*SPOILER ALERT: If you watch The Walking Dead (or planning to) but aren't caught up, then read the rest below on your own discretion since there will obviously be some spoilers!*

So last Sunday, I wasn't able to watch the latest episode of TWD since I was playing around with my phone as usual and simply forgot about it. So today when my family and I finally got back home from our mini vacay, I have just watched it earlier on.

And boy... As the title states, it was fucking DEPRESSING. Even for me, what happened near the end was so goddamn messed up and disturbing and just absolutely CHILLING.

Here's the scene I'm talking about:

HOLY SHIZBALLS MAN

I was legit SO shocked when it happened, I wasn't expecting it AT ALL (though the comic readers may have seen it coming)!! It blew my mind so much, and I was speechless and incredibly sad as the scene unravelled. Especially when I saw which of the (mostly) lovable characters were suddenly gone and who deserved sooo much better 😭😭😭

But, as always, all of the beautiful actors and actresses and crew did such a fantastic job! It may only be a TV show, of course I get that. But I've been watching this show for quite some time now, and one of the things I adore about it is that it's not just about surviving and killing hordes of zombies. It's also about love and friendship, and the strong familial bond that grows along with it as people get together (as they should) in times of crisis. So it was nothing but utterly HEARTBREAKING to have watched this scene and see how deeply it cuts all of the characters after all that they've already been through... Like, dayum, The Whispers make Negan look like a saint and burn his piss pants for cryin' out loud!!!
