"What the f... Is he mad or what?? " Dhruv exclaimed in shock, looking at Nandini who was sitting near the window.

"Like this is crazy. Did he lose his mind or what??.. Nandini I think he mentally not stable.. Dhruv said looking at Nandini who didn't react at all. 

He sighed and sat beside Aliya who was watching them like a new TV show. 

"But I feel he is hot.. " Aliya said, getting glare from dhruv. 

"What??I said right he is hot when he gets angry."

"Could you once think with your brain aliya.. Always hot handsome, bf stupid.. Dhruv yelled with shocked aliya who was in tears. Nandini looked at them in shock. 

"Dhruv I just.. " Aliya was about to speak but he left from there. She broke into tears.

"I am sorry nandu. I just want to cool him down. " Aliya cried. Nandini walked near her  and hugged her for comfort

"It's ok.. Calm down alu. " Nandini said in a neutral voice. 

"Aliya, you should understand what to say and what not. You don't know how dhruv feels about you. " Nandini said, caressing her head. 

"Who doesn't know... " Nandini looked down at her in shock, "I know he loves me nandu."

"Then why are you acting like you don't know. " Nandini asked her, who smiled and pulled her beside. 

"You know, two years back we went to campaign, to shoot an election. " Nandini nodded, "Everything was going well.. When there was a fight among the parties.. They started hitting us too.. There I got hurt and hit my head well.. "

Aliya touched her back head," You went to treatment right! "Nandini asked

" First we thought it was normal, but I started getting dizzy and all, I started forgetting things, nandu.. I was so scared... I even consulted a doctor.. He said my head hit harder so it common by medicine or treatment I could cure it.. "

"Then we can do the treatment na.. " Nandini asked in fear. 

Aliya nodded, "if that treatment happens I will forget all what is happening now.. I will forget you, dhruv all... I don't want to lose you all.. " Aliya cried, hugging her, who was in tears too. 

"Shh shh alu.. I am sorry I never got to know you holding this much.. I am so sorry.. " Nandini murmured hugging her

"I am sorry too. " Both break the hug to see dhruv standing in tears, "I am sorry.. " Aliya nodded, rushed to his arms, and cried. 

"I am so sorry.. I love you.. '' Dhruv said, kissing her head, aliya was in tears too. 

"Love you too baby. " Aliya said, hugging him tightly. 

Nandini felt happy seeing it, and walked slowly away with a heavy heart. Why did she never get any love?? Why?? 

She walked like a dead soul on the road, with a heavy heart. All she could see the day she met him, his words mixed with mystery, his hold, his eyes filled with pain, anger.. But his hold never felt wrong,  why?? Why did she feel goosebumps? Why did she feel right.. Why does it feel familiar??

Ring!! Ring!! 

Her trance broken, she took her phone from her jeans pocket, to see 'manik calling'

She frowned, and from that day both didn't exchange any words. She about to swip red button but her finger swipe green

"Hello.. Hello.. 

She frowned to hear the girl 's voice, " Hello.."

"Han nandini.. I am Leena.. " She frowned at Leena calling. 

"I know you might be wondering why I called you from a manik phone. I don't have your number. It's very important that I need to talk about something. " Leena said. 

"No I

" Pls don't say no, nandini. It's about manik and you. " Leena said hurriedly. 

"Manik and ne.. What is it... Ahhh... " Nandini yelled at a car in front of her. Her eyes widened in shock when many men got down and opened the door of the middle car, only to reveal a man in formal pants and shirt.. But which scared nandini was the mark in his face, which starts from his left forehead till his chin

"What the hell..." Nandini exclaimed. 

He smirked, "It's been years since I heard your voice baby... So peaceful. 

" What?? Who the hell are you?? " Nandini asked, that man smirked. 

"Me.. Come on, stop acting nandini...you know me. " He said, walking near her. 

Nandini steps back in fear, "You stop acting, I don't know you." She said stumbled back by a stone about to fall but balanced herself.. But her phone fell down when she realised Leena was on call. 

"Don't lie you don't know me.. " That man yelled and pulled her by her arms, and Nandini tried to remove his arms. 

He lifts his hands to caress her face, she jerks it making him angry, "Don't dare to touch me. I will call the police''

"Hahahahaha.. Police seriously.. " He laughed at her words, but his smile went seeing her confused face. 

"You seriously don't know one.. " Man asked, she nodded no

"Wow!! You don't know me.. But you loved that bloody idiot manik malhotra... What game are you playing?? " He yelled loudly while holding her hair. 

"Ahhh.. "

"Seven years I was crying for you.. But you married that fool... Seriously.. Now acting as if you don't know me.. What husband and wife are playing games with me?? " He asked

Nandini struggled by his hold on her hair, "I seriously don't know what you are saying. I don't know you or that idiot you are talking about... Who are you?? And who is manik malhotra?? " She yelled in angry pushing him

He stumbled back looking at her in shock. 

Both attention turned to hearing a car sound.

"Hello... Nandini.. " Leena shouted in fear hearing her yell. 

Then whatever conversation is happening, run in search of manik. 

