Anuradha took a deep breath as Anirudh for the 15th time this week spilled the milk while making tea. Anirudh nervously looked at his sister who had her head in her hands. Raghav looked between them with amusement.

"Woh... yaar... galti se gir.. gaya." Anirudh said, nervously.

"Tu hatt wahan se. Mujhe banane de chai." Anuradha said.

Anirudh immediately walked out of the kitchen, sitting next to a very amused and grinning Raghav.

"Kya hass raha hai be?" Anirudh asked and raised his hand to slap him on the the back of his head.

"Usko maara toh dekhna, Anni." Anuradha threatened Anirudh.

Raghav shot his father a smug smile and Anirudh glared at him playfully.

"Main aaj Maya ke ghar jaa rahi hu." Raghav and Anirudh smiled at each other mischeivously. "And when I come back, I want this house in one piece. Got it? It means tum dono ki koi bhi masti me ghar ka furniture na involve ho." Anuradha threatened.

Anirudh frowned and looked towards Raghav who was looking at him.

"Bro, humare masti me koi bhi furniture involve nahi hota." Anirudh said, frowning.

"Oh really? What about the table in the balcony?" Anuradha asked.

Raghav and Anirudh looked at each other with wide eyes.

"Tune bataya isse table ke baare me?" Anirudh whispered.

"Nahi."

"Toh kaise pata chala?"

"Kyunki maine uspe apni chai rakhi aur woh table literally tedha ho gaya." Anuradha replied.

"Chalo, main nikalti hu. Bye."

Anuradha kissed Raghav's forehead and fist bumped Anirudh before getting out. Anuradha sat in the car and thought about the day she first met Maya.

Flashback,

Anuradha was running towards her class when she bumped with a curly haired girl and she fell on the floor due to impact.

"Oh my god. I'm so sorry. Are you hurt?" Anuradha apologised and asked.

Maya looked up and saw a really tall gorgeous girl looking at her with her eyes filled with concern. Maya noticed her outstreched arm and grabbed it and stood up.

"Yeah, don't worry. Woah, you're really tall." Maya said.

"And you're really gorgeous." Anuradha complimented.

Maya blushed.

"Thank you. Where were you rushing to?" Maya asked.

"I was going to the maths lecture." Anuradha said.

Maya laughed.

"Aaj sunday hai. Akele kya jaake padhogi?" Maya informed.

Anuradha frowned and then she rolled her eyes.

"My brother tricked me into thinking ki aaj class hai. Madarchod saala." Anuradha cursed.

"Well, now that you're free, mere saath cafeteria chalogi?" Maya asked.

"Haan bilkul." Anuradha agreed.

"I never saw you in the girls hostel. Where do you stay?"

"Ma'am, Maya Ma'am ka ghar aa gaya." The driver announced.

"Thank you, bhaiya."

Anuradha took a deep breath and rang the bell. The door opened and Anuradha was wrapped in a tight hug by Maya. Anuradha let out a sigh of relief and hugged her bestfriend back.

"Kutti, tere se bataya nahi gaya ki tu aa gayi." Maya asked.

"Sorry yaar. Dimaag se nikal gaya." Anuradha said.

"Chhod. Andar aa. Tere se kitni baatein karni hai." Maya said.

Maya and Anuradha talked about anything and everything.

"Sun." Maya said.

"Bol."

"Thank you for everything yaar. Tune mere jaane ke baad Raghav ka dhyaan rakha, kabhi koi complaint nahi ki. Mere tere bhai se divorce hone ke baad bhi tu meri bestfriend rahi. I love you so much." Maya said.

"Ab aisa kahegi tu? Itni badi ho gayi?" Anuradha teased.

"Buddhiya ho gaye hum dono." Maya said and laughed.

"Thank you ki koi zaroorat nahi hai. Raghav ka dhyaam rakhna mere pe kabhi bhi liability nahi thi. Aur rahi baat teri aur Anni ke divorce ke baad ki situation toh tu meri meri bestfriend hai. Tere ko aise kaise chhod du?" Anuradha explained.

Suddenly, Anuradha's phone began to ring.

"Raghav hai. Aa saath me baat karte hai." Anuradha said.

"Hello, Raghav." Anuradha and Maya said together.

"Aunty." Came a crying voice.

"Hello? Aditya?" Anuradha asked.

"Ji, aunty. Aunty humara aaj Suddenly result nikal gaya. Uncle ko meeting me jana pada toh Raghav ne mujhe bulaya. He found out uski rank acchi nahi aayi and-" Aditya started crying.

Anuradha and Maya looked at each other, panicked.

"And what, Aditya?" Maya asked.

"He jumped from the balcony, Aunty. I have called the ambulance. I'm sorry, aunty. Maine usse bahut samajhaya. He said sab usse 'loser' bolenge and then he jumped." Aditya informed.

Maya and Anuradha looked at each other in horror. Their heart quenching at the news.

"Beta, konse hospital le jaa rahe hai usse?" Anuradha asked, her voice shaky.

"Shaw memorial, aunty." Aditya informed.
