AVI POV

I pull up outside of Kirstie's house and get out of the car. Before I can knock on the door it flings open and I see Kirstie's mom. "Hello you must be Avi, please come in." She step back and I walk in. "Thank you Mrs. Maldonado." "Oh please call me Angelica." I smile at her and she leads me to the kitchen. "Kirstie should be down in a minute. Would you like anything to drink?" "No thank you, I'm alright." She nods. Just then I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket. I pull it out and see a text from Scott.

"Are you with Kirstie yet?"

"At her house right now." I reply.

"Ok, well Kevin, Mitch, and I set everything up."

"Thanks man I owe yall one."

I turn my phone off and put it back in my pocket. When I look up I see Kirstie walking down the stairs. My mouth drops and I am speechless, she is beautiful. She is wearing a white see through thank top that has a black tank top under it, some jeans, and a pair of black heals. Her hair is curled and make up done simple. She smiles at me and I smile back. "Shall we go m'lady?" She laughs. "We shall." I take her hand and we walk to the car. I open her door and she climbs in. Then I go to my side and climb in. "Where are we going?" She asks. "Well my dearie that is for me to know and for you to find out." "Please???" She asks with a pouty face. "Nope." I reply popping the P. She stops asking and turns to look out the window. I reach over the console and grab her hand. She looks over at me and smiles.
After riding in the car for over an hour we pull up at a hidden parking lot in the middle of the forest. I jump.out of the car and rush to open Kirstie's door for her. "Thank you." "You're welcome." I take her hand and leads her to the near by clearing, where I had Kevin, Mitch, and Scott set everything up. When the clearing comes into view I hear Kirstie gasp. There is a picnic set up under a tree with lanterns hanging around it. "Come on." I drag her to the blanket that has all the food on it.
After we eat we lay back and watch the clouds. "I see a unicorn." Kirstie tells me. I chuckle. "Ok well I see a dragon." This makes her laugh. "There's a heart." "Oh, next to that I see a treble cleft."She sits up and looks at me. I sits up also, and I notice both of us leaning in. I place my lips on hers and she kisses me back. After a minute or two we pull back for air. "I got you something." I tell her. "Oh. Avi you didn't have to do that." She exclaims. "I know but I wanted to." I reach in my pocket and pull out a charm braclet with music charms all over it. She gasps. "Avi it's so pretty. Thank you." I smile at her and clip it around her wrist. "This has been the best first date ever." She tells me.