"Manik.. Manik" 

"What?? I am not deaf.. Stop shouting. " Manik shouted coming out of room

"Nandini is in danger...manik.. " Manik frown, "what?? "

"Hear this.. " Manik took the phone, hear the recorded conversation. 

"This is.... " Manik looked at Leena in shock

"Veer... He came back... He came back for nandini... We have to save her.. Leena said, pulling him but Manik didn't move an inch. 

"Manik, we need to save her idiot.. Come on.. " Leena shouted

Manik nodded no, Leena looked at him in shock. 

"Are you serious?? Do you really hate her this much.. You are no

" Don't dare to finish it... Did you hear the conversation... She said she doesn't remember him.. " 

"Haan so. " Leena frowns, then eyes widen by realising it. 

"She doesn't know.. Anything... 

" She lost her memory six years back.. She doesn't remember anything.. " Both turned to see Raman standing with tears. 

Manik and Leena stood in shock hearing it. 

Manik stumbled back, controlling his tears. 

Raman joined his hands for forgiveness.

Nandini saw his father getting down with Manik, Leena and abhimanyu. She frowned but rushed to her but veer held her tightly. 

"Ahhh.. 

" Leave her. " Abhi shouted. 

"I won't.... Not this time.. '' Veer said holding her hand tightly

"Did you hit your head somewhere.. I don't know you bastard. '' Nandini yelled in frustration. All become sad seeing her, but one soul looking at her with painful eyes.. As if a lost son looking at his mother. 

"Yes you are.. " Nandini turned to manik in confusion, "It's you who forgot all. Not us. " Veer left her hand in shock. Nandini looked at him in confusion and her father and brother standing in guilt and tears. 

"What?? I don't understand... Papa what is he telling? " Nandini asked. 

Manik's eyes became red when he turned to raman, "Tell.. At Least for now tell the truth.. What happened?? " 

Raman cried, joining his hands, "Forgive me beta... Please forgive me.. "

"Papa.. No.. " Nandini try to go near him but manik pulled back

"Let him say.. Manik said sternly, Nandini stood silently looking at her father in pain.. Without knowing she is going to hate him. 

"What.. I can't let my father on knee..Mr.Malhotra" Nandini said in anger. 

Manik gritted his teeth in anger, "That man knows the full truth Mrs. Malhotra… the pain you are going through now it's because of him. The pain I went through losing the love of my life… " Nandini become sad hearing it. 

"That is you.. " She looked at him in shock hearing that.. She was the love of his life. 

"I have loved you for the past 20 years… . My life was full of pain.. From the day I was born I was filled with hatred and pain by my father and his brother.. I was thrown into darkness.. There where you came.. My light who dragged me from darkness.. But this man.. Again thrown me inside snatching you away.. " He yelled in pain, and Nandini stood in shock… 

(Flashback scene will be divided into two..first manik explain his part between Raman says his part   Present and past will come between) 

Flashback

(Manik pov) 

My name is manik.. My mother kept it as she said I am such a precious gem for her. I was her happiness, and love symbol for her. I was happy too till my fifth birthday. On my sixth birthday, I saw my father behaving like an animal with my mother. He was hitting her with a belt worse than an animal, she was naked.. But was covered with blood. That time in fear I wasn't able to save her. Only shouting maa maa. From that day I saw a different man in my father. Who drank, beat my mother and me, treated us worse than an animal, and worst part he started giving me training. To kill people. He used to hit me if I couldn't hold a gun properly, if I didn't hit the target well.

 He used to lock me in the basement, without food or water. I grew up so weak. 

My mother pleaded with him to spare me, but he didn't listen. But our good luck he used to travel more for his mafia work.. So we both used to be happy. I started going to school, studied well too, but they all bullied me. Due to my appearance, I have huge marks on my body, face. I used to cry daily. My mother says many smooth words to make me ok. But nothing worked out… but one thing happened… one day like my mother said one angel came to help me. 

"Why are you crying?? " He looked up, hearing a soft baby voice, to see a short girl around 5 to 6 years old standing in front of him with a cute pout. 

"Ayyappa.. Your face.. Did you fall down? " She asked, touching his bleeding forehead, he didn't flinch back. He felt peace. 

"Wait…. " She took her handkerchief and whipped it slowly, blabbering something but all he did was look at her. 

" You don't speak…. I am bad?? " She asked with tears face. 

He nodded no, "No no, you are not bad. You are such a good angel. " She giggled hearing it. 

"Amma says angels have wings.. I don't have one, so I am not an angel. " She said cutely giggling made him smile. 

"Your smile is so cute.. Keep smiling." She said poking his cheeks made him smile more. 

"Nandini.. " Both turned hearing it

"Amma came.. Bye ..what is your name?. " She asked in confusion. 

"Manik.. "

"Ohh bye manii.. " She tried to pronounce his name but it was difficult for her.. So she said mani and left. 

"Nandini… you are indeed an angel. " He thought about taking the handkerchief she tied in his head. 

That day he was so happy meeting his angel that he knew she was going to change his world upside down. 

Manik and nandini have four years different keep it in mind
