A/N Chapter 9 was not my best work, but this next chapter should be better.

KATIE'S POV

I stared at Drew, why would she volunteer for anything involving me. Don't get me wrong we are acquaintances. But we are complete opposites, I'm always outside gardening, and she's inside looking up the latest fashion trends. They should have sent Piper or Lucy, but in Drew's defense she is one of the best people to go to for fashion advice.

I guess she would have been the obvious choice for this odd position.

After making that very enlightening observation, I watched Drew prowl through the endless amounts of bikinis. She already had a growing stack piled up in her hands. Most of them had so much pink that my eyes started to hurt. She did pick some generally nice bikinis, but no way could I pull any of them off.

None the less, I quietly watched Drew rummage through rows of bathing suits. After around 10 minutes there was a knock on the cabin door. Travis's head leaned in, hands over his eyes. I don't know what good that will do, he was peaking through his fingers.

"Travis! What if we were in the middle of changing?" I yelled. He just shrugged.

"I don't see the problem." He put his arms across his chest, trying to stand up to me. Like that would work.

"Oh, you don't do you!" I said in my most menacing tone. I saw Drew slip out the back door.

"Ya, I'm going to see you in a bikini soon, so why would it matter?"

"Why would it matter...Why would it matter? Oh, I know because seeing me in my bra would be very different then seeing me in my bathing suit! So, ya it would matter!" I was breathing hard after that long explaination.

"Sorry, I still don't see the point!" He threw his hands up.

I muttered under my breath.

"What was that?" He asked glaring at me.

"Idiot!"

"Better than being a know-it-all!"

"I'd rather know everything then nothing!" I exclaimed.

"Well your a control freak!"

"Your a douche bag!"

"Your beautiful!" His eyes widened after realizing what he had yelled. He must have been thinking that a lot to call me that during a fight. He did call me that before, but that was to just cheer me up, this was from him thinking about me.

"You two argue like an old married couple!"

I jumped into Travis's arms. Drew appearing directly behind me.

Travis tried to gently set me down, but it didn't go so gracefully. I landed right on my backside, most likely making a nice bruise.

Travis stared down at me, unsure of what to do.

"Well, are you going to help me up. I mean you were the one that dropped me in the first place!" I gave him my coldest glare.

He mumbled an apology, holding out his arms for me the grab on to. I placed my hands on his forearms, trying not to notice the strong muscles running through his arm. I whispered a thank you, hoping Travis wouldn't hear.

Of course he did.

"Katie-Kat, in all my years of knowing you that was the first time you have ever apologized to me." He said in his most sarcastic tone.

"That's because you were always the one having to apologize to me!" I said.

"Too shay." He dropped the conversation after that little discovery.

"Um..ok, well Travis you have to leave. Katie hasn't finished trying bikinis on." Drew piped after. I had completely forgotten she was here.

"Ok, I'll come back in twenty." Travis left thinking about something and mumbling to himself.

"Katie go try in these bikinis while I look for more." Drew shoved an arm full of clothing at me.

I wandered over to the small dressing room, kicking the door closed behind me.

I started to examine the swim suits picking out my favorites, while shoving most of the pink ones into the corner of the small room. I slowly plowed through the never ending bikinis. It didn't help that every five minutes Drew would dump more into the already overwhelming pile.

She eventually stopped, giving me time to try the swim suits on. After shoving most of the bikinis under the door, I narrowed the choices down to around three.

One being a dark blue triangle bikini with Light blue lacing. The only problem was it showed way too much clevage for me to be comfortable.

"Come on Katie, let me see you in a bikini!" I stepped out of the dressing room, with my arms covering my chest.

Drew walked up and removed my arms. She started to examine my body, making me even more uncomfortable. If that was even possible.

"Gods Katie! Are you sure that your not a daughter of Aphrodite because you sure do look like one." She started to circle around me like a vulture.

"But this doesn't seem to make you comfortable."

"Definitely not, I feel like I'm practically naked right now. So not being very comfortable is a given."

"Go back in and show me what else you like." She said sighing.

I walked back in and changed quickly into a very modest bikini. I wouldn't even call it that. The only thing not covered would be my back. I walked out, feeling much more confident.

There was only one problem. Drew toke one look and made me change again.

This left for my final bikini a pink frilly one, that I only considered to please Drew.

After changing my mind, and not putting on the hot pink swim suit I walked out ready to face Drew.

"Dre-" I stopped talking. My jaw clattering on the floor.

Drew was holding up a light gray bikini with a deep blue flower designs reaching across the back.

I loved it.

Running over to Drew as she dangled it in front of her, after seeing my eagerness.

"I guess there is some Aphrodite in you after all." She said sounding smug. I couldn't think of a good come back. I was too focused on trying to squeeze myself into the bikini.

I slowly opened the door, trying to act dramatic. Drew just stood there scanning her eyes up and down my body. She was speechless. I Katie Gardener made the Drew Tanaka, one of the prettiest girls in camp speechless. I could feel my stomach flip, in a good way, at the thought.

I walked over to the mirror examining my body in the new swim suit. My clevage looked bigger than normal, but it didn't show it off too much. My legs looked like they never ended. The color made my skin look ever tanner. The only thing off was my farmers tan from working in the fields.

I looked at Drew pointing to the different in skin tones. She nodded and started to pray to her mom. After a few minutes Drew turned to me smirking. I turned back around and not only was my tan lines gone, but also any blemishes on my now even skin. I looked back at Drew not knowing how to thank her.

She simply nodded getting the message. I said a quick thanks to Aphrodite and started to head over to Drew.

"What do I bring with me to the beach?" I asked her looking up at the wall of beaxh things.

"The Hecate cabin made me an infinity bag for just this purpose. Just whisper what you want and it should just appear in the bag." She. Handed my a dark blue bag that went with my swimsuit.

"So I can ask for anything?" I grew curious. How far could the magic placed on the bag go?

"Anything, but it has to fit in the bag. You can't ask for a car or something. I already tried." She sounded sad.

"Ok, so no car for me." She smiled at the small joke. I'm going to have to remember to make plans with Drew sometime after all this.

"Goodbye. I can see Travis making his way from the beach."

"So I would best be going." I gave her a hug and a quick thank you for helping me.

"It was no problem. Besides this is what I live for. Now go get him tiger!"
She gave me a small push towards the door.

I opened it just as Travis was about to knock. He sucked in a deep breath, clearly frightened.

His eyes stared up in down my bikini clad body, it burning where ever his gaze settled.

He noticeably gulped, still staring.

"Travis my eyes are up here!" I said snapping in front of his face. He looked up, his cheeks turning crimson.

His gaze continued to slip down, while we walked to the beach. Once I started to glare at him his eyes stopped slipping, but he was still beat red.

We finally reached the beach, but Travis stopped walking and his gaze shifted between me and the sand. I tried to find what he was looking at.

Once I did I couldn't help but to gasp.
