"Should we try for the highest points," Hitoshi asks, looking down at me.

"No, better stay out of that fight, along with the one that Bakugou has started. We are good with the points we have now, especially with the teams trying to get Midoriya's. We should just stay in the background and focus on keeping away from other teams," I explained.

"You really don't want first place do you," he questioned.

"No. We both know I could have easily gotten first place for the obstacle course, and teamed up with you we could easily get all the bandana's we wanted. However it is more rational to stay back and watch what others can do. Class B is a mystery to us, and my classmates are a mystery to you. I could help you out with the best ways to win, and who can do what, but it's better for you to learn on your own. Like dad says, the best way to be a hero is to stay in the shadows until you know what you are up against," I inform him.

"Yeah, but first place would have been sooo amazing for once," he tells me.

"Yeah, but going all out and rushing things doesn't make for a good hero," I explained with a chuckle.

"Huff, yeah yeah," he replies.

"Will you look at that! He's stopped all those teams cold in their tracks," Mic calls out.

"But only after Kaminari had immobilized the students using his electricity. In the obstacle course, he was surprised by how many people avoided his attack. He's adapting his strategy," Erasure explains.

"Nice commentary," Mic yells out.

"Look. See why I wanted to keep away," I chimed looking at the icy mess Shoto made.

"Team Midoriya has nowhere left to run," Mic comments.

"Damn, your boyfriend is really determined to win isn't he," Hitoshi comments.

"Yeah, well he is trying to show off to his da......... Damn it Hitoshi. HOW MANY TIMES TO I HAVE TO TELL YOU HE ISN'T MY BOYFRIEND," I reply back annoyed.

"Oh, right. I forgot it's that explosive boy," he jokes.

"If knocking you off my shoulder wouldn't disqualify us I would do it in a heartbeat. Just you wait until this round is over," I state, glaring at him from over my shoulder.

"Yeah, good luck with that. Seto looks like he's about to head down towards the student area," Hitoshi comments.

"Duck," I yell out before pushing a gust of wind upwards to help ward off the oncoming attack.

"I think we will be taking some bandanas from you," the green haired girl from class B states.

"Yeah, I don't think so," I commented, taking notice of her missing hand, "In fact, why don't Hitoshi and I help you reattach your missing hand".

"Nice catch Kar. Would you like assistance getting it back," he questions her.

"Like you cou-," the green haired girl froze.

"Now pull it back to your body," Hitoshi commands, and it slowly starts to move back to her body.

"Rin. What are you doing," the beast looking boy under her askes," What did you two do to her". He then reaches his claws out to scratch up. I put a field up in front of us to protect us from being clawed up. Then when his back is turned I use the wind and push him forward knocking him and the girl down and effectively taking them out of the competition.

"Sorry. I appreciate the effort as a class to win, but our class is on another playing field," I comment.

"Die," I hear Bakugou yell out before his explosion. I look over where he and the blonde from class B are standing. I see the boy block the attack before placing his hand in front of Bakugo and lighting up an explosion right in his face.

Bakugo charges up again and the boy takes a direct hit and seems fine but I can see his face looks like a rock similar to Kirishima's.

"Ah, so he can copy quirks," I commented looking over at him.

"So he's like you," Hitoshi asks.

"Yeah, but I think he can only do one at a time," I reply, keeping a close eye on the battle ahead.

"Do you want to go over and help them out," he questions, sensing my body tensing as I watch the battle progress.

"No, that would be irrational and put us into harm's way. Plus Bakugou would yell at me and possibly attack us as well for trying to help him," I inform him.

"Doesn't mean you don't want to help your friends," he tells me.

"I want to. Don't get me wrong but going over there would be like signing our death warrants and leaving us with the potential to be eliminated. I will check on them after the match is over, and work on calming down the hot head before he blows up the whole stadium. Right now we need to keep away from him and Shoto's line of fire if we want to move on to the next round. Eventually they will cross paths and if they knock each other out then so be it, but it's not for our concerns as of now. Right now we need to keep watch and make sure we don't get attacked by any other teams," I inform him.

"Way to sound like Papa Zawa," Hitoshi comments.

"Only one minute left! Todoroki has cornered the ten-million-point team and is poised to seize the ultimate prize! At least, that's what I would have predicted five minutes ago! Unbelievably, Team Midoriya's been able to keep away from the ice master for the last half of the game," Mic yells out.

"We are almost there, just a few seconds left," I start to relax a little but I know this will be the most tense minute of the match. Suddenly I hear an engine revving up before I hear Tenya yelling out. Since we aren't able to see Shoto and Midoriya really well due to the ice wall I will have to wait to hear about what just happened.

"Wha-ho-ho! What just happened? That was one big blur! Holy smokes, folks! Why didn't he show off that super speed in the preliminaries," Mic calls out. There's a moment of silence before the crowd begins to cheer.

