(Karma's Prov)

Ok anbu outfit on? check, Mask?check, spices of torture packed? check, beef jerky for the road? check, Setsu still ignoring me? I waited for a reply but as expected I heard nothing and sighed, check. That wolf really does go into a month of solitude before speaking up with some random pun or joke. Putting the beef jerky and spice collection into my pouch while also packing some ninja stars, kunai, makibishi, a grappling hook, and my favorite thin hidden saya knives.

(Makibishi are those small tack like things ninja's spread across the ground as traps, and the knives are thin costume made Saya knives that he hides all over his body.)

Moving away from the kitchen table that I had been piling my supplies for the missions trip I gave the house a look over making sure nothing was left behind before heading out and towards the anbu headquarters to collect the mist ninja. Jump from roof to roof and making my way through the village with my minimum supplies as expected the mist ninja was still where I left her in her cell.

Blindfolded the ebony haired woman so she wouldn't know where the Anbu headquarters was I returned all her weapons outside the village walls.

Karma
The trip will only take about 3-4 hours without any stops and if we cut straight there without taking the path will arrive around morning to noon

Great but I'm not some inhuman person who doesn't need breaks like you and cutting straight there is just going to get us lost then neither of us will be able to slit that pig's throat

Oh another thing no killing I'm on the ropes as it is and need one mission without casualties so... play lightly~

Cutting straight through the forest without the path we ended up taking 4 breaks as she was out of breath and we ended up arriving around the next day near dinner time. This is why doing mission alone is easier but I guess we made it. Entering into the land of waves then reaching the village everything looked poorly held together and children and people sat in the streets looking hungry and tired. The bridge was undergoing construction while all the workers seemed to be working hard taking the nice weather of the day into an advantage.

Earning a glare from the mist ninja I gave a happy smile then continued on my way with her tracking slowly behind me as I soon took notice of the scents of the bridge builder I escorted, Kakashi, and my brother along with his two teammates all coming from the bridges direction which after looking back at it took notice of the sudden mist covering it.

Damit that fog has to be from the other mist ninjas

Probably. Giving a sigh I looked into my pocket for some jerky but frowned as the bag was empty and I tisked my tongue, fixing my mask I looked to the bridge again then advanced forward stealthily into the fog. Hearing Naruto's voice along with a young males and giving a sigh at the young males story of how his mother and him were to be killed for there special bloodline abilities but how only he survived his father, how Zabuza took him in and gave him purpose again in life and had a reason to exist but now that he's nothing but a broken weapon of Zabuzas he is useless once more. Comparing himself and Naruto, asking death upon himself. I put my hands in my pockets as I looked out over the bridge.

That's sad and all but... well me and Naruto got our own missions to finish up here so he doesn't really have time to kill you right now. But hey! If you really want to call me up and I'll take care of it after I'm done here

Glancing to Naruto as his hair covered his eyes he darted forward to my surprise as he took a shuriken from his leg pocket. But as I could here the crackling of Kakashi's lightning about to hit its mark the young male gripped Naruto's arm and frowned while holding the shuriken a small distance from his chest.

Sorry looks like I'm not ready to die just yet

And with that his body slipped back into an ice wall and my senses picked him up between Kakashi and his mark. Naruto finally catching up with the situation and running towards Kakashi in a panic but being told to stay back, Sukura taking the bridge builder across the bridge to cheek on Sasuke only to start breaking the 25 principle A shinobi never shows their feelings as it is a point of weakness and only clouds their judgment. Her cries filling the bridge as Kakashi and Zubasa fought. Walking back over to Naruto and placing a hand over his head as he held back his tears I ruffled his hair as the sound of multiple footsteps approaching from across the bridge became clear in my ears.

Gatō
So this is how things turned out?

Que my Mark's arrival. Kakashi taking out Zubasa's other am stopping all hand signs and fighting with them possible he jumped away safe as Gatō stood on the bridge in his fine suit and hands rested on his short cain. Kinda wondering where the other half of this Gatō guy went.

Hmmm cutting one's tongue off can be a pain to do so I doubt his men would do a very good job. Behind the short man stood 40-50 of his men with weapons at the ready as the man himself smirked. Cracking my hand as I felt the rise within me I took two of my blades into my hands. Approaching the younger male who was close to dead on the floor the half man sneering down at him while tapping at him with his foot before he sent a sharp kick to the child's skull addressing Zabusa and the boys mistakes.

Naruto
GET AWAY FROM HIM!

Grabbing Naruto's jacket as he tried to run forward he glared up at me in angery.

Let me go! That bastards gonna pay for what he did to Haku!

