Adam was making breakfast for his girlfriend when he got a text from his mom.

Sierra Stark: Hey, Adam, honey. How are you? I was wondering if you want to come over to my house for dinner tonight at 7.

Adam Ruzek: Yes, I can come over after work. I have someone I want you to meet.

Sierra Stark: Okay. Is it someone special?

Adam Ruzek: Yes. It's someone very special.

Sierra Stark: Alright. this person can come.

Adam Ruzek: Alright, thanks, Mom. I have to go but I love you and can't wait to see you.

Sierra Stark: I love you too. See you soon.

Adam got off the phone and kept making a delicious breakfast for Alaina and himself.

Alaina came downstairs dressed in her hospital scrubs with her doctors coat on.

Alaina said," Thank you for making breakfast, babe. I appreciate it very much.

Adam said," You're welcome, babe. Also, would you like to meet my mom and her family tonight for dinner at her house at 7?

Alaina said," Yes, I would love to meet your mom and her family after work, babe.

Adam said," Yay. I'm excited for you to meet my family. You're going to love them, babe.

Alaina said," I'm sure I will love them. I'm just wondering if your family will love me.

Adam said," They will absolutely adore you.

Alaina nods, and both head to their respective jobs for the day and start working, and she is excited to meet his mom, but she is wondering if she'll meet his dad and if so, when she will meet his dad.

She decided not to ask Adam at the moment.

She was going to head to work right now.

Adam dropped her off at work, and once she was inside the hospital, he headed to work.

Not even 5 seconds later, Maggie's voice sounded through the whole hospital.

Maggie said," Alaina, you got a patient, 15 year old girl. Treatment 6. Fainted at school. She refused to give me her name at all.

Alaina said," I'm on it, Maggie. Thank you.

Alaina stepped inside the treatment room and found a 15 year old girl with brown hair and blue eyes, wearing a dark green knee-length skirt with a purple shirt with black tights and purple flats. Her hair was up in a ponytail, and her makeup was light.

The girl was holding her pink Hoddie in her hands, and she looked mad at the world.

Alaina Politely asked," Hello, I'm Dr. Atwater. I heard you Fainted at school. Can I please have your name, please, so I can contact someone for you? Mom? Dad?

The girl said rudely," My name is Melanie Barnes, you stupid Bitch and call my dad.

Alaina said," Okay. May I have his name?

Melanie said," His name is Bucky Barnes.

Alaina said," Alright. We'll run some tests to find out why you fainted at school, okay?

Alaina leaves the room while trying not to cry because this girl just called her a bitch.

Alaina ran the tests and called the girls dad.

When the results came back, she made a shocking discovery and went to find the girl.

Alaina said," Melanie, I found out why you fainted at school. You're pregnant. Twins.

Melanie Barnes said," You bitch. You're lying. There's no way I could be pregnant.

Alaina said," These tests don't lie, Melanie.

Melanie said," My boyfriend Kyler Rogers. We made out at a party 3 months ago.

Alaina said," Okay. That matches the timeline I have. Does he know Melanie?

Melanie said," No and he's not going to know you bitch because he broke up with me yesterday evening right after school.

Melanie got dressed in her clothes, and her dad took her home, and Alaina just walked inside the doctors lounge to calm down.

Will Halstead, her best friend, walked inside the doctors lounge and helped Alaina sit down on the couch and help her take deep breaths in and out to keep her cool.

Alaina and Will then kept working all day.

Adam picked up Alaina from work after she changed into a beautiful purple knee-length dress with a purple sweater and purple flats with her hair curled and her makeup light.

Alaina got in the car and closed the door.

Adam looked at Alaina and said," Alaina, baby, you look smoking hot, I could make out with you right now, and forget about meeting my family tonight. We could watch TV and order Takeout and cuddle together.

Alaina giggles at what Adam said and blushed like a school girl, and he noticed.

They arrived at his mom's house in Canaryville, and he parked his car in the road. The couple then got out of the car.

Adam opened the door for Alaina and Held out his hand for her like a gentleman, and she accepted his hand as she unbuckled her seat belt, and they walked up to the house.

Adam rang the doorbell with one hand and held Alaina's hand with his other hand tight.

A man with brown hair and blue eyes answers the door and says," Adam, come in, but the little girl is going to have to stay.

Adam was furious with his stepdad, just said, and replied coldly," That" little girl you just said assumed is a little girl is actually my girlfriend Alaina Atwater, step-dad. "

Adam shoved past Bucky and heads inside the house and looked around for his mom.

Sierra had brown hair and brown eyes, and she noticed Adam right away and hugged him, and began fussing over her baby boy.

Sierra said," Oh, Adam, Honey. How are you? Who is this girl next to you?

Adam said," I'm good, mom. I'm just angry with my stepdad. The girl standing next to me is my girlfriend, Alaina Atwater.

Sierra said," Honey, this is your girlfriend? She's not what we were expecting, honey. We thought your girlfriend was a lawyer.

Alaina said," No, Ma'am. I'm a pedestrian doctor at Chicago Med Gaffney Hospital.

Sierra said," Oh, okay. So you're a doctor. That's a very good profession as well.

Sierra went to grab the Ruzek kids and Barnes kids and served everyone dinner.

Adam said," Alaina, babe, this is my oldest twin brother and sister Cadenza Ruzek, and
Camden Ruzek, then we have Todd Ruzek, Tammy Ruzek, then we have Seamus Ruzek and Sanaya Ruzek, then we have Marcus Ruzek and Madeline Ruzek then we have
Caiden Ruzek and Zuma Ruzek, then we have Juliana Ruzek and Trevor Ruzek, then we Wesley Ruzek and Sienna Ruzek then we have Kate Ruzek and Keith Ruzek then we have Carter Ruzek and Addyson Ruzek then we have Cheryl Ruzek and Elijah Ruzek then we have Demetri Ruzek and Daniella Ruzek and finally We have Adam's Quadruplets siblings Katie Ruzek, Westley Ruzek and Aurora Ruzek. That's about it.

Alaina said," Nice to meet you. I'm Alaina.

They all said it was nice to meet her, and then Bucky introduced his kids to Alaina.

Bucky said," These are my my kids Melanie Barnes, Audrey Barnes, Samantha Barnes, Chris Barnes, and Robby Barnes and  James Barnes. They are 15 years old now and very smart. They are graduating high school soon. They have been accepted into college.

Melanie looked at Alaina and coldly asked," What the Hell is this Bitch doing here dad?

Adam looked at Alaina, who was crying at being called a bitch and back at Melanie and calmly said," Melanie, Alaina Atwater is my girlfriend and you have no right to speak to her like that. Apologize to her right now.

Melanie said," No, big brother, Adam Ruzek.

Adam said," Melanie Barnes, you used to be so sweet. Asking me to play with you, read to you, sing to you, Procect you from the monster in the closet and spend time with you. What happened to the sweet, kind, caring, loving, and happy Melanie? Tell me.

Melanie didn't say anything right away, and so Adam took Alaina, and they left his mom's house with Adam mad at his sister.

They arrived at their apartment, and Alaina got out of the car and headed inside crying.

Adam got out of the car and headed inside.

He helped her get a shower and dresses in PJ'S, and now they are in bed cuddling.

Adam just  wraps his arms around Alaina and holds her as she cries herself to sleep.

Adam fell asleep with Alaina in his arms.

Adam whispered to her," It's okay baby. We're not going back to my mom's house anytime soon. They won't be a part of my life if they can't show respect to you at all.
