In Mumbai with Nandini...

Here after Madhyam put Nandini's phone inside his pocket.

He without wasting any more time, straight away walked towards the main door of the house still holding the gun in his one hand and locked all the locks of the door properly so that no one can enter the house from outside neither anyone can escape the house from inside.

"There... " Madhyam said with a satisfied nod, and then looked back at Nandini with a wide smile on his face, "Just to make sure that nobody disturbs us. Finally its only going to be you and me angel, No one is going to interrupt us for the rest of the day and night. " as he knows that Manik and everyone will not return until after midnight and that's enough time for him to execute his plan. No one can stop him now.

Nandini was still standing at the same place silently in front of the couches, when Chills raced down her spine after watching what Madhyam was trying to do and listening to his words.

Then he locked all the big wall length glass doors and windows present in the living room one by one and also pulled and closed the curtains too, completely shutting out the outside world... No one will be able to see, hear or know what is going on inside the bungalow.

After that Madhyam walked towards Nandini and held her hand making Nandini shiver in disgust again but didn't retaliate back , not wanting to make him more angry and loose his calm... It'll be dangerous for her and her baby only.

Next Madhyam started walking towards the kitchen along with Nandini by his side because he didn't want to leave her alone even for a second... What if she tried to escape when he was not around and that he can't let it happen or else he'll be dammed...

Once they entered the kitchen, again Madhyam repeated the same action what he did in the living room i. e. locking each and every single door and windows present there. Like this Madhyam locked all the doors and windows present in the entire bungalow and closed off all the curtains... Completely isolating Nandini inside the house with him by cutting all of the entrance, connections with the outer world.

At the moment both were present in the master bedroom.

Nandini was looking around frantically and thinking of how to escape from Madhyam's clutches, while Madhyam was inside the bathroom busy doing his own work.

When she remembered that Manik had kept a licensed handgun in the lower drawer of the bedside table for protection purpose as he being the CEO of the Malhotra Industry and member of Fab5 he has earned many rivals and enemies during the past few the years, but she doubts that she can get her hands on it without Madhyam noticing her.

Still she did not give up and tried her luck. Nandini slowly, slowly walked towards the bedside table all the while keeping a watch at the bathroom for any sign of Madhyam. Finally she reached the table and when she was going to bend down and pull out the drawer, Madhyam came out and his voice halted Nandini in her actions, making her shake slightly in fear of being caught... Quickly her mind raced to come up with an excuse to save herself and not to make him suspicious on her and to stop him from finding out about what she was thinking of doing .

"NANDINI!! " he shouted... There was a hint of anger in his voice, making Nandini jump in fright a bit on her place and turned around to look at his blank stoic face.

"What are you doing standing beside the bed angel, didn't I say to you earlier to stay put right in front of the bathroom door and not to move an inch away from my sight?" Madhyam asked, while slowly walking towards her like a predator stalking his prey.

"I-I was thirsty... Ya thirsty so I came here to drink some water." Nandini said quickly, while pointing at the jug and glass kept there on top of it.

Madhyam looked at her and then at the table for few seconds before nodding his head, Nandini sighed in relief seeing that he believed her lie and that she was safe for the time being.

But the next question asked by Madhyam snatched her breath away, made her blood go cold and stopped her heart from beating for a second before it started beating wildly against her chest in intense fear.

" What is this?"

That's when Nandini's eyes went towards his hand which was holding the home pregnancy test showing the positive sign.

Nandini had completely forgotten about it, that it was kept on the basin slab, counter inside the bathroom... Now he has found out about her little secret, she wanted Manik to be the first person to know about this happy news but see who found out first instead.

How did a joyous day turned into this nightmare?

'Aiyappa!! What is he going to do to her and her baby now that he knows , she can't let any harm come to her baby... She have to protect him/her with all she's got.', Nandini thought, while Madhyam stared at her with that blank look and then slowly his eyes travelled down her body and stopped at her stomach. Which made Nandini to wrap her arms protectively around her stomach as her motherly instinct kicked in.

"Are you pregnant?"

Nandini took a step back in fear but was stopped when her leg touched the table behind her trapping her there without any route for escape.

So she decided to answer him as it was pointless now to try to lie when the proof of her pregnancy was lying there on his palm and pray that he doesn't react negatively towards this news... "Y-YES!"