"Insanity! This entire game was just turned completely on its head! Todoroki's team has the ten million points, and Midoriya's team is suddenly left with nothing at all," Mic calls out.

A few more seconds pass before we hear Mic calling out again, "With time almost up, Team Todoroki is in first place with four headbands. Despite their best efforts, Team Midoriya has fallen to the bottom! Will these be the top four teams that move on to the next round".

After a few explosions go off Mic calls out again.

"Team Bakugo nabs two headbands and moves into third place! The final moments of the game have been full of shakeups! Oh, to be young again," Mic yells, "Bakugo is a merciless force! What a point hog! That was a shield break heard 'round the arena, and I can't wait to watch the replay".

"Now! We're going after Deku and Todoroki," Bakugou yells out.

"Look while they are going after Midoriya and Shoto. Let's grab the rest of class B's bandana's," I comment.

"Gloves off," Hitoshi comments. I look up and smile at him.

"Gloves off," I reply, pushing my goggles over my eyes before taking off towards the red haired girl and her team's bandana.

"That's it. I did it," I hear Midoriya call out. Making the crowd yell in cheers.

"With just seconds left, Team Midoriya's back in the game," Mic calls out.

"Oh, no" Mic calls out, "Team Midoriya didn't get the ten million points after all. The game is almost over! Time for a countdown".

Reaching the red-haired girls team I use my Erasure quirk, while Hitoshi makes a grab for the bandana around her head while she isn't paying attention. When she notices she goes to swing at us but we back away quickly before taking off away from her and her team's range.

"Deku," I hear Bakugou yell after a loud explosion.

"Bakugo," yells Midoriya, "Ah... Uraraka! Let's go"'.

"Yaoyorozu,"calls out Shoto.

"Dammit, Icy hot," yells Bakugo/

"Time's up," yells Mic, "And with that, the second round is officially over. Now, let's take a look at who our top four teams are! In first place, Team Todoroki"!

I let down Hitoshi and walked over towards Bakugou's team.

"In second place, Team Bakugo," Mic calls out, making Bakugou scream out in annoyance.

"In third place is Testute-- Wait, what," Mic calls out, "It's Team Shinso? When did they start playing for points". If you weren't paying so much attention to the other teams Uncle Mic you would have noticed us before now.

"Hey guys. I'm glad you made it out okay," I say walking up to Bakugou's team.

"Yeah, it was touch and go there for a while," Kirishima states.

"Yeah, thankfully your calm leader was there to help win back your missing points," I commented with a smirk.

"What was that princess," I hear Bakugou yell out. I turned to look over at his sulking figure not realizing that he had gotten up and was now chest to chest with me.

"You heard me," I replied, taking a step back to give us some space, "I would have come over to help, but I figured you had it taken care of".

"Kairi, you really shouldn't antagonize him right now," Mina calls from behind me pulling my arm back.

"Fine, but I am glad you are making it to the next round. I hope to have your attention next round," I inform him before turning around to walk over to Shoto and his team.

"And in fourth place is Team Midoriya," Mic yells out before I can hear Midoriya crying out, "These four valiant teams will advance on to the final round".

"At this rate, he'll win and I'll end up exactly who he wants me to be," I hear Shoto mumble as I reach his side.

"You will be nothing like what he wants. I can promise you that," I state placing my hand on his left shoulder tilting my head down and meeting my eyes to his.

"Now, let's take an hour lunch break before we start the afternoon festivities," Mic yells out, "See ya soon! Hey, EraserHead. Let's grab some food".

"I'm taking a nap," Erasure calls out.

"I need to talk with Midoriya," Shoto tells me.

"No, you need to eat something," I informed him.

"I will after I talk with Midoriya," he tells me.

"Fine," I state sighing, "I'll go get you some Soba, meet up with me after, okay I'll be waiting back where we changed this morning".

He nodded before walking off. That boy has a one track mind sometimes. I walk towards the food truck and order some pork steamed dumplings for me and Soba for Shoto.

As I was walking back to the dressing room I passed Bakugou who was standing in the hall just before the room.

"Hey Princess," he called out as I passed him. I stopped and looked over at him. "You have my attention already, don't think I'm not aiming to take you down as well".

"Could have fooled me. You seemed more focused on Shoto and Midoriya for the first two rounds," I commented.

"I wanted them out so I could give you my full attention for the final round. Guess it didn't work out like I wanted it to," he replies, "However you don't seem to be giving it your all".

"I'm being rational and watching my competition since I don't know what the other classes can do," I reply with a smirk, "Giving it my all doesn't mean fighting all the time, it means watching and preparing as well. Something you might want to work on".

"Yeah, yeah. I watched plenty enough to know when you aren't going all out. When we match up you better give it your all," he tells me.

