Katsuki had been hit by a quirk during a minor villain attack. No one had been severely injured but some people suffered from hopefully temporary changes. Many of them were the same, just odd ears and tails appearing on their bodies. Katsuki one the other hand, along with the physical changes, grew needy and whiney. He wouldn't leave his red head boyfriend alone until he got the attention he craved.
