Kirstie POV

I step out on the ice and immediately start to fall. I prepare to hit the ice but I never do, when I open my eyes I see a tall man with long hair and green eyes. "Are you okay?" He asks. "Yeah. Thanks for catching me." I smile at him and he smiles back. "I'm Avi." He holds out his hand and I shake it. "Kirstie." "Are you here by yourself?" He asks and I nod. "My boyfriend was suppose to meet me here, but called me just as I walked in and broke up with me." I tell him. "Well for some one who just got dumped you seem happy." "Yeah. I'm almost glad he broke up with me. I wasn't in love with him like when we first started dating." He nods in under standment."Well would you like to skate with me? I'm sure some one as pretty as you doesn't want to skate alone."  He asks in his deep voice. "Sure, that would be great." We skate around the edge of the rink, me holding on to the railing. Every so often I would slip and he would catch me. A few hours later we are the only people left in the rink and I finally let go of the rail. I go to take off and being the graceful person I am, run into Avi and I fall on top of him. "I'm so sorry." I laugh. "It's fine." We both get back up. "Why  don't we go get some hot chocolate." He suggests. I nod and we go return our skates. "So do you want to follow or to ride in my car and I'll bring you back to get your car later?" He asks. "I'll ride with you, if that's ok." "Yeah. Come on." We get go get in his car and drive to Starbucks. I order a peppermint hot chocolate and Avi gets a regular hot chocolate. We spend the rest of the night talking at Starbucks. When he des drop me off with my car, he hands me a piece of paper. 'Call me some time~ Avi' and next to his name is his number. I smile and drive back home. Glad that I still went Ice skating after Jeremy left me.
