There was once a time;

When we were inseparable,

And laughed our way through ;

The many differences that made us able,

Then you donned a mask true to your colours;

Black like the inner depths of your soul,

But now there's  more than just an 'r', "friend",

Separating us my now fiend.

You assumed I was your puppet;

And that you're always pulling the strings,

But how would you know of the little things;

Like the kinks in your already crooked armour,

And the bittersweet lies that'll make you cower.

Now you can watch everything happen right under your nose;

The strings snap back at you with a deafening blow,

Your safe little haven collapsing;

As you wrap your mind around ,

The fact that you dug your own grave;

And I'll even let you grab some popcorn,

To watch karma's  show unfold;

And you'll realise you never should've messed with me,

I Just read Queen of Air and Darkness and is it only me or is there no proper ending ? like the Jace from Thule asks the Seelie Queen for Clary? and then what?
