I was on Lifeboat and me and two other people got into an argument about God.

I don't even remember how it started but basically they claimed that God was real and I said that I didn't believe in God because we don't know for sure if He exists or not (Because we don't) and they treated it like I said I was going to murder them.

EDIT: It started when this girl told me to stop cussing and to find Jesus

And then this other person piped in and called me an ass. All because I was using my FREEDOM OF SPEECH to express my opinion.

Don't get me wrong, you can believe in God if you want. You have the freedom to do that. And I have the freedom to have my own opinions and they have the freedom to have theirs. I asked them if they could just accept that not everyone has the same beliefs as them and they flipped their shit when I said that. They told me that a little boy in "Heaven is for real" went to Heaven and back.

First of all, he is a LITTLE BOY. How do you expect him to understand something like that at such a young age? It was probably just a hallucination and he couldn't find a real way to explain it so maybe he didn't really see God after all.

And I told them that the Big Bang created the universe (Which is SCIENTIFICALLY proven. There's EVIDENCE of this) and they acted like I told them I was going to go shoot up a school.

Honestly, I wanted to put this in here instead of my rant book because it just pissed me off so much and the fact that they couldn't respect that not everyone believes in Jesus just set me off and made me put in here. I EVEN TOLD THEM THAT I RESPECTED THEIR BELIEFS!

And then I got kicked off the server because I was idling around too long.

Believers, I respect your beliefs. Please know that there are SEVEN BILLION people in this world. Everyone is different. Not everyone believes in God. You can but that doesn't mean that other people have to. Thanks.

Atheists, not everyone thinks that God doesn't exist. We have freedom of religion for a reason. It's for the people that choose to follow it. CHOOSE. It's a CHOICE.

Basically, everyone just respect others' opinions and we'll get along great.

And I'm right between a believer and an atheist, meaning that I don't believe or actually believe. It means that I'm open to God's existence being proven or disproven.
