Y/n POV

I was sitting on my bed reading one of my favorite books when i felt like looking up at the stars. I sat my book down and walked out onto my balcony. Leaning against the railing, I looked up at the stars. As I looked for constellations I felt like someone was watching me so I looked down at the court yard and saw someone running. My eyes widened. 'What the heck?! Who is that?!' I decided to jump down and follow the person.
I followed them all the way to the abandoned part of town. (Start the song!) As I looked around I felt someone come up behind me and grab me.
"Ahh!" I screamed as they dragged me away. That's when I saw a man in black and red attack the man that grabbed me. I fell to the ground and backed away until I hit a wall. I covered my face because I had a feeling that it was gonna get pretty brutal. After what felt like forever I heard a body hit the ground and footsteps. The footsteps stopped right infront of me.
"Y/n what are you doing here? You're supposed to be at home in your room!" The person yelled. I looked up and saw the man I've had a crush on for sometime now. Vincent Valentine.
"V-vincent?" I asked my eyes wide. He nodded. I quickly stood and hugged him crying. He became tense as I did this but then he relaxed and hugged me back.
"Shhh calm down Y/n. You're alright I wouldn't have let that man hurt you anyway." He said making calm me down.
"Vincent I need to tell you something." I said finally catching my breath.
"And that is?" He asked pulling away from the hug.
"I-I..... I like you!" I quickly yelled covering my face. I couldn't tell what his reaction was until he removed my hands and kissed me on the lips. I was surprised at first then I started kissing back. He pulled away and leaned his forehead on mine.
"I don't know how you can like a monster like me but I like you too Y/n. Actually make that I love you. I have for years I just never had the courage to tell you." He said looking into my eyes.
"Vincent I love you too. I don't care if you're a monster or not I love you for who you are." I replied kissing him again. He didn't hesitate to kiss back as his arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me closer. I wrapped my arms around his neck and we continued to kiss until we need air.
"Awe! So cute!" We heard someone squeal. We turned our attention to the direction the squeal came from where we saw our friends BF/N and Genesis standing. BF/N was fangirling and Genesis was smirking.
"What are you two doing here?" I heard Vincent say wrapping an arm around my waist to pull me closer.
"Well I was reading Loveless and BF/N was laying next to me playing with a bug when we heard a scream and yelling. So when we got here we saw you two kissing." Genesis replied placing a hand on BF/N's head to stop her fangirling. I giggled at BF/N's face when it changed from straight to a big smile.
"Look it's the sunrise!" She gasped pointing to the sky behind us. We turned as she ran and jumped on top of the scaffolding to a building that was never built.

Vincent's POV

'Damn Y/n's hot. I'm glad she loves me for me. I can't believe Genesis and BF/n saw us.' I thought to myself as Y/n and I watched the sunrise with our two friends. BF/N was standing up and watching it as Genesis sat besides her ready to pull her down. Y/n sat beside me, her head on my shoulder, and my head on hers. We heard a squeak come from beside us and we looked to see BF/N in Genesis's arms and him laughing. Y/n and I started laughing also because we knew our two friends were together and BF/N never expected Genesis to ever do that to her.
"Gen why did you do that?! You gave me a heartattack!" She yelled at her laughing boyfriend. Genesis stopped laughing as he held BF/N in his arms.
"Because my goddess you would have fallen anyway and would have been hurt." He replied.
"It's true you would have been" we hear a males voice behind us. We turned and saw Cloud and Aeirth standing behind us. Both smiling.

It's been a few years since Vincent and Y/n confessed to loving each other and they were expecting their first child now. BF/N and Genesis had found out that BF/N can't have children but they adopted a child. Cloud and Aeirth didn't want children. After all the years of being friends, they all returned to that one place to watch the sunrise on the same day every year
