Mornings
{Fluff}
The golden rays of sunlight crept through the curtains, pouring into a shared bedroom, illuminating a soft glow of warmth for the couple that lay on the bed. Their arms and legs lazily strewn on eachother, the bedsheets tangled around them. The sweet symphony of water lapping at the shore resonated through the thin walls of the room. An occasional drift of wind would seep through the crack of the window and make the female shiver, cuddling herself closer to her newly wed husband.
Her sleepy irises fluttered open, blinking away any trace of blurriness and exhaustion. She sat up and stretched out her upper body before yawning. Her gaze traveled down to the body laying next to her, sleeping soundly. Her soulmate. A precious smile graced her lips as she reached out to comb her digits through his midnight locks, occasionally tugging at strands of his messy bedhead.
She studied his relaxed face, his eyelids prevented him from distinguishing the beauty of this tranquil morning. His mouth slightly agape, rythmic breathes slowly making his chest rise and fall. His porcelain, battle scarred skin was something she relished. She loved to make her fingers dance along the permanent marks on his body, wondering how he got them, or when he got them. His usually stern face was relaxed into pure bliss, she let her fingers rake through his hair again, he stirred slightly before letting out a shuddered breath.
She continued none the less, he shifted his body until his arm was now draped over her lap, his hand lazily rubbing hypnotizing circles into her thigh. She recoiled her hand and he grumbled something incoherent, she smiled once more and her hands made their way back into his hair.
"_________..."
His voice was slightly husky, she hummed in response to him calling her name. He grumbled again, this time more muffled when her buried his face into the blankets.
_________ started to twirl some of his strands around her index finger, making him groan lowly in response.
"Keith, it's time to get up." She whispered softly to her husband. He responded by wrapping his arms tighter around her.
__________ tried to get up, but failed when he didn't let go.
"I have to make breakfast, aren't you hungry?" She gazed down at her sleepy husband with an amused glint in her eyes. Shook his head and reached for her hand, placing it back in his hair.
She managed to pry his arms off after many -failed- attempts. She stood up and was immediately pulled back down by her stubborn husband. Keith wrapped his arms and legs around her, pulling the blanket over them. She persisted but gave in, knowing all too well that she wasn't going to escape her husbands python grip hug.
Keith buried his head in the crook of his wife's neck, nuzzling into it lovingly. __________ wrapped her arms around his torso, sighing in defeat.
He lifted his head and kissed her rosy cheek before resting it on the pillow, looking at her with loving eyes, which she returned with a childish pout.
"You can have your cereal once you tell me that you love me." He grinned.
"Fine... I love you." She replied nonchalantly.
"And you have to kiss me." Keith's eyes glinted in mischief.
"You're such a pain, Keith." __________ whispered before going in for a small peck on the lips, he responded by making the kiss deeper, making her face heat up.
__________ pulled away, stammering. Keith chuckled and released her from his bear hug.
"Oh and I love you too." He ruffled her hair and pushed himself out of bed, walking out of the bedroom in only his boxers. __________ clumsily climbed out of bed and went after her husband. Little did she know that he had unclasped her bra when he had been holding her.
"Keith! Get back here right now!" She scolded as laughter could be heard from the hallway.
