don't need your permission. " She said strictly and walked inside the wardrobe.

Manik got angry and pulled her into him holding her arms, "You need my permission because I am your husband. And madam, you know very well what he is capable of. We need to destroy him from afar.. If he gets single knowledge you know the past.. He won't hesitate to kill you. " He said, gritting his teeth.

"So?? I don't care if he know or not. His distraction will be started soon. So you do your work as husband protecting me. And don't step in my way. '' She said, jerking his hands, turning and showing her back.

Manik looked at her in anger, walked away hitting the cupboard hard which made Nandini flinch.

She walked near the cupboard which was cracked by his hit, "I need this angry Manik. I want the monster which wants revenge... not the scared old manik." She smirked looking at her reflection in the mirror.

"And this is the Manik sir cabin which my boss gave to him. " Nandini nodded as Cabir's pa showed her around.

. Where is cabir bhai?? " Nandini asked.

"Mam, all are in the conference hall, there is a meeting with some foreign clients. " He replied.

Nandini thought something, nodding her head, "Where is the way?? "

Nandini opened the door to see cabir, Arya bhai sat on side with Raj and Ronit Malhotra in the middle with two new heads and with some foreign faces shown on the big screen.

"What are you doing here? " Ronit asked in anger.

"Sorry uncle, but I want to join as I am part of this company now. " She said innocently walking in.

"She is your daughter in law right Raj? " One old man who sat beside the cabir said.

She nodded, smiling.

"Yeah, she is Manik's wife. " He said, looking at her.

"Ait down. " He sat strictly turning to continue his speech. Nandini sat down beside that old man who smiled warmly, concentrating on work.

She glanced at all the foreign clients too. Then her eyes fell on a man who sat near Ronit from time to time whispering something to him.

"I have seen him somewhere... nandu think.. " She thought of rubbing her forehead, when went to his phone to see Manik calling. She cut it and opened a folder which Mia sent.

"Ayyappa, he is David merchant, the businessman who got arrested a few years back for drug dealing. Why is he with Malhotra?? " She thought then realised, looking at the plan displaced on board.

"Are they speaking about drug shipment in the office. Ayyappa, this is illegal. " She thought, rubbing her hands in tension.

She was about to speak when door open to reveal Manik with angry look.

"Sorry gentlemen, I came for my wife.. " Manik said a professional glared at Nandini to get up, who ignored him.

"Aww!! Your husband can't stay away from you. " That old man said made everyone chuckle except Raj and Ronit who glaring at Manik and Nandini who interrupted their meeting.

"Yeah I miss her so much. Nandini came.. " Manik said, holding her hand.

"Manik, no I want to learn things.. Please.. " She said pleading but glared at him at last to leave her hand.

"I could you teach you separately baby.. Come. " He gritted his teeth and dragged her out.

"Kids these days... " Old man laughed, Raj and Ronit was angry seeing it.

"Manik.. Manik leaves me.... Ahh.. " Manik pushed her into cabine and locked the door.

"Have you completely lost it?? What fucking you doing in conference hall.. You know what is happening there??who are those people?? " Manik yelled in anger.

"I didn't know before now I know. Manik, their drug dealing is happening so openly in the office. How could you leave it?" She asked in a hurry.

Manik ruffled his hair in tension, "I know.. That's why I said '' don't work here."

"You know this.. Didn't do anything? Manik, it's illegal. That David.. He was arrested. " Nandini said, making a disbelieving face.

Manik sighed at her innocence, "yes, David is one of Malhotra's company partners. He has the same kind of share, I and my brother have. He supplies drugs by our shipment. " Manik said, making her shocked.

She is not surprised Raj is doing this, but Manik makes it casual.

"Are you involved in this?? " She asked in trance, which made him uncomfortable.

"Manik, are you involved in drugs? "She asked coming near him.

He nodded slowly, " I have too, when you step inside it, you have to. For our own benefit. "

"Only drugs right?? No killing and all. " She asked in fear, Manik looked away, nodding no

Nandini sighed in relief, but somewhere didn't trust him aa

Nandini looked at him with disbelief look, "Please leave it here. We will have our revenge in our way. Not this... " He said softly.

Nandini smirked suddenly made him frown, "No manik, now I got a perfect plan for our first step.... Thankq hubby. " She kissed his cheek and walked out.

Manik stood frozen for minute, "God.. I can't predict her in past or now too. What going in her mind? "

Manik face harden, looked at her, walked near her, making her lean on wall," Not about my father.. I concern for you. You can't think in anger and hurry Nandini. He will get to know. Think first then tell me.. I will do. You don't get involve. Please." He plead at last.

Nandini looked into his eyes for minutes, "fine.. " Walked away jerking his hands. He felt hurt but sighed leaning on pillar again.

"She have fire in her but it might burn herself soon. " He heard his mother word.

"She knows everything right.. " He turned to Neyonika, nodded yes.

"But didn't know the truth about her family deeds. " He stated looking down.

"Huh?? Poor girl will go through alot after knowing it. I pity her. " She said chuckling.

"First take care of yourself Mrs. Malhotra. I know how take care of my wife. "He stated and walked away ignoring Neyonika who's eyes turned tears, walked away.

Mohini came out of her hidden place, " past?? What these mother and son talking about??? Family deeds?? Mohini you should start your investigation. " She thought.
