Later that night Kasandra packed a bag took and weapons and some food and headed out on her own to be come a pirate. She found a horse about a mile from where she started out and began uniting it from its post , when a voice shouted from behind her.

"Hey you get away from my horse!" A mas screamed as he ran at her.

Kas quickly pulled out her pistol and shot him point blank in the head. She could care less that he  was dead, this would be her first kill of many.

Kasandra rode all night for mile until she finally reached a port where there was a group of Navy men boarding a ship ready to set sail, this gave Kas and idea. She tied up her hair and joined in the line.

"State yer name lad."

"Victor Collins." Kas said confidently.

"Welcome aboard Collins."

She was given a Navel uniform and shown where she would sleep, she was in the Navy now. Kasandra worked harder that any sailor on the "Meteoric" and the Captain soon took notice. When ever the crew made port anywhere Kas would take advantage of this and do some pick pocketing, while all the other men went quickly in search of strong drink and wenches. Sometimes they would engage in gambling although it was very against the rules and sometimes they would try and smuggle rum on bored, but were usually caught. Kasandra could tell that these men would make fine pirates indeed.

The battles they would engage in on sea were gruesome and would last for hours. bodies would pile up on deck, some of the Navy men some of the people they were fighting. Kasandra did not care about the blood and death that permeated the ship she only had one goal, to become the most feared pirate that ever lived.

Now as mentioned before the Captain took interest in Kas right away and after half a year she was promoted to First Mate, this would be her ticket to becoming a pirate. One day the Captain called on Kasandra to bring him some tea, so Kas went to fetch the tea and slipped a lethal amount of deadly nightshade in the tea. She watch as the Captain sipped the tea coughing and sputtering then falling back dead. Of cores Kasandra wanted to make sure he was dead so she took her sword and slit his throat and placed the sword in his had so it looked like he killed himself, then she called the Second Mate and the Quartermaster. While she hid herself as they came in.

"My god......he's dead." 

"I can not believe it....."

Apon hearing there lamenting Kas appeared from hiding and slit both of there throats. Then she proceeded to walk out and address the crew.

"Gentlemen may I have your attention. Our dear Captain is dead as are the Second Mate and Quartermaster. Seeing as the Captain is dead that makes me Captain. Now we could go on our way you all making little money and serving the king. Or we could chart a new cores, one we want. If ye all join me and do as I say I can promise ye that ye will have a handsome pay all the fines food and drink and never be without the company of a lovely wench. In short we are becoming pirates whether ye like it or not."

"What Collins shall we do if we do not wish that life."

"Well let me demonstrate." Kas pulled out her pistol and shot the man standing far from her. This made the rest of the men comply.

"And another thing, I am not Victor Collins," she said as she let down her long brown hair and opened her shirt just enough so they could see that she was a woman. "I am Captain Kasandra and you will do as I command."
