"Okay," Emmeline said with a sigh. "We'd better get going to Diagon Allay." Emmeline beckoned Nicolas, and Kendra to the door that led outside.
"Wait!" Nicolas yelled, holding up the letter from Hogwarts.
Kendra slightly looked over at Nicolas, who was now jumping up and down, almost knocking over potted plants of the shelves behind him.
"Do it Kendra." He waved her over to him. "Okay. Here it goes. The moment of truth."
Kendra lazily stood up from the couch, and was making her way over to Nicolas.
She held out her hand, and as Emmeline started making her way towards them with a warm smile spread across her face.
Nicolas handed the letter to Kendra, obviously anxious weather she got accepted or not.
Kendra tossed it around in her hands, and each time she would do this, her parents would flinch.
Finally, she opened it, tearing off the Hogwarts seal first.
Inside, there were four pages.
Kendra read the first one with little excitement;
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

With this, Emmeline was jumping up and down just like Nicolas was earlier.
Kendra was a little bit excited.
A small smile spread across her face, but she couldn't help it.
She continued reading;
'Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

It was Nicolas' turn to jump up and down.
He loved Diagon Alley, and even more, Gringots.

Kendra paused to take everything in, and continued reading;

Kendra was astounded.
She smiled, and looked up at her mother and father, who were beaming down at her.
"I'm ready to go to Hogwarts." Kendra said.
Kendra ran to her bedroom, which was on the second floor out of two.
She grabbed Fukuro, which was a very cute barn owl with a white face, and a caramel colored body.
Kendra walked up to her room, grabbed a quill, and a piece of paper, and started writing.
Fukuro was getting impatient, and started nipping Kendra's hand while she tried to write, but it didn't bother her at all.
When she was done writing, she took an envelope, and shoved the letter in it.
"Kendra," Emmeline yelled after her. "Come down here, and tie you'r letter on. We have to go to Diagon Alley soon." Kendra quickly checked that she had everything, forming a mental check list.
"I'll be right down." She finally said, after she was sure she had everything.
Kendra grabbed the letter, as Fukuro held his leg out impatiently, hooting every time she would poke him.
"Okay," Kendra sighed. "Come on Fukuro. Let's go to Hogwarts." Kendra ran downstairs, to see that her parents had everything packed that they already had.
"Ready?" Nicolas asked, grinning at Kendra. "I'm ready." Kendra replied with a warm smile.
They opened the round, glass door to their house, and were off to Diagon Alley.