"I wouldn't have it any other way," I inform him, smiling before walking down the hallway to our waiting area. I walked into the room and saw that only Ochacho, Iida, and Asui were there.

"Kairi. Congratulations I'm glad to see you made it to the next round," Iida tells me.

"Thank you. I'm glad you made it as well. I think it will be interesting to see what the next round entails and how we will be matched up," I inform him.

"Yes. It should be interesting," he replies, "Would you like to sit with us"?

"No thank you. I'm waiting for Shoto to come and eat with me. It's the only way I can make sure he's actually going to eat and recover," I inform him.

"You are a very good friend to worry about Todoroki like that," Iida replies.

"Have you and Shoto always been friends," Ochacho questions.

"No, but we knew each other growing up. My older brother and his older brother were friends, and I was friends with his much older brother," I informed them.

"Why weren't you and Todoroki close back then," she questions.

"I'm sorry, but that's not really my place to say. Todoroki's past isn't something he likes having shared, and I don't blame him because I am the same way," I reply.

"No it's okay. I can understand wanting to keep things private," she states.

I nod in agreement and begin eating one of the dumplings while I wait for Shoto. After eating the second one and not seeing him in the room I start to get worried knowing that he's probably fuming somewhere or ran into his father. As I am getting up to go search for him, Shoto walks into the room with a look of pure anger. I sigh, having the feeling that he ran into his father and that he wasn't going to eat anything until he calmed down.

"Hey Sho, I was coming to look for you. I got you some cold Soba, and some Gatorade to help replenish your electrolytes. Come sit and eat, we can deal with the issues later," I inform him, urging him to sit and start calming down. I see his shoulders release a small amount of tension and he makes his way over to where I placed his meal for him.

"Thank you for getting my lunch for me Kairi. You didn't have to do that," he tells me.

"I know, but I wanted to. I know how you can get sometimes when you are too focused on something, so I wanted to make sure you remembered to eat as well," I tell him with a smile. He nods and begins to start eating, making me smile.

"Oh, Kairi. When you're done eating, your older brother is looking for you. Something about surprising your dad or something," Shoto tells me.

"I'm sure the big dufus can annoy Hitoshi and go bother our dad." I informed him.

"Or you can come on and be annoyed with me while we go see dad. I'm sure your boyfriend will be okay without you for a few moments," I hear Hitoshi state as he walks into the room.

"For the last time Shoto isn't my boyfriend," I growled.

"Oh that right. It's the explosive boy," he replies, smirking.

"I swear to god Hitoshi. I'm going to make you regret it," I state getting up from my seat to race after him. However I am not able to move as my feet have been frozen to the ground.

"Looks like Shoto is jealous of your other boyfriend," Hitoshi comments.

"Ugh," I groaned before using my body to warm up my legs to unfreeze them, "He was doing that so I don't take off your head before we go see dad. You know how he wants us intact when we see him. Anyway I will catch up with you guys later. Sho can you keep an eye on my last 2 dumplings until I come back"?

He nods in reply and goes back to eating his meal before I walk off with Hitoshi. As Hitoshi and I walk down the back hallways we meet up with Rock Master (Seto) and then walk towards dad's resting area. True to his word he was taking a nap before the round.

"Dad," I called out, "We are here to annoy you".

"Ugh," he groans out in annoyance, "Don't you three have anything better to do than come to annoy me"?

"Nope," Seto said, making the P pop a little extra.

"He's right. If he is going to annoy us, we are going to come annoy you. You helped to create him, you can help deal with him," Hitoshi commented.

"You two are not supposed to be in here," dad states looking pointedly at Hitoshi and I.

"Blame Seto. He called us over," I informed dad.

"He should know better. Anyway, I'm proud of you two making it to the final round, and working together in the last round," dad tells us.

"It was Hitoshi's idea to work together, I just did the leg work," I informed dad.

"Yeah, but you two pulled it off like a good team. I will be rooting for you two in the next round," he tells us.

"Thanks Papa Zawa," Hitoshi states, rubbing the back of his head.

"Yeah, thanks dad," I stated while looking down.

"Look at my little brother and sister looking all embarrassed by dad being proud of them," Seto teased.

"Leave them alone," dad sighs.

"Now why would I do tha-," Seto pauses, catching dad's glare, "oh yeah. That's why".

Hitoshi and I chuckle at his antics, while dad yawns.

"Hitoshi and I are going to head back to our areas. We need to finish eating and rest up for the last round," I stated, "I'll see you this evening dad. Love you".

"Love you to Kitten and Hitoshi. I'll see you both after the matches," he tells us before laying back down.

"Wait, what about me," Seto states, pointing to himself.

"Love you too Set, and Hitoshi," I said, hugging then both before leaving to go back to my class's room to finish eating my meal.