After an unsure second Naruto completed and Zabusa took off into the crowded as my eyes looked on to Gatō as he fled and Zubasa while did give it a fair shot got fairly beat up. Walking past Naruto who watched the fight take place I skipped over all the thugs and as Gatō's back was turned while he ran I threw both small thin blades into the back of the man's calfs making said man shout out in pain as he tripped and flew off the bridges side. Walking off to the bridges edge to retrieve the midget before he drowned I stepped up on the ledge.

Like I said, got business to take care of, Kay mind rounding your old pals up~

And with that I stepped off an let my body drop into the water as I heard Naruto's annoyed yell and the former mist ninjas grunt. A few minutes later as I searched the water a boat above starting to move away from the bridge while I swam down after where I could pinpointing the bleeding but stopped in the water and surfaced as I could hear screams from the ship. Bodys trying to jumping over border but being pulled back by thin water lasos I assumed Kay was simply doing as I instructed. Looking around as I floated in the chilled water and took to seeing if the body floated up I paid no mind to Kay as she took care of the trying to escape former comrades of hers. I might not feel the cold water much but I'd get a cold for sure if I swam around to long.

That Gatō seems to of just loved to go with the flow of the situation huh~

Rolling my eyes as the voice that had finally chosen to wake back up in my mind spoke I looked around straining my senses to try and pick up his sent but the water I found was making it somewhat difficult.

A small flaming trail floating above the water like a bread trail path I got a humm within my mind.

My guess would be cheeking the shoreline for that tiny body~

With not being able to swim it would make more sense for him to drown but with his light and small body he could have floated down the river till he washed up on shore. Following the flame trail out of the water and down the shoreline I found what I was looking for after taking in account of the current and the flow of the water to figure or the general area of where his body would wash up at and smirked as I hummed my way towards the heavily breathing body that was coughing, legs bleeding intensely turning the water red.

Stopping in front of the man with a smile as I set my foot down on his head which he yelled at weakly I pressed down lightly pushing his head into the rocks along the shoreline making said man wince as the rocks cut slightly into his face.

Well if this little getup wasn't enough of a hint then I suppose I can clue you in~ You Gatō are now in the custody of the hidden leaf, I have been ordered to bring you and any of your men back to the village but as it is my job to capture you having some fun to make sure you don't have any idea of escape is acceptable~

Man growling while I lightly smiled under my mask I tied the man's hands behind his back ignoring his angry shouts then sat down beside him crossing my legs and pulled out my two favorite toys. Wasabi and mustard~ Classic fun these two are.

(Naruto Prov)

Smiling as we were on our way out of the village with everyone thanking us and wishing us safe travel I tried to clean up the tears running down my face as I sniffed back the snot dripping from my nose. Walking away from the village me, Sakura, Sasuke, and Kakashi all made our way back towards home as the leaves around us ruffled from the light wind that blew by. The sun was bright and the sky was clear even the pain filled scream of a man was perfectly hear with the birds chirping... wait WHAT!

Naruto
W-What was that!

Sakura
It sounded like it came from near the bridge Sensi!

Sasuke
Jeez can we get this over with already?

Kakashi
Calm down it's nothing we need to worry about

Looking to Kakashi Sensei confused he continued to walk a head to which Sasuke followed then Sakura chasing after. Why didn't we have to worry about the scream? Looking at the bridge once more I turned back to the group and ran after them annoyingly at how far they had walked without me.

Naruto
HEY WAIT UP!

Catching up with the group panting I smiled at Sakura. She did really good keeping the bridge guy safe and for our first big mission together we all did great!

Naruto

Smiling happily even if Sakura seemed grumpy at me for some reason I started talking about our mission and our great success. About 20 more minutes into our walk the treeline began to rustle putting us all on guard till multiple figures emerged from the bushes.

Naruto
K-Karma! Why did you exit out of the bushes-

Having the red heads hand placed over top my mouth he held it there stopping me from shouting. Looking behind him I took notice of the group of mist ninja with there hands bound together on a water made chain being pulled forward, heads covered with sacks. following behind Karma and holding the front and water chain line of mist ninja a lady with long black wavy hair and light green gray eyes scanned us over. Her face looked pretty and sharp but bored and annoyed as she kept her eye on the prisoners and Karma. Another thing I noticed was the mist ninja uniform she had on. Hand moving from my mouth I looked back to Karma who sighed as he held the just now noticed by me body of the small business man who looked like the guy from the bridge but he was knocked out and had mustard and wasabi dripping from his nose, I also took notice that Karma was talking so acted like I was listening and tuned into what he was saying to me.

Karma
-nd that's classified stuff your asking~ But I'm transporting Gatō's men and the man himself back home~

Naruto
Umm....wait! You caught all of those guys!

Sasuke
I thought you said it was classified information and that still doesn't explain why you have one of them working for you

Ya ok... I'm lost in the conversation now. Looking from Karma to the pretty woman then the mist ninja I tilted my head.

Wait so... can you start over I didn't hear the first half
