I roll over in bed expecting to snuggle into my husbands chest, but instead I feel nothing. I open my eyes and see his side of the bed empty. I sit when I hear him singing down the hallway.

I smile and quietly make my way to our new born son's nursery. I peak around the door frame and see Avi sitting in the rocker holding Jake while singing to him.

He finishes the song and stands up to put Jake carefully in his crib. I walk in careful not to wake Jake and wrap my arms around Avi's waist. He turns around to look at me and smiles. "What are you doing awake?" He asks me. "You weren't in bed so I came to find you." I explain while resting my head on his chest. I feel him lay his head in my hair and start to hum. I feel my eyes slowly close and he must notice because he picks me up bridal style and take me to our bed. Before I fully fall asleep I hear him start singing again.
